• Charlotte (10/5): Parfait - Les chambres sont très belles. C’était propre. Les douches communes sont de loin les mieux équipés que j’ai pu voir ! Le personnel est vraiment adorable. Les repas sont très bons. L’hôtel est un peu à l’écart du village c’est très calme au cœur de la nature. Encore merci pour tout, j’espère revenir.

Jeder der dort sein Glück und Zufriedenheit sucht wird es finden .Durch meine langen Aufenthalt hatte ich viel Kontakt zur Gemeinschaft im Ort Macedonia . Es ist mir echt schwer gefallen den Ort der Herzlichkeit zu verlassen . Ich danke der ganzen Familie für die so tollen Tage die ich verbringen durfte und werde versuchen wieder einmal vorbei zu kommen.. Ich vermisse das Lachen der Kinder und die offene Art der Unterhaltung mit den Menschen im Ort . Herzlichen Dank , Helmuth 💫🍀

• Gianmarco (10/5): - Von der ersten Minute an habe ich mich in dieser Unterkunft unglaublich wohlgefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind herzlich, aufmerksam und schaffen eine Atmosphäre, in der man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Ich bin alleine gereist und war fast der einzige Tourist im Dorf – dennoch (oder gerade deshalb) waren alle Menschen extrem freundlich, offen und hilfsbereit. Obwohl mein Spanisch wirklich kaum ausreicht, war die Verständigung überhaupt kein Problem. Eliossnai begegnete mir mit unendlicher Geduld, Ruhe und einem stets freundlichen Lächeln und hat mir alles verständlich erklärt. Man merkt sofort, wie viel Herzblut und Menschlichkeit hier gelebt wird. Bei meiner Ankunft wurde mir alles in Ruhe gezeigt, und gemeinsam mit Eliossnai konnten wir ein individuelles Programm mit verschiedenen Touren zusammenstellen. Dazu gehörten unter anderem das Beobachten von Flussdelfinen, ein Besuch auf der Affeninsel, ein Ausflug nach Peru in einen Nationalpark sowie eine spannende Nachtwanderung – sogar gemeinsam mit dem Vater von Ellionora. Jede Aktivität war hervorragend organisiert und ein absolutes Highlight. Die Unterkunft selbst ist ein kleines Paradies: blitzsauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und unglaublich gemütlich. Besonders der überdachte Außenbereich mit den Hängematten ist ein Traum – mitten im Grünen, umgeben von der Ruhe und den Geräuschen des Dschungels. Das Dorf Macedonia, fernab vom touristischen Trubel, ermöglicht einen authentischen und tiefen Einblick in das Leben im Amazonasgebiet. Für mich war dieser Aufenthalt ein echtes Geschenk: einzigartig, bereichernd und von ganz besonderen Begegnungen geprägt. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann diese Unterkunft aus vollem Herzen empfehlen.
• EDUARDO ET AUDREY (10/5): Merveilleux séjour à Macedonia - Nous avons passé 5 jours merveilleux à Macedonia. Nous étions avec nos 2 enfants, 10 ans et 13 ans. Un endroit très reposant. Une famille extrêmement gentille, bienveillante, à l’écoute de nos besoins. L’endroit est très propre, literie impeccable. Les repas sont succulents ! Les activités proposées sont top. Je vous recommande la balade nocturne, une belle expérience! Pour y aller il faut prendre un bateau à partir de Leticia ( le dernier part à 14h de Leticia) 1h30 de voyage sur le fleuve l’amazone. Nous avons quitté les lieux avec un pincement au cœur, on était tellement bien! 😌 On recommande à 100% !!
• Lucie (10/5): Fabuleux séjour chez les Tikunas - La famille qui nous accueille fait tout pour que l’on soit bien à l’hôtel. Les repas sont délicieux. Naydie et Elios sont des hôtes très attentionnés. Ils proposent de nombreuses activités pour découvrir la culture Tikunas et le village de Macédonia. Nous étions en pleine sécurité avec notre famille de 4 enfants de 6 à 15 ans. Naydie, Elios, Léni et les parents d’Elios sont formidables, ils nous partagent avec plaisir leur connaissance sur les Tikunas, leurs habitudes de vie, la forêt amazonienne et ses légendes. N’hésitez pas à regarder leur compte Instagram pour voir que c’est un plaisir de passer quelques jours avec eux !

Tutta la famiglia è stata gentile, ospitale, il cibo è ottimo e cucinato in casa, dall'ostello puoi organizzare qualsiasi escursione ed è davvero un'avventura vivere nella loro comunità! Eliosnay and Neidy were very kind and helped us with everything, always attentive to our needs. An excellent place if you want to stay and live in the middle of the jungle with an indigenous community. .
• Petra (10/5): Highly recommended - Staying at this hostal with a local family was an unforgettable experience! It offered an authentic glimpse into the daily life of the Macedonia community. We had incredible adventures, including a night walk through the jungle, a canoe ride on the river, and an amazing trip to a neighboring community in Peru. The chance to observe the stunning nature up close was truly special. The food was delicious, and the comfort exceeded our expectations. If only we could have stayed longer!
• Niko (10/5): No doubt the best place in Macedonia, probably of the whole Amazon - Probably the best hostel in the entire Amazon! Not only are the owners and their entire family extremely kind and helpful, the food is also amazing and they are the only place in Macedonia (the village) with uninterrupted electricity and high speed internet thanks to solar panels and Starlink (satellite internet). I got quite a bit of work done during my stay and was also able to relax. The hostel is located at the edge of the village (about 5 min walking from where you arrive by boat), which means that it's very quiet and peaceful. Be prepared for a cock that cries loudly during the night (bring earplugs if that bothers you). This will be the case anywhere in the village though, as almost all families have chickens and cocks. Other than that, it was a perfect experience.
