• Alejandro (10/5): Pros y contras - Las vistas de la playa y el apartamento me encantó, super cómodo el trato del personal de la agencia, sobretodo la casa muy bien equipada. Es una casa a la que ir en verano, ya que en otras fiestas como semana santa, no hay absolutamente na de ocio abierto, ni siquiera discotecas, y en nuestro caso con el mal tiempo (viento) que nos hizo provocó que cosas de la terraza se volasen con lo que hay que estar atento
• Jani (7/5): - Tilavat huoneet. 2 parveketta. Näköala melkein joka suuntaan ja sijainti oikein mainio rantakadulle lyhyt matka. Internet toimi vain puolet ajasta. Asunnossa on vanhat sähköasennukset ja menetimme sähkön muutamaksi tunniksi, mutta onneksi sähkömies tuli ripeästi paikalle vaikka oli joulu.
• Myriam (8/5): - Las vistas son inmejorables. Está a un minuto de la playa y de los paseos marítimos. Si vas fuera de temporada, la tranquilidad que hay es relajante, lo único que escuchas es el mar a todas horas. Tiene utensilios de cocina (y detergente de platos) y productos de baño (gel, champú, jabón manos) y eso se agradece. Eche en falta algún trapo de cocina. Y lo cierto es que tuve que lavar los utensilios de cocina que utilicé a antes de gastarlos porque se notaban algo grasosos. Y la escoba no estaba muy limpia.

• Markus (10/5): Top hat uns gefallen, gerne wieder . - Top Lage mit super Aussicht auf den Strand und den Ort. Für denn Preis super Ausstattung. Sehr gute Idee mit den Videos. Ein Maler könnte die Wohnung mit wenig Aufwand auf neuen Glanz bringen.
• Reimers (8/5): - Die Aussicht ist einzigartig: Blick auf die Berge, das Castel, die Altstadt, vom Balkon Panoramablick auf das Meer und die Promenade. Alles von der 9. Etage. Der Strand ist 100m Fußweg entfernt. Am Strand selber wenig Publikum, einige entspannte Best-Ager🫢, ein Paar Wassersportler, ein Paar Familien mit Kindern. Bei 7 Tagen Aufenthalt in der letzten Oktober-Woche ein kühler Regentag, sonst im Schnitt 23°C. Die Woche zuvor hatte es wohl viel geregnet, dies sei jedoch ungewöhnlich. In 100m Entfernung ein kleiner Supermarkt, der fast alles anbietet, Preise absolut okay. Die Einheimischen sind offensichtlich Urlauber gewöhnt, sind unaufgeregt, freundlich-distanziert. Mit Englisch kommt man nicht weit! Mit Deutsch erwartbar ebenso. Also: Spanischkenntnisse auffrischen oder Translater auf Smartphone griffbereit halten.
• Татьяна (6/5): - Месторасположение. Вид с балкона, это единственный плюс. Очень красиво. Квартира была очень грязная, такое впечатление что перед заездом не убирали вообще. А ремон мягко говоря очень старый, ну очень. Мне сказали у вас завышены были ожидания, это просто жуть. Ещё перепутали ключи, два раза ездили их забрали, т. к. это немного не в одном месте. Кровати были в разобранном виде, просто матрас на кушетке. С потолка сыпется штукатурка , диван ободранный. Белье просто грязное.

• jorge (9/5): Repetiremos seguro - La ubicación. Inmejorable. En pleno paso marítimo. Al ser un piso tan alto y en primera línea de mar , las vistas eran increíbles. Además disponía de dos terrazas amplias que te permitían cenar o comer sin problema. Resaltar también la chica de recepción donde recogimos las llaves del apto: súper simpática , muy agradable y explicó todo a la perfección . Al estar en pleno paseo marítimo , a las 8:30 de la mañana de un viernes se pusieron con un micrófono a hacer gimnasia. Parecía que los tenías en la puerta de casa (y eso que era un noveno piso). Y los accesos para gente en sillas de ruedas muy mal (nosotros fuimos con una persona en sillas de ruedas por un pie roto): para acceder al ascensor hay 5/6 escalones (sin rampa) más muchos bordillos impracticables del coche al portal.

• Eduard (7/5): Great place if you don`t have high requirments for amenities - Close to the sea, supermarket, center. Beautiful sea view from the balcony. Responsive host. Nice video manual how to find parking/apartment. 2 air conditioners. Beach chairs and loungers. It was no kettle in the apartment. Soap was like a water with soap. Towels were not fresh. But after messaging with the host we got new kettle, soap and fresh towels on next morning. Host also propose cleaning service on next day morning, but we refused for not spend our time for it and cleaned kitchen ourself. Fridge and kitchen were mad. The mattresses were too hard - not comfortable to sleep. Very old repair and corresponding smell. Condensate from air conditioners flows into a bucket on the balcony. It must be drained manually 1-2 times in a day. Small shower cabin. Really small. After heavy rain, we got a flood from the kitchen ventilation above the stove.

• Samiremil (9/5): Nice apartment with wonderful views - Stunning views from balcony and windows. Well equipped kitchen and other rooms. In apartment you can find everything you need. Perfect location and great town Oropesa. Apartment is very close to the 2 sandy beaches. Apartment in winter evenings a little bit cold, but there is an air conditioning with warm air.
• Svitlana (9/5): Great value for money! I would definitely return to this place. - The view is amazing and it was the main selling point for us once we saw the photos. We spent so much time just sitting on terraza and watching the sea even in November. We loved that we had great views (to the sea/to the mountains) from every room of the unit. The apartment is spacious. It is great for a family or group of friends. We liked the location as well. It is conveniently located between two main beaches. Good bonus is a parking on the premises. Another pleasant surprise was the team that manages apartment. They were very responsive and helpful. When the microwave broke, they brought a new one on the next day without us explicitly asking for it. The apartment is quite old, the furniture is worn out. It was not an issue for us at all as the apartment is as on the photos and we didn’t expect renovated unit. It is great value for money. but it is a fair warning for picky tourists:)

• Radu (10/5): Overall a great holiday. - Loved the location the views and the big spacious apartment. The beach is very close, parking is available and there are plenty of shops just around the corner. Overall we had a great stay. Excellent communication from the agency managing the rental. There is no aircon and it was quite hot for few nights. If you are not used with hot climate (25+ Celsius overnight ) you may be uncomfortable. Solution - sleep on the beach. ;).
