• Tomasz (10/5): Perfect apartment for a longer stay! - It’s really rare for me to give 10 stars, but this apartment was excellent. We had a wonderful stay — it was very spacious, modern, clean, and comfortable. Perfect for 5 people. The rooms had balconies and lots of natural light, and the kitchen was fully equipped. There were also two bathrooms, which was a huge plus! Communication with the host was excellent as well — very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated being able to leave our luggage after check-out time. Thank you! This was definitely the best apartment I’ve ever stayed in in Athens, and I’ve stayed in many there.

• Roszak (8/5): Nice apartament - Bardzo ładny apartament, super kontakt z panem właścicielem :) pokoje bardzo duże, dużo miejsc do przechowywania, blisko centrum. Winda w budynku, więc żaden problem dostać się na górę. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni :) Brak odkurzacza, brak środków do sprzątania. Na dłuższy pobyt muszą się znaleźć środki do sprzątania, lubię czystość więc za to wielki minus. Słabo zagospodarowana kuchnia.

Zwei bequeme Schlafzimmer, eine gut ausgestattete Küche, ein Esstisch und ein Sitzbereich mit Couch ließen keine Wünsche offen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war perfekt. Das Apartment ist sehr gut gelegen. In der Nähe sind viele schöne Cafés und Restaurants. Absolut empfehlenswert!

• Eva (9/5): Sehr schönes Apartment mit super Preis Leistungsverhältnis - Sehr schönes, großes Apartment im 4. Stock mit 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder. Nikos meldet sich sofort auf Emails und ist sehr bemüht. Das Apartment ist außerdem sehr sauber. Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft, um Athen zu entdecken! Die Lage ist nicht die beste, wenn auch sehr zentral. Man ist gleich bei der Metro und auch zur Akropolis ist es zu Fuß nicht sehr weit. Das Viertel ist sehr lebhaft. Gefürchtet haben wir uns am späten Abend nie aber ganz wohl war uns auch nicht. Der Schlüsselkasten könnte etwas besser beschriftet sein.

• Maria (10/5): It was a comfortable and very clean apartment. It was a convenient place for our needs with restaurants and market close - The apartment was huge! It was very clean and comfortable. The location was great. There was a museum across the street. There was even a hop-on-hop-off location right in front of the museum too where you could buy tickets. The pick up and drop off was there too. It made our visit to Athens very convenient! Niko was excellent with answering my questions very quickly , and wanted to make sure to help us with our needs. A great place to return to for the future!

For those who decide to stay pls BYO your broom, kitchen utensils, tissue pap - It was modern unfortunately that was about it To be honest we are not hurry to return, their add was absolutely DECEIVING! Things were listed like coffee machine, free toiletries, cleaning products, concierge services etc… no where to be found Note: BEWARE there were times we were stuck in the lift Simple things like shampoo it wasn’t even enough for 1 wash, kitchen utensils no scissors really they provided minimal. No iron board Toilet paper 2 rolls for 6 days 😢OMG !!! We all woke up with rashes because bed bugs

• Anna (9/5): Very comfortable, close to the center and convenient, if you have a car to park nearby. - Modern, well maintained apartment. Located on the busy street with the construction site right next door but once you keep the windows shut, it's very quite inside. The air conditioners function effectively and silently. Underground parking is round the corner. Metro station is a 7-min walk away. The area as such is not the prettiest part of Athens and can feel unsafe during nighttime. We failed to figure out how the micro works - would be nice to have a simple manual in English.
• Anna (10/5): Amazing! - My friends and I were very pleasantly surprised by the apartment. It was clean, modern, and air-conditioned. Nikos was also very friendly! There's a bus stop right outside, and the metro is just a few meters away. There's also a supermarket and bakery nearby. We didn't miss anything. everything was wonderful!

The apartment was very comfortable, it was quiet place and close to the subway. The rooms were clean and spacious. I definitely recommend this place to anyone travelling to Athens.

Although we had no incident mainly because we Ubered it was clear there are people in the area who were drug taking etc. had I know I would not have booked with my two daughters. • Zhanaia (10/5): Stunning apartment with stunning price point! - The apartment is exactly like it is in the pictures! Super clean and very bright, the kitchen is wonderful and the mini kitchen island is a great spot for breakfast or even a dinner in. Beds are incredibly comfortable and AC in all the rooms is a great touch too. Location wise, the property is very well located and a 5 minute walk from Victoria station and the nearest supermarket (it’s called Bazaar). Overall, it was a wonderful stay with very accommodating and helpful hosts and I would definitely recommend :) Not to the fault of the host but probably just the building itself, on a windy day the sound of the wind carries around the building quite a lot. I wasn’t too fussed but some people may not like that.

• Βασιλική (10/5): Great apartment, excellent host and great location! - My family and I stayed there when visiting Athens for few days. The location was perfect for visiting any place of interest and the train station was literally a 5 min walk. The apartments was very clean and spacious and had a lot of natural light. The pictures are representative of the actual apartment. (They even had hotel-style slippers and a bottle of wine). Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and supermarkets available. Would definitely recommend!
