• JUAN MAXIMINO (2/5): A fuir si vous craignez la chaleur - L'emplacement peu convenir aux bons marcheurs, le lieu est à l'entrée (ou la sortie de la ville) La chambre proposée était minuscule. Exposée au couché du soleil. Pas de climatisation! Juste un ventilateur pas suffisant. Ambiance suffocante ( et pourtant je suis espagnol et supporte très bien la chaleur) Pas de sommeil possible, et si vous ouvrez la fenêtre : directement sur une route bruyante avec en plus une terrasse de café en face. Carmen qui m'a accueilli a été parfaite durant le séjour. Voulant me rendre compte des autres logements disponibles par ce logeur, j'ai visité un autre appartement et d'autres chambres. Mais le prix d'une chambre avec sa salle de bain privative à €100 est exorbitant lorsque l'on sait que pour moitié moins vous avez une chambre à l'Hôtel Habaneros 3* très bien placé à Cartagena. Tant mieux pour ce logeur s'il arrive à louer, mais gare aux mauvaises surprises et aux désillusions. PS : et puis pour être tout à fait honnête, j'ai eu un certain malaise lorsque j'ai vu que Carmen, sa belle-mère Colombienne, âgée et fatiguée, était en charge des ménages, j'avoue que cela m'a fait de la peine.

• Miriam (8/5): Gracias Carmen - La persona de la casa. Carmen es increiblemente buena. Me dejó teletrabajar en el salón hasta las 3 pm como favor y me cuidó hasta el momento de irme. Es cariñosa y buena anfitriona. Gracias Carmen por todo. También la limpieza. Que no hay llave para la habitación. Si sales se quedan tus cosas con la puerta sin cerrar. Teniendo en cuenta que hay otras personas que no conoces en la casa.

• Stefanie (8/5): inviting, fresh and clean room, relaxing and quiet place - I liked that I found parking pretty fast and it was easy to arrive from the motorway. I was welcomed to the place pretty nicely and everything was explained to me. It was very clean and fresh and inviting. There is a big carrefour right next to the flat. You also have a little table in your room if you want to sit and write something down or other things. for the price range it is just perfect - nothing to complain about!
