• Zsofia (7/5): Convenient choice at a good location - Nice clean big apartment It is very inconvenient when you traveling that you need to get cafe capsules and sugar from somewhere even if there is a cafe machine at the apartment. It wasn't too hard because there is a Hofer nearby but I the first morning it would be great to have 1-2 capsules there for start. Also I didn't like the communication of the host when there was a problem (just a small issue though).

• Felipe (8/5): Spacious apartment strategically locally near train station connecting to other parts of Vienna - Spacious apartment There were ants around the apartment and even in the bed. A coffee machine was provided but no coffee pods were given. For a one night stay it didn’t make sense for us to buy a new box. It’s a small detail but would have added to the overall customer experience.

• Nadine (7/5): - -Das Apartment ist neu eingerichtet und schön geräumig -Sauberkeit -Kontaktperson ist sehr freundlich und verlässlich -Sehr bequemes Bett -Bei meinem Aufenthalt hat es extrem nach Rauch in allen Räumen gerochen (für mich als Nicht-Raucherin wirklich grauenvoll)-für eine Nacht gerade so annehmbar wenn man nur dort schläft aber ein längerer Aufenthalt wäre dadurch unangenehm gewesen.

Апартаменти були на першому поверсі, тому проблем з валізами не було. Чисто, зручно. Тепло, температуру батареї можна відкоригувати під себе. Гаряча вода в душі. Є найнеобхідніші столові прибори, посуд на кухні. Інколи чути дверний дзвінок сусідів.

• Renate (8/5): Mit Parkplatz würde es eine tolle Unterkunft sein. - Super Lage, zum Tenniscenter konnten wir zu fuß gehen.Wir hatten aber so viel Sachen zu tragen, daß wir das Auto oft benötigten Leider kein Parkplatz, und gegenüber der große Parkplatz, da mußten wir Strafe zahlen, wir konnten das nicht erkennen wo da etwas stand. Zu wenig kleine Löffel und wenig Gläser, keine Schere,die sehr notwendig ist. Da wir beim Ausladen unserer Sachen Probleme hatten und kein Parkplatz zur Verfügung steht können wir bei Ihnen nicht mehr buchen.

• Marta (2/5): - The equipment of the apartment was generally alright, location is quiet with good public transportation - in apartament Number 2 which we got, was a mold in the bedroom/ living room and in the bathroom- a huge no go in public accommodations - huge problem with the humidity of the room - no iron - no cleaning facilities - we didn’t get any coffee capsules at the beginning - the glasses had lipstick mark on them

• Katja (9/5): Tolles Appartment, unkomplizierte Abwicklung - Tolle Lage, gute öffentliche Anbindung, trotzdem dass es direkt auf der Linzer Straße ist war es ruhig. Gut dass die Wohnung (App. 1) hinterm Haus die Fenster hatte. Sehr ansprechende Einrichtung, wo man sich wohl fühlen kann. Es fehlt nichts an Einrichtung und die Betten waren bequem. Das einzige was ein ganz kleiner Minuspunkt ist die Böden sind sehr sehr kalt (Keller). Wir waren nur 2 Nächte und hatten daher keine Hausschuhe dabei, mit Schlapfen wäres angenehmer gewesen. Mit Fußbodenheizung noch mehr. Ich habe mir für abends eine Überdecke unter dem Tisch gelegt, damit man die Kälte nicht so spürt. Für 2 Nächte Aufenthalt war das für aber nicht so eine tragische Sache.

• Filiz (7/5): - Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist wirklich super. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön groß, ruhig und optisch sehr schön. Im Bad ist in den Fugen ist Schimmel und die Dusche müsste dringend von Schimmel und Kalk gereinigt werden. Besonders mit einem Kind ist das nicht schön. Der Geruch des Bades lässt vermuten, dass es definitiv ein Feuchtigkeitsproblem gibt. Darüber hinaus läuft das Wasser im Waschbecken im Bad nicht richtig ab. Außerdem könnt die Ausstattung in der Küche etwas umfangreich sein.

• Velina (10/5): - Апартаментът беше затоплен ,когато се настанихме. Изключително уютен и удобен. Всичко е много просторно вътре и е оборудван с всичко необходимо за престой. Банята и тоалетната се разделени и изключително стилни и удобни. Разположен е далеч но от центъра ,но има две автобусни спирки точно отпред ,които правят връзка Huetteldorf. На 2 Мин има малка Била и голям Hofer, както и ресторант отсреща. Много спокойно място.

• Stenders (2/5): Hübsches Zimmer, aber massives Feuchtigkeitsproblem - Also die Ausstattung ist okay. Es ist modern eingerichtet, allerdings könnte man auch Kaffeekapseln und Tee als Service mit anbieten. Grundsätzlich aber okay. Den Waschbeckenschrank im Bad konnte ich erst mal reparieren, weil beide Schubladen rausgefallen sind beim öffnen. Dusche nass und dreckig, Wasser läuft nicht richtig ab und ein Handtuch auf dem Boden. Schimmel an den Wänden, im Zimmer als auch im Bad! Schimmel im Schrank! Nasse Bettrückwand am Morgen. Sehr feuchte Luft, hab erst mal richtig gelüftet. Die Wohnung ist zwar optisch aufgehübscht, aber die Feuchtigkeit und der Schimmel sind ein echtes no Go! Risiko für Leute mit Asthma und Allergien!

• Milos (10/5): Excellent stay in the perfect apartment. - The location was great, quiet with fresh air. The building and the apartment were well built an maintained. The bus stop was very close to out building. Bathroom and kitchen were clean an spacious. The bedrooms had the clean bed sheets. Entry in the apartment was easy. There could be a coat hanger near the main door. The smaller bedroom could have a chair and a desk, or some hooks on the wall to hang clothes. The refrigerator is moist. The shower cabin could have some shelves to place soaps or shampoos.

• Giovanni (9/5): - Ottimo alloggio, l'appartamento era davvero grande e ben curato. La casa era fornita di tutto, ma mancavano delle piccole comodità, come lo zucchero, il sale o il caffè, che sarebbe comodo avere a disposizione per una colazione. Unica piccola pecca, altrimenti avrei dato 10.

• Stefanie (8/5): - Das Bett ist gemütlich, das Bad hat eine angenehme Größe. Es ist alles sehr neu und man hat alles, was man braucht. Der Check-In war völlig unkompliziert. Für mich war die Lage ideal, um zu Fuß zu meinem Wochenendseminar zu gehen. Es gab einige Wasser- und Kalkflecken, die nicht hätten dort sein sollen. Außerdem war der Unterschrank im Bad an einigen Stellen schmutzig und die Wand und die Arbeitsplatte um den Herd herum klebrig.
• hélène (10/5): Great place - Well renovated and comfy appartment. Takes around 40 minutes by tram to go to city center Lack of private parking for our flat although there seems to be space behind the building. But we knew it when we made the booking
• Anne (8/5): War okay - Die Lage war super , Tankstelle, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bushaltestellen waren zu Fuß zu erreichen. Man war ruckzuck in der Stadt. Parken ist vor Ort auf einem öffentlichen und bezahlbaren Parkplatz am Friedhof möglich, man braucht die Wien App zum bezahlen ( wir haben den Parkplatz nicht benutzt) , wir haben unser Auto im Parkhaus in Hütteldorf geparkt - haben rund 18€ bezahlt von Montag bis Freitag )..für Wien super günstig ! Die Unterkunft war in Ordnung, im Großen und Ganzen sauber und für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder ausreichend. Zu wenig Geschirr..nach jeder Mahlzeit muss der Spüler laufen - die Küchenschränke sind riesig und doch so leer. Die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher sollten auch mal erneuert werden , waren teilweise löchrig. Wir hatten im Schlafzimmer noch benutzte Handtücher vom Vorgänger hängen. Unter der Couch lagen noch Kekse.
