• Olga (10/5): Wspaniały, gorąco polecam. - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, centrum starożytnego Rzymu na wyciągnięcie ręki. Niesamowita właścicielka Linda, ktora przygotowała dla nas apartament 2h wczesniej ze względu na naszą godzine przylotu. Dla rodziny z dzieckiem to szczególne udogodnienie. W dniu wylotu otrzymaliśmy instrukcje odnośnie miejsc gdzie można przechowac bagaz. Sam apartament bardzo czysty, komfortowy i doskonale wyposażony. Goraco polecam każdemu na krótszy jak i dłuższy pobyt.

• Stefano (10/5): Gute Lage - rein in die Stadt und schnell wieder zu Hause ausruhen - dann wieder zurück in die Stadt - Das Apartment ist sehr schön. Bei der Ankunft erwartete uns Linda und erklärte uns alles. Wir waren als Familie (Eltern und zwei Kinder) unterwegs für 4 Tage und drei Nächte. Alles funktioniert einwandfrei (Duschen, WC, Klima...wir haben nie selber gekocht oder sonst was gemacht, was ja in Rom und in dieser Lage eh nicht nötig ist...) Die Lage ist super. Du kommst aus der Tür und bist mitten im Leben von Rom. Cafes gleich um die Ecke, das Colosseum (somit auch die Metro) ebenfalls und in wenigen Schritten ist man im Monti-Quartier mit vielen Pizzerias, Trattorias... Rom ist nicht eine 24/7 Stadt und am Abend wird es sehr schnell ruhig... für Leute die Sorgen haben es könnte laut sein, das ist definitiv nicht der Fall... Hingehen und geniessen... Das untere Zimmer hat zwar Sichtschutz durch einen verwinkelten Eingang, jedoch keine Türe.... der Zugang zum oberen Zimmer hat eine Türe. Eine Trennung ist gut möglich, wenn jedoch zwei Paare sich das Apartment teilen wollen, könnte dies für das Paar, welches unten ist evtl störend sein... da wir aber als Familie da, waren war dies überhaupt keine Thema
• Bingham (10/5): - The host Linda was super friendly and very prompt to respond. Before, during, and after with any questions we asked. It was a last minute planned vacation. And, Linda went above and beyond to make the necessasry arrangements to fulfill our accomodations. She even recommended a great local restaurant. Yeva, also very frindly, greeted us with a smile even upon our very early morning arrival. She explained everything and answered all our questions. The location was very close to The Colosseo and local cafes and cafes. The 2 bedroom apartment was very comfortable and adequate to our needs. I would definetly recommend this apartment. Absolutely 5 STARS !!!!!!!
• Karin (10/5): Locatie is geweldig! - De locatie is geweldig, op steenworp afstand van het Colosseum. Veel restaurantjes en terrasjes in de omliggende straten. Vrijwel alle bezienswaardigheden zijn op loopafstand van het appartement. De ideale locatie voor een stedentrip. Het appartement was erg schoon en alle benodigde faciliteiten waren aanwezig. Er is geen gezellige zithoek waar je samen kunt zitten, alleen de eettafel met eetstoelen in het keukentje, ook geen buitenruimte, maar de vele terrasjes in de buurt bieden volop de mogelijkheid om nog gezellig na te borrelen na een dag in Rome.

• Asif (10/5): Would stay again for all aspects of the apartment. - Location. Location. Location. We had a wonderful stay at this residence at 41 Via della Polveriera in the Monti district of Rome. The apartment is newly renovated and beautifully maintained, making it a comfortable and welcoming place to return to after a full day exploring the city. One of the most incredible aspects of this location is that the Colosseum is literally just steps away. Being able to step outside and see it so close felt surreal, you can practically have breakfast, lunch, and dinner with the Colosseum as your backdrop every day. It’s a truly unforgettable setting and adds something special to the entire Roman experience. The apartment itself is thoughtfully equipped with great amenities, including heated towel racks, plenty of extra bedding, and modern finishes that made the stay feel both cozy and practical. Everything felt clean, fresh, and well organized. A special thank you to Linda, the owner, who was fantastic throughout our stay. She was very responsive, incredibly helpful, and quick to address any questions or small issues, making everything smooth and stress-free. Her hospitality really made the experience even better. Between the amazing location in Rione Monti, the beautifully renovated space, and Linda’s attentive hosting, this was a fantastic place to stay in Rome. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the city. Nothing. Everything was great.

• Corinne (10/5): Beautiful large apartment next to the Colosseum - Colosseum Royal Apartment is amazing. The apartment is spacious and easily accommodated our family of four (including teenagers). The apartment is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for your stay. The location is fabulous only a few steps from the Colosseum and easy walking distance to everything in Rome. Our host Linda was lovely and regularly checked in to make sure we had everything needed.

• Anna (10/5): - Everything was perfect: a beautiful, cozy apartment with tasteful decor, two bedrooms and bathrooms, a nice kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine. Spotlessly clean, comfortable large beds, and an additional sofa bed. Despite being right in the center (the Colosseum is just around the corner), the street is quiet and you can sleep well. All the main attractions, shops, and restaurants are within walking distance. You can also quickly walk to the central station and easily get to Fiumicino Airport. The owner of the apartment is incredibly friendly and caring. If you come to Rome, this is the place to stay! Thank you very much!!! Everything was perfect.

To walk 30 seconds down the hill and see the Colosseum every day really was breath taking. We were met by Yeva who showed us around the property and told us everything we needed to know. We were allowed an earlier check in that really helped us. The apartment was the perfect size for a 2 night stay and the price really stood out compared to other places around. It was the perfect stay. When we return to Rome, we will absolutely be staying here again. N/A

Also close to the metro. There was a great playground nearby for our 3yo to enjoy. Linda our host was very responsive to any messages and was welcoming The quality of the cleaning in particular the bathroom did not fit the 60€ cash fee paid upon arrival. Also advertised daily clean however this is not the case

Second-level bedroom and bathroom were very spacious for the 2 of us. We visited in October and the air conditioner worked great to keep the apartment cool. The washer included a dryer. I cannot say enough about the apartment, hosts and our experience. Don't hesitate to book this apartment for your visit to Rome!

• Dara (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment location is perfect, located on a quiet street , yet short walk to Colosseum, Roman Forum and Metro Station. Our host Linda is the most thoughtful and gracious host. She provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around the apartment . The apartment is clean and well equipped. Beds are comfortable, air condition is there if you plan on visiting in the summer. Good restaurant's are also walking distance from the apartment like most of the Rome attractions. Vatican is the only one that is further away and you will need to use some kind of transportation.
• Ville (10/5): Great location, comfy and well-equipped small apartment. - The location is exceptionally good, literally next door to Colosseum and Forum Romanum yet on a quiet street. There is a subway/underground station two minutes from the front door which makes travelling from and to railway stations or airport quick and relatively simple. The two-floor apartment was nice and clean and well-equipped, even though figuring out how the washer/dryer combo worked took some time. Our host Linda was very friendly and flexible. The cost for our stay was quite reasonable, hence the apartment offered excellent value for money. The apartment was very suitable for our small family of three (parents + a ten-year old) for a quick weekend vacation. Staying there for a week could have been slightly claustrophobic depending on how much time would have been spent in the apartment. Also, one aspect that we did not need to find out was how the apartment feels when it is hot, as we stayed there in may with temperatures hovering around 20–25 °C (68..77 °F).

• Saurabh (10/5): Lovely apartment & fantastic location with 2 mins walk to Collosseum & Metro Station - We arrived earlier than the scheduled check-in time. And the host (Linda) was gracioius enough to arrange an early check-in for us. She set up a time for us to meet at the apartment (based on our arrival time) and handed over the keys. The apartment itself is really well maintained with a fully operational kitchen. Colloseum and the Metro station are a short 2 min walk which makes it very convenient to go all around the city.

Linda and Elzie were phenomenal... Elzie was at the front door upon our arrival providing very essential information There was nothing "Not to like"... Everything exceeded our expectations. Comfortable beds...hot shower..restaurants all around.. 3 blocks from Metro subway and busses.

High score for the acoustic from the inside even though you are in front of a busy street around the Colosseum and the location. Nice restaurants and bars around. Cool place for you to stay with family and have an amazing time in Rome. Well as much as I book places less I understand why the check-in’s are getting much later and the check-outs earlier. In this case I didn’t like much how things went to do the checkin and checkout. I asked to do the checkout a bit later because of my mom and my aunt who are older and have problems and they were not flexibles at all and besides that before 10am the cleaner was getting into the Apartment with us inside. For me that was kinda inexcusable as a customer!

Elisa and Linda were super nice and helpful. Other than the Colosseum and Roman Forum, the apartment is a good walk from all the other main sites. Also, due to how the air conditioning was located, we had to turn it on strong enough to cool our child sleeping on the pullout, which meant cold air directly on us.

There's a bit of street noise, (because it's in a great location) so you're sensitive to that bring earplugs for sleeping.

• Panjai (10/5): Attentive host and comfortable stay - Linda is the most responsive and attentive host we ‘ve met. We had clear communication before and during our stay. The airport transfer reserved by Linda was on time (at 6am). The apartment was clean, comfortable, and the beds were prepared for us beautifully. It is also conveniently located within walking distance to the Colosseum and metro station.
• Boyoung (10/5): the best apartment in Rome - The location of the apartment is very close by walking from the Colosseum. It's close to the Colosseum, but it's quiet. There is a kitchen where you can cook and a coffee machine. The bedding was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. It was convenient because there was a washing machine and a dryer. I relieved the fatigue of my trip by watching Netflix in a clean apartment. Linda is the best host I've ever met. She was kind and answered all the questions. If I come to Rome next time, I will go to this apartment again! No!
