Unser Aufenthalt im Ladadika Family Apartment war ein absoluter Albtraum. Bereits beim Betreten der Wohnung waren wir entsetzt – der Zustand war desolat. Es roch unangenehm, und die Wohnung war alles andere als sauber. Überall fanden sich Haare im Bad, schmutzige Böden und Bettwäsche mit Flecken. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte so gut wie gar nicht, was bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen unerträglich war. Auch die Küchengeräte waren in einem katastrophalen Zustand und teils defekt. Angesichts des ekelhaften Zustands und der unzumutbaren Bedingungen sahen wir uns gezwungen, unseren Aufenthalt sofort abzubrechen. Um 17:00 Uhr an einem Samstag begannen wir verzweifelt, nach einer Ersatzunterkunft zu suchen. Zum Glück fanden wir mit viel Mühe und Glück noch eine Alternative, aber das war ein enormer Stress und sehr unbefriedigend. Der Gastgeber war telefonisch nicht erreichbar und reagierte auf unsere Beschwerden nicht. Die Tatsache, dass wir unseren Aufenthalt nach nur wenigen Stunden abbrechen mussten, spricht für sich. Fazit: Wer einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in Thessaloniki plant, sollte dieses Apartment auf keinen Fall buchen. Der Zustand der Wohnung ist einfach inakzeptabel, und der gesamte Aufenthalt war ein einziges Ärgernis. Wir können nur dringend davon abraten!

• Ksenija (7/5): Good - Great location for good price. We didn't find the remote for the air conditioning in the bedroom. The bed was uncomfortable.
• Mücahit (10/5): Exceptional - Location (Free parking) i didnt want to give less points because of only that. But if you filter as free parking when you search, just notice that. Yes this property providing free parking but on the street, but its public parking so if you cant find space on the street, you cant park. We were lucky, we made circle 15-20 minutes and we found one place. The rest of all are great.

• Andrew (10/5): Nice apartment in Thessaloniki - The apartment was a short walk from museums and the sea front. The accommodation was very comfortable with air conditioning in the lounge and bedroom, and the shower was just perfect! My only issue was we had to phone the owner when we arrived to get the code for the key box. However we did arrive early and he may have contacted me to arrange this anyway.

• Iasmina (9/5): Great apartament for a quick holliday - The apartament it really nice , very clean and chich. It had everything you need for a quick snack or for some coffee/tea. The bathroom is spacious and the living room as well . The area isn't really lovely , it needs a little bit of a makeover

There was no hot shower and the electricity was gone later in the morning. The mobile phone of the contact was switched off in the morning, s/he was unreachable. There is no electricity plug in the bathroom. For men, it can be manageable, but for ladies might be difficult because cant dry hair in bathroom. There is no private parking pertaining to the apartment. You can do free parking on the street if you can find a spot or park in parallel streets and pay 1.2 eur per hour.

It was hot inside even though we left the door to the bedroom open and A/C in the living room running for several hours before going to bed. Nevertheless I think it will be okay if you leave the AC running while you sleep.

The apartment was very clean, there was a weird smell in the bathroom, but not because of the apartment itself. The only thing I didn't like was the fact there was no plug in for a hairdryer in the bathroom.
