• Silke (8/5): Angenehmer Aufenthalt für Mädels-Trip - Sauberes, geräumiges Apartment, für englische Verhältnisse gab es absolut nichts zu meckern. Wir waren positiv überrascht und können dieses Apartment für „größere“ Gruppen (wir waren 5 Personen) definitiv weiterempfehlen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Man war auch relativ schnell in der Stadt und der Fußweg von 5-10 min zur nächsten Metro/Busstation definitiv in Ordnung. Man hat sich nachts in größerer Gruppe in dieser Umgebung nicht unwohl gefühlt. Es gab auch genügend Essensmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Leider konnte man dort das Gepäck am Abreisetag nicht lagern.

• Emma (7/5): - Spacious, had everything we needed. One bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was nice. Tesco close by. Nice shower. Large TV The blinds could do with some attention and it was very light in some rooms in the morning. Traffic and sirens are an issue if you are a light sleeper which did not ease into around 4am so I did not sleep well but it’s a busy area and on the Main Street. One double bed had a very firm mattress. There is a strong smell of weed in the building but we could not smell it once inside the property. The grill pan was not cleaned and full of hardened fat grease. The cutlery also needed cleaning before we could use them. The apartment floors need a good clean, walking barefoot was not really an option we realised after the first night as soles of feet were collecting dirt. Sofas are a little stained and dirty, and could do with some attention. Parking we found is about 12 minute walk and cost £90 from Fri-Sun.

I love how close it is to the Arsenal stadium and you can get a glimpse of it from one of the balconies. Nothing really but maybe the sofa bed needed some attention. It was a bit lumpy.

The apartment was spacious for a family of 4. The host was excellent in communication and even allowed us to drop our bags of earlier so we didn't have to carry them around until we could get into the apartment. • Michał (9/5): Super apartament, czysty w dobrej lokalizacji - Objekt sam w sobie był super. Lokalizacja blisko stacji metra oraz niedaleko od sklepu. Bardzo czysty, bezpieczny i ładny. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona łazienka również. Niestety jedynym problem była komunikacja z właścicielem pomimo faktu że sam właściciel był bardzo przyjazny i pomocny czas oczekiwania na odpowiedzi był całkiem długi względem długości pobytu w obiekcie.

The apartment is fab, really spacious & comfortable, and had everything you need for cooking etc we will absolutely try to book here again when we are back in London. Very minor issues, the blinds on windows have seen better days & need replacing or fixing & the lever that keeps the shower head fixed at the required level was broken so made showering slightly awkward

• Achgane (10/5): You can book it with your eyes closed - It was clean, very spacious, and only two subway stops from King’s Cross Station (perfect if you’re coming with the Eurostar). Everything you might need is nearby, restaurants, cafés, convenience stores. The host was incredibly helpful. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

• Pauline (10/5): As all the above i put in words from the start excellent service - During my stay i felt at home very spacious and warmly all the facilities were they for our needs from the bedding and having a goodnight sleep kitchen all mods provided for entertainment and all cleaned even had time to use the washing machine the property is located top floor so had a goodnight sleep kitchen view and plenty of room with 3 balconies to relax with outdoor furniture’s was happy the 3 days spent with the area close by to shops park train plenty of buses coming regular and of course the arsenal stadium at your doorstep Thank you goes to the host of the property who owns this one and it was nice to communicate with him and also got to meet him personally to thank him and to let him know and you to know i will be coming back very soon 🤗

• Farah (5/5): It was okay - it’s strategically located so good for city hopping. When first came into the apartment, it smells a little awful. The cleaner didn’t do a good job on it. During our stay, the owner was not honest about the boiler issue and had a repair man to come which was totally unprofessional. We couldn’t use the kitchen as they were on the pipes in the kitchen and it was a mess. Had i known about the issue, i wouldn’t have booked the apartment. Other than that, it’s strategically located so good for city hopping. Such a pity, it would have been a good stay if it’s not because of the boiler issue.

• Hu90 (8/5): Nice large appartment - Nice large appartment, fully equipped and located in the only nice building in the area. With 3 balcony this appartment is well priced for London. A 8 minuten walk to the underground. I would certainly book it again! Matras in the smaller bedroom wasnt to comfortabele and the shower wasnt great. But again, it was reasonable priced so acceptable.

Host non responsive, takes half a day before any reply 6. No instructions in the house on wifi or trash disposal 7. Location feels quite dodgy at night, even at the entrance there’s a big sign saying “you are being recorded”… feels like some crime scene
• Danisha (3/5): Not as I expected. - It was nice and clean Looked exactly like the pictures on site Modern Food shops were in walking distance Considering it was the weekend of storm bert the central heated floors were off or put on hold (via the host as he controls the heating via his phone), we could not operate the settings it stayed on 16 all night, leaving us on the first night too freeze in the poor weather conditions, when we reported this we were told to go fetch 2 heaters rather than them being brought to us for the inconvenience. Loud noise outside all the rattling, draft coming through the windows, the noise sounded like a tumble dryer was spinning throughout the night. The iron was not working for us to iron clothes for the next day as we had an event to attend.

• Leila (4/5): Very disappointing. - Modern and light. the house has a lot of potential, very nice space and ok location (is on a high street so was quite noisy) -arrived to no key in lock box as cleaner was in property -arrived late but it still wasn’t ready. I’m not sure what would have happened if we arrived on time as we were meant to. The cleaner was still cleaning as we arrived. -really strong sewage smell throughout the building, especially in the lifts and in the bathroom. very nauseating -when we finally check in there was hair everywhere. It was clear the place had been poorly cleaned -balconies so filthy they were unusable. Three were advertised but two were so dirty we couldn’t use them. Tiles were black from previous guests. -No toilet roll when we arrived -had to clean the place ourself including the balconies which we left very clean compared to how they were -there was an fake nail on the floor of our room -beds were very uncomfortable. No good for people with back issues. Flat pillows -sofas are very uncomfortable. They were also not clean so sleeping on them was not pleasant. -Towels provided are very worn and crunchy -No hot water when we were getting ready to go out. He didn’t check over the property before handing us the keys. We arrived as the cleaner left and the cleaning job was very poor. Area wasn’t safe for women - no storage or shelves, nowhere to put your stuff

It was about a 10 minute walk from Finsbury park station and there are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The water pressure in the shower was also amazing! The cleaners did not do a good job with cleaning and restocking, however the host quickly resolved this issue! We also were given small hand towels instead of bath towels, and the area felt unsafe at night for women.

The location is good with 10 minutes walking distance to Finsbury Park Station. There are many nice restaurants with very diverse cuisine, and several grocery shops nearby. It would be even better if there is a dishwasher.

• Abigail (9/5): Great, affordable penthouse - would stay again! - Host was really friendly and helpful, providing clear directions and WiFi details ahead of check in. The property was secure, had a lift, and was a short walk from the underground station. The apartment itself was really spacious, clean, and modern. The sofas and beds were comfortable, with ample space for three of us. We also really enjoyed having the balconies to sit out on in the mornings. Although we didn’t have use for it, it was great to see that there was an iron and pod coffee machine present. While the area was very lively and a little noisy with the windows open, you could hardly hear a thing with them closed. Aside from the main one in the hallway, the air con / heating panels didn’t seem to work in each room (though there may have been a switch or something we missed). The freezer had also frozen over leaving the door unable to be shut, though not a big problem for us as we did not need it. It would also have been great to have more in the way of toiletries - there was shampoo but no shower gel and a very limited amount of toilet roll and towels for three of us.
• Marcos (9/5): Superb - It has everything that is needed. Everything is quite new. The previous guests left the freezer door open and the frost growed that much that the door won't close. I had to defrost it myself along several hours and a few towels so it can be used.

We had a good sunny weather, that also helped. The place had a very positive vibe to it as well . It was all comfortable

Everything was behond what you expect and working, comfy beds and sofa, tv with all streaming services, all needed appliances and more, shower room was amazing with heated floors and controllable mirror with Bluetooth and 2 awasome balcony’s. Tubes a short walk away which means you can go anywhere in London pretty easy and it’s not to busy around the area so it’s pretty chill when you’ve just spent a day in the bussiling city! More than happy with my stay amazing!! Will return! Nothing
• Jo (9/5): Great property and I would definitely return. - Lovely modern property, light and spacious. The sofa beds helped as we were 3 single travellers so we could have a room each. Felt secure with the key fob entry and deadlock on the door The owner was very helpful and kind. We had some initial issues with using the TV and a broken shower, he came the next day to sort it out and kindly left some fruit and chocolates which was a lovely gesture for the inconvenience it had caused. There were no user instructions for the boiler (which was switched off at the wall when we arrived), the TV or the WiFi settings. This would be useful. Also just a minor suggestion would be storage in the bathroom or at least a shelf for toothbrushes and makeup!!

• Antonia (6/5): Pleasant - We stayed in the appartment for four nights and we made the choice based on the advertisement on the booking which mentioned two bathrooms. But in fact it only had one and although the owner was very polite he said he wasn't aware of the advertisement!!!. Too bad since I may had chosen another appartment closer to the center if it wasn't for the second bathroom. Unfortunately the third day we had an unpleasant situation since the heat stopped working as well as the boiler, so it was cold and there was no hot water. The problem was fixed but only after 10 hours.
