• Nadia (6/5): Confort e modernità - L’appartamento era molto confortevole, arredata di tutti I confort che possono servire. La posizione dell’appartamento dista 6/7 min a piedi dal centro storico. Non c’è stato nessun tipo di rapporto con l’host. Ha posizionato le chiavi in un box che si apriva con codice fornito da lui. L’appartamento si trova in una via secondaria del centro, non proprio bellissima. Quando ho prenotato non mi è stato detto che sarebbe stato al quinto piano senza ascensore. Quindi ho dovuto richiedere all’ultimo un appartamento più basso e ho dovuto pagarlo di più.

• Daniela Angela (5/5): - La posizione abbastanza comoda e centrale. La struttura non è pulitissima e, non espressa in descrizione, 4 piano senza ascensore.
• Bertalan (8/5): - The host was really cool, no contact, key in lockbox, helpful video with instructions on how to get to the apartment. Location is fairly central, near the central bus station, although we found that most points of interests were on the other side of the main square, but that's still just a few minutes of walking. Compared to Tirana it's also reasonably quiet. The apartment is furnished well, the sofa is more of a bench though, it's not cushioned at all, bed was very comfortable. There was cigarette smell in the apartment(apartment number 2), the rules clearly state that you are not allowed to smoke inside but someone must have broke that. There were hairs in the bathroom. Bathroom also got flooded with sewage smell a few times(this can be out of the control of the apartment sadly). There is bar right under the window that played loud music until midnight, it wasn't too bad with the windows closed but audible. Apartment is on the 5th floor so you have to climb quite a bit.

• Margherita (8/5): Monolocale accogliente in posizione top! - Ottima posizione per visitare Tirana a piedi e buon rapporto qualità prezzo. L’host era molto gentile e disponibile. Il letto era comodo. Il parcheggio era a due minuti a piedi ma non facilissimo da trovare, era a pagamento (6 euro al giorno) Il bagno si allagava facendo la doccia e la struttura non era pulitissima.
• Mónika (10/5): - A tulajdonos írt üzenetet a pontos paraméterekkel és videóval, ami alapján könnyen megtalálható volt a szállás. Az apartman konkrétan 5 perc sétára volt a belvárostól. Pékség közel. A lakás tiszta volt. Az ágy kényelmes.

Happy that location has self-check in , so our arrival at 2am wasn’t a problem. Located right in the center of Tirana. We were lucky to get free parking lot right at the backyard. Great value for money:) Not the minus, but recommendations: we would really appreciate if place offers some drink water, as on late arrival we were not able to buy it anywhere around

• F. (10/5): Great stay, comfortable apartment and value for money! - Clean and comfortable studio/apartment. The bed was great to sleep in after a long day of travelling. It is well maintained by the owner. There is even a washing machine available to use inside the apartment. There is also an AC and electric blinds for the windows. And the contact with the host was fast and easy. Our stay at this apartment was honestly 10x better than expected! The location around the hotel is safe, with restaurants in the same street and Tirana city center only a 10 minute walk. And I recommend to try some traditional Albanian food at the restaurant across from the apartment building! The apartment is on the 5th or 6th floor with a lot of stairs and no elevator, but this is not at fault of the owner. Just prepare yourself to climb up the stairs with all your luggage. And the bathroom is very small, but clean and beautifully decorated.

The apartment is stylishly decorated, blending modern comfort with cozy charm. The attention to detail is evident, from the high-quality furnishings to the well-equipped kitchen. The location is perfect—conveniently close to local attractions and public transport, yet quiet enough for a restful night's sleep. It was a very clean appartment.The host was incredibly welcoming and provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants and activities. Overall the appartment exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.
• Gidget (9/5): A great, comfortable option in Tirana! - The host was very professional and the apartment was very clean! The location was also centrally located and felt safe. I wish it was on a lower floor of the building.
• Jordan (3/5): Poor to average and therefore overpriced - Conveniently located centrally with decent host communication. Check in with was easy. The cleanliness was unacceptable. It stunk of smoke and there were even cigarette ends in the kitchen bin at check in. The kitchen was greasy and dirty, the bathroom cleanliness was also terrible. There was a lack of transparency regarding payment terms, the email receipt indicated no cash but the host required cash depositing in the key box instead.
