Guest Reviews
- Jayne (10/5): Perfect and fun - The location was perfect although a little noisy on the Friday night.
The property is quirky, but it slept a family of four adults easily and we had plenty of hot water for baths and showers which we needed after a day working in the garden and painting There was nothing to dislike
- Stephanie (9/5): Everything was great the location was wonderful. The owner was very accommodating to let us in a little earlier than ori -

- Stephen (9/5): - Great comfortable space for us as a young family of 4 Can be noisy due to the road noise until the later hours (although we are sensitive to noise at night). It is an old cottage and therefore ceilings and doorways are low - which could be an issue for those 6ft plus
- John (9/5): Very comfortable and convenient. - The ambience of the property - very peaceful! Keypad was very sensitive and if number not put in quickly enough it didn't work.
- Andrea (10/5): An absolutely fabulous stay - Perfect location, parking included & very easy to get into property 😊 N/A
- G (10/5): Perfect - Lovely cottage everything I needed for a comfy stay
- Ferdinand (10/5): - Wonderful stay
- L Witmer (9/5): The cutest little cottage in an extremely convenient location! -

- Marlo (9/5): - Norsey cottage was great for our stay to visit family in London/Essex. The location is perfect - 2min walk to train station, and at the end of the hight St so easy access to shops, pubs and restaurants. The cottage is compact but has everything you need. Matt was very accommodating and kindly let us check in early after our long flight. We would definitely come back. Nothing. All good.
- Steven (9/5): Little Gem - Highly Recommended - Excellent location just off the High Street so easy access to lots of shops, bars and restaurant's. The train station was only a 5min walk away. The Cottage is very cosy and well presented. You can see the host spent a lot of time and money making it very comfortable with nice furnishings. The bed was very comfortable and the internet speed was very good. The Kitchen has everything you need if you do want to cook anything. The host was on hand to answer questions and provide info in a timely manner - The parking spot next to the cottage is small and tight so only suitable for small/medium car - we had hired a Mercedes A180 which fitted perfectly but I could see plenty of parking spots around the town which were only a short walk so no drama if you have a larger vehicle. Overall this property is highly recommended and I hope to use again in the near future. The only issue was we could not stay longer - hopefully I will be able to use this property again on my next trip to this area.
I travel a lot for business so this was perfect spot to base myself in for local meetings.
- Golding (7/5): Perfect for what I needed during my stay in Billericay, and I would return. - Excellent location and cozy cottage for a few days. It was disappointing that the heating and hot water was not working on arrival and not fixed until 10:30 on the first night. It would have been reasonable to be offered a refund for that night. Also, there is a fridge on the floor under the dining room table which is difficult to access and was not working. It was freezing all the items.
- Barbara (10/5): Exceptional - The host, property, location, quaintness all were great. Highly recommend this property. Thanks Matt !! nothing
