• iliya (10/5): Приятен - Локация, наличието на обществен паркинг. Гледка, спокойно! Парламента е стар - нямаше закуска, което беше обявена в резервацията.
• Waldemar (5/5): - Die Unterkunft hat einige klare Pluspunkte: Sie liegt nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt, direkt an der Meerespromenade, und in unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es viele Restaurants. Besonders gefallen hat uns die tolle Aussicht vom Balkon. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr gut und unkompliziert. Leider gab es aber auch einige deutliche Nachteile. Das Badezimmer war für die Anzahl der Personen viel zu klein und zudem nicht besonders hygienisch. Die zweite Toilette eignet sich eher nur für sehr schmale Personen. Für 9 Personen gab es lediglich eine Dusche und insgesamt zu wenig Handtücher. Zu Beginn fehlte eine richtige Einweisung. Die Zimmer waren recht kompakt und boten nur wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten. Zudem war die Unterkunft sehr hellhörig, zusätzlich kam deutlicher Straßenlärm hinzu. Es gab nur einen physischen Schlüssel; der vorhandene E-Key hat leider nicht funktioniert. Auch die Küchenausstattung war eher dürftig, unter anderem fehlte eine Spülmaschine. In einem Zimmer gab es außerdem keine Möglichkeit, die Fenster zu verdunkeln, sodass man von außen freien Einblick hatte.

• Francois (3/5): Nice view with little confort - The view and the renovated living room The very poor and outdated kitchen, not fit for cooking; the bathrooms, extremely old with smelling pipes - warm water was on and off.

Ev oldukça büyüktü. yataklar rahat ve temizdi. havlular temiz ve güzeldi Banyo, tuvalet çok kötüydü. Mutlaka yenilenmesi gerekir. Çok katlı apartmanın geneli oldukça eski ve bakımsız. Dış sıvalar dökülmüş. Boyalar eski. Koridorlar karanlık.

• Zoran Kostadinov (8/5): - location, the view, comfortable property (5 separate bedrooms , living room and kitchen), good quality beds , quiet environment , the floor in bedroom where we were sleeping was damaged and needs to be repaired.
• Tamás (7/5): - Közel volt az óváros rész. Szép volt a kilátás. A fürdőszoba lehetett volna tisztább, hiányzott a zuhanyzóból a függöny. A wc meglehetősen kicsi volt alig lehetett benne elférni.

• Eleni (6/5): Σίγουρα δεν θα το ξανά προτιμήσω . - Η τοποθεσία ήταν καλή , το διαμέρισμα είχε καταπληκτική θέα,τα κρεβάτια ήταν άνετα . Το σπίτι θερμαίνεται με κλιματιστικά και για ένα τόσο μεγάλο σπίτι δεν είναι μια καλή επιλογή . Όταν μπήκαμε τα παράθυρα ήταν ανοιχτά με αποτέλεσμα να χρειαστεί πάρα πολύ ώστε να μπορέσουμε να βγάλουμε τα μπουφάν . Η Παπλωματοθηκη στο ένα δωμάτιο είχε λεκέδες , φαινόταν πως δεν είχε αλλαχτεί από τους προηγούμενους επισκέπτες , το μπάνιο είχε σημάδια εγκατάλειψης , και λεκέδες στην λεκάνη . Η τηλεόραση δεν δουλεύε.

Eve giriş aktivasyonu çok başarılı. Mail inize gönderiliyor. Giriş çıkış sadece o şifreyle. 5 tane odası harika bir salonu ve balkonu var harika 2 gün geçirdik. Teşekkürler. Asla. Herşey harikaydı 🧡

• Ünalan (10/5): - Konumu çok güzeldi. Sahilde, balkon manzarası ve güneş batımı mükemmel. Sahilden yürüyerek meydana,Beyaz Kuleye, gezilecek yerlere 15- 20 dakikada gidiliyor. Otopark evin önünde. Ev fotoğraftakinin aynısı. Çok temizdi. Havlu, sabun,şampuan,tuvalet kağıtları hepsi mevcut. Mutfakta kapsül kahve makinesi var. Kahvesi de yanında. Biz gideceğimiz saati belirttik. Gittiğimizde Evin klimalar açılmıştı. Ev serindi. Çok beğendik.
• Krivanjeva (9/5): Our stay was delightful, with breathtaking views and a comfortable apartment - The location was absolutely ideal, offering a clear view of the sea. Finding a parking spot was a breeze, thanks to the convenient public parking available nearby. We also loved the apartment—it was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. The check-in process was somewhat confusing at first. There’s a code and a key box at the entrance of the building, which might lead you to assume the keys are there. However, the actual process involves checking in online and entering the code directly at the Airbnb door upstairs. While it's ultimately a safe and secure method, clearer instructions would definitely make it easier for guests. As for the bathrooms, they were disappointing and didn’t quite match the quality of the apartment itself. The unpleasant smell, coupled with insufficient hot water for more than one person to shower, detracted from the overall experience. Improving these facilities would really elevate the stay.
• Svetlana (9/5): Superb - We rate the location of the accommodation, the beds as excellent. It would be necessary to fix the shower head in the bathroom as there was water everywhere in the toilet, toilet paper and maybe a better coffee maker
• Jennifer (8/5): Great location, had everything we needed - Everyone could have their own room but the living room was spacious and we could all have dinner together It would have been good to have a key or code for the outside door in case the group returned at different times

• Vanna (1/5): they are not professionals and the phone numbers are wrong in their website - The bathroom its smelling very much and it was dirty. We moved next morning and we still waiting for refund. A lady promised to send us the money back but after one month still waiting !!!!!!
