Even though it’s in a busy area, it was surprisingly quiet at night, which made it easy to rest after long days of exploring. It is close to everything. Just a short walk to Namba station, Dotonbori, Kuromon Market, Doguyasuji, Donki, multiple train stations which made getting around super convenient.

- Farm (9/5): - The room was clean, and has enough space for 4 people. Shower was spacious. Hallway that connects the 2 room was small and a bit claustrophobic, but is manageable. Has washer only. Have to hang dry the clothes. Hangers for drying is provided. They provided each guest with house slipper, which was nice. The main room has a full size bed, a closet, a small dinner table and 2 chairs, a kitchenette with cookware and plates/utensils. The other bedroom was smaller with a full size bed, a night stand and small space to keep your luggage. Overall, a decent place to stay for the price. I would stay again. The hallway was narrow and a bit claustrophobic. Second bedroom was small and right next to freeway, so was kind of loud at night when trying to sleep.

However, I was truly amazed by the service provided by the receptionist and housekeeping staff at this hotel. They were extremely helpful, especially one staff member whom I would like to mention by name, Otomo. He was very patient and assisted me with everything I needed, step by step, throughout my stay. Thanks to his help, my fear and anxiety were significantly reduced, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am. The hotel truly needs to give recognition or a reward to staff members like him for the very lovely and helpful service he provided during my stay. Highly recommended. The hotel’s location is quite far from the subway station, but aside from that, it is all good and recommended.

Made it super easy to get to Nara and Kyoto as well. Instructions were all clear. Everything was small but clean and functional. Surprisingly quiet in spite of the freeway. Air conditioned beautifully. Pillows weren't great and bed was smaller than I'm used to but that's a nitpick.

Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung aber ich würde nicht noch mal herkommen. Es gibt auch nur einen Self-Check in und Check Out. Hat eher einen Ferienwohnungs- bzw. AirBnb- Charakter.

- Jessica (1/5): Scam! We couldn’t check in as it’s self check in and all phone numbers were disconnected - Our stay at this hotel was awful. We tried to check in, however they had no one onsite, which was fine in and of itself as they mentioned that we could contact them via phone and email 24/7 for assistance. However we reached out to them several times as their iPad check in was not working and received no response. All phone numbers were disconnected, even the next day, and we received no reply to our email. We ended up having to find a new hotel that evening to stay in and for the rest of our Osaka trip, which was very disappointing and has left us out of pocket for the entire stay there. We have requested a refund, however have still received no response. Seems like a scam, would completely avoid!

Very clean, check-in procedures were easy to follow, and the double twin room was relatively comfortable for 2 young adults. Extra toiletries in the lobby was a huge plus. Family Mart and cheap coin laundry only a 2 minute walk away. Quiet neighborhood, very little noise. Gas stovetop, microwave, full size fridge, cooking utensils, washer. Will book again. Some areas of the room needed a deep dusting.

- Laura (9/5): A great stay in Osaka - Mostly great. The apartment was clean and spacious. It was about a 15 minute walk from Namba station and a family mart just around the corner. A great stay in Osaka if you’re ok with walking a short distance to the train and main streets unfortunately the apartment smelt like stale smoke when I arrived like someone had been smoking inside but other than that it was great

В целом, в апартаментах хорошая звукоизоляция, либо же просто не было соседей. Все расходные предметы были в наличии, их можно взять на первом этаже, возле лифта На фотографиях площадь апартаментов кажется больше, но для нас это было не критично

- Abbey (9/5): Nice convenient place - A very nice and convenient place for 4 people. It is a bit small, but that’s completely expected given the price and location. We loved the great shower pressure and the team’s quick & helpful responses to our questions throughout our stay. Highly recommended! :) We can hear some cars from the smaller bedroom, but we got used to it after a couple of nights.

- JIYOUP (10/5): - 난카이남바역에서 도보 10분~15분 (걷는 속도에 따라~) 만약 비가 와서 남바역까지 택시타야하면 큰 밴 기준 2,000엔 내외. 남바 중심가에서 가까우면서도 조용한 거리에 위치. 유니버셜시티 갈때 이용하는 니폰바시 역도 도보 10~15분. 4~5인가족 투숙에 최적. (우리는 부부,11세,8세) 101호(1층에는 숙소가 한개임)큰 방하나에 퀸사이즈 침대 세개라 넓으며 침대도 다 붙여서 연결가능. 샤워실,화장실 분리되어있어서 편리. 숙소 상태가 전반적으로 깔끔,깨끗함. 전자렌지,미니오븐도 구비되어 있음. 세탁기 성능이 좋았음(세제도 구비되어 있음) 없었음. 그래도 굳이 아쉬웠던 점을 말하라면 도어락이 열쇠라는 것. 잃어버리면 복잡해짐.

- Alex (1/5): Dirty property - Nothing. Extremely dirty and smelly. We opened the windows everywhere but the smell persisted. Two of our friends had allergy attacks and we had to move out. They also didn’t refund our money.
- Dursun (1/5): - Nothing was ok Most dirty, smelling and dangerously dangerously unhygienic hotel we every stayed. The first room they gave us was totally gross. There was black mold in the bathroom and on the sink, dust everywhere, and the floors were sticky and dirty. Plus, the mattress was completely shot, offering zero support and hurting our backs because of the hard bed frame underneath. Everything, from the mattress to the pillows, just looked old and worn out. We asked to switch rooms, and the second one seemed cleaner at first. We took it, but the bed in that room was also super bad, honestly one of the worst we've ever slept on. And to top it off, on our first night, there was this awful, super strong smell, like sewage or garbage, that made it impossible to relax. Even though we booked for seven nights, we had to leave after two and find another place because of all these problems. And guess what? We didn't get any money back for the nights we didn't stay.
