Dania serwowane w restauracji w przystępnych cenach i nie do przejedzenia Pod prysznicem przydałaby się mała półeczka na kosmetyki kąpielowe. Brak ogrzewania, po zimie mury wyziębione, dodatkowe koce w pokoju nie zostały dane tam bez przyczyny a branie prysznica nie należało do przyjemnych.

• last white wolf (8/5): - Wir waren nur eine Nacht, aber wir fanden es in Ordnung. Das Quartier befindet sich im ländlichen Raum und dadurch ruhig gelegen. Aber doch günstig, um schnell zurück zur Autobahn zu gelangen. Das Frühstück war vollkommen ausreichend. Zimmer und Bad waren sauber. Wir fühlten uns leicht an die 90er Jahre erinnert. Wlan funktionierte auf unserem Zimmer nicht. Eine Verbindung war nur im Treppenhaus möglich. Insgesamt aber kein Weltuntergang.

• L (5/5): - Staff was eager to help. Since we had to depart early and wouldn't be there in time of breakfast, we were given breakfast packages. The restaurant is supposedly good, but we didn't have a chance to try it out since it's closed in mondays and tuesdays. But at least we were able to buy some beverages. Even though the hotel has wi-fi we couldn't connect to it. There was no information in the hotel premises or in the room that would reveal the password. The password i was given by a member of the staff didn't work. There was a TV in the room but i wasn't able to find any working channels. Some of the room equipment is showing wear. There was a mold stench coming from the drain in the attached bathroom. There was no shampoo in the shower, only hand soap and towels.

• Serge (8/5): Very good - A wonderful place for those who love peace and quiet, and staying overnight away from the city. An excellent spot with a very beautiful view. The room is clean and tidy. Nothing extraordinary. The only thing missing is extra shampoo in the shower. The shower itself is great, no water leaks out :) Good, large parking lot. • Willie (6/5): Pleasant - Friendly staff. Convenient location on the way to Amsterdam for a quick night stay. Unfortunately we ended up not staying there due to finding 3 bed bugs on the sheet and couch. Perhaps the window was open and the bugs came in? The staff offered us a different room. But we declined. They refunded us the money.
• Karl (10/5): A little gem of a stop, great find. - The location was great, just what we wanted, quiet country road, kids went off exploring and thought it was great to walk to the Netherlands. Breakfast was lovely as were the staff. We loved this place, the evening meal was also very nice. Room was a bit dated, but didn't bother us.

• Sylvia (7/5): Good - Pleasant staff as much as they only spoke German. In the morning we were nicely offered coffee to go. The room was quiet. The parking is convenient. No basic amenities, there was only one towel. The room was a bit cold. Stairs to the room are quite narrow.

We got a real family vibe and the whole experience made us feel similar to staying with relatives. The hotel looks stunning, and the restaurant is really good. The room we stayed in was big and spacious. The staff were really friendly. There was a smoking area right outside the hotel entrance, which was right below our window. During the summer heat and having the window open, it wasn't very nice having your room take in cigarette smoke in the night. The first night there was some kind of work party going on so the smoking was quite regular and noisy. The room was made up of 4 single beds spread apart. A double bed with 2 singles would have been preferable, but not a major issue.
