Ολα ηταν υπεροχα ιδανικα θα θελαμε να απολαυσουμε κι ενα πρωινο στην αυλη μιας και η οικογενεια εχει και δικη της παραγωγη αλλα οκ τα πηραμε πακετο!

His sons were just as warm and friendly, which made the whole stay feel personal rather than transactional. The accommodation itself was spotless, well cared for, and thoughtfully set up. You can tell there’s real pride behind it — not just a place to stay, but somewhere people actually care about your experience. As a solo traveller, this mattered a lot. I felt completely comfortable, safe, and looked after the entire time, which is something you don’t always get. It’s simple: great people, great place, zero stress. Pansiyonun sahibi gerçekten muhteşem bir insan, her konuda koşulsuz yardımcı oldu. Ayrılırken veda etmekte bile zorlandık. Sıcacık bir ev ortamı, güler yüzlü insanlar ve tertemiz, pırıl pırıl bir yer… Portakal, limon, zeytin ve üzüm ağaçlarının arasında; mavi konsepti modern çizgilerle buluşturan muhteşem bir ortam. • Zafer (10/5): Mükemmel ötesi bir deneyim - Konaklama yeri sahipleri inanılmaz tatlı ve güleryüzlü insanlardı gelir gelmez odamıza geçtik hiç bekletilme olmadı ki 3 farklı rezervasyon aynı anda girmişti daha sonrasında Yiorgos odamıza geldi ve bize yardımcı oldu bilememiz gerekenleri söyledi tavsiye almak için soru sorduğumuzda bize elinde haritayla rehberlik önerileri yaptı kendisi de yine çok tatlı biriydi ona 7/24 ulaşabileceğimizi söyledi kaldığımız daire çok güzeldi çok temizdi temizlik benim için önemli bir kriterdir. İkramları çok hoş bir jestti. Hem odadaki halihazırda olan ikramlar olsun hem odaya getirilenler olsun hem de çıkış yaparken kapımıza bıraktıkları reçel marmelat ve zeytinyağı hem de ufak bir not ile. Biz konaklamadan çok memnun kaldık gelecek herkese ve çevremize tavsiye edeceğiz hatta bir daha gelirsek kesinlikle başka bir konaklama mekanı araştırmayı düşünmüyorum direkt ilk tercihim burası olacak hatta keşke 1 geceden fazla kalsaydık dedik o derece sevdik.

Sahiplerinin dost canlısı olması bize dahil olmamasına rağmen elleriyle yaptıkları kahvaltılıları getirmeleri giderken zeytinyağı marmelat hediye etmeleri , güler yüzlü olmaları , ailemize akrabamıza gitmiş gibi hissettik.

• can (10/5): Güne huzurlu ve mutlu uyanmak istiyorsanız başka yer bakmayın - Tesis mükemmeldi. Konumu merkeze(limana) araçla 10 dk mesafede. Kendine ait üzüm bağları mevcut ve ufakta olsa yüzme havuzu var. Sabah uyandığınızda balkondan ve pencereden sizi muazzam bi görüntü karşılıyor. Tesis sahibi Giannis her konuda mükemmel yardımcı oluyor. Size haritada gidilmesi gereken yerleri ve isterseniz istemiş olduğunuz restoranlarda rezervasyon bile yapıyor sizin adınıza. Otelin kendine ait otoparkı mevcut. Araç park yeri sıkıntısı yaşamıyorsunuz.Karşılama esnasında yaptıkları ikram ve otelden ayrılırken hediye olarak 2 adet muazzam reçel hediyeleri içinde çok teşekkürler. Sakız adasına tekrar gelirsem kalacağım tek yer Beğenmediğim hiç bir şey yok. Her şey mükemmeldi

Bize her sabah kahve ve ikramlarda bulundu. Kendisine buradan da cok tesekkur ederiz. Bizi yolcu ederken kendi ev yapimi recellerinden ikram etti. Sakiza surekli gidiyoruk ve bundan sonra hep burayi tercih ederim.

• Vicky (10/5): Do yourself a favour and book here - Do yourself a favour and book here! The host Yiannis is very kind , accomodating and nothing too much trouble for him. The property is amazing with many places to chill, pool, donkeys, friendly cats and organic grapes that you are encouraged to pick and eat whenever you want. Car park space which you will need a car if you want to see all parts of the island or take a bike for the day from the property no charge and roam kampos to see all the amazing houses , mosey down to the citrus cafe for a home made lemonade. Close to the airport and the port. Room is cleaned daily.

Lovely places to eat outside under flowers and grapes, lots of animals that delighted our toddler, and the pool was the perfect size and temperature. Though there were other guests it felt very peaceful and almost like we had the place to ourselves. The staff were so friendly - they brought us water and surprised us with wine and bread. • Zehra Huma (10/5): - The best family owned hotel ever. We have stayed in Venetis luxury apartments with my family for 4 days in August. The hotel is very well designed, rooms are very clean, beds are comfortable, aircondition in every room, 5 min away from beautiful Karpas beach, has a huge parking space and full wi-fi. But beside all of this, we feel like we are home because of wonderful and friendly family that owns the hotel. They greeded as with a huge smile from the first moment we met and also helped with every question we had. Our 8 year old son loved playing UNO game, visiting the do keys in the garden, eating fresh grape from the garden and also the delicious grandma marmelade. We really feel lucky that we met with this family and will only stay in this hotel when ever we come to chios. Hospitality, cleaning, comfort, silence, 5 min drive to best neach for children

Des chats, des ânes, une piscine très agréable, un parking (important parce que sur l'île, galère parfois de se garer). Le personnel est super sympa, ils ont répondu à toutes nos demandes quand on avait besoin de quelque chose, et on a eu des petits cadeaux, trop gentil. Rien, le seul petit problème qu'on a eu est que le wifi ne fonctionnait pas toujours.

There was a problem with the wifi & they took me to the center to a very nice cafe restaurant with good wifi that solved my problem. The apartment was cozy. The best part was the small sun room at the front. Sitting there with the windows open & just listen to the wind. The location is secluded. If you want quiet, this is a place for you. The house is 200 years old. Recently fitted with a retro style (1940-50's country) but with nice details and decors. You can hear the neighbors coming in & out of their units. wifi may be better in other apartments but not this one.

It is owned by a delightful, hospitable, and genuinely caring family. The farm surrounding the property is both adorable and extensive, allowing you to stroll amidst its charm and indulge in delectable fruits straight from the trees. This extraordinary place is a true gem for accommodation. Even before our arrival, the owner made us feel welcome by providing detailed directions to the location. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a warm welcome, complete with wine and refreshments in the fridge, as well as an assortment of cookies and sweets to savor at our leisure. The entire property was flawlessly clean, comfortable, and exuded the timeless beauty of traditional Greek houses. Its central location makes it easily accessible, only a 30-minute drive from Mesta and approximately 8 minutes from the main town of Chios. We are eager to return to this enchanting place and cherish every moment. Our hostess was exceptional, demonstrating remarkable generosity and genuine concern for our enjoyment throughout our stay. We had an unforgettable experience in this marvelous retreat.
• Alan (10/5): We highly recommend everyone to stay there… it’s an amazing and rejuvenating experience! - Our host was so warm and generous, a genuine caring human! He looked after us so well, from picking us up late at night from the ferry, to giving us a ride to town, to letting us help feed the donkeys! Our rooms were exceptional, with lovely details, such as fresh oranges from his orchard to flower petals joyfully placed. Smell of orange blossoms and birdsong from the balcony, wonderfully comfortable bed and living space inside. Everything was perfect!
