Everything was spotlessly clean, and the location right by the sea made it even more special. The owner took care of us at every step, guiding us to the most beautiful places, wonderful restaurants, and much more. His family is just as amazing – warm, kind, and always ready to help. I have nothing but praise for them. We are already looking forward to coming back next year! Everything was perfect!

• Bordeianu Daniela Ioana (10/5): Superb! Abia asteptam să revenim la "Casuta alba de la malul marii" - Locatia a corespuns intocmai descrierii de pe Booking (2 camere, 1 living cu bucatarie deschisa si cu 1 canapea care se trage, 1 baie, 2 terase, una in fata si una in spate). De fapt, proprietarul pune la dispozitie parterul unei vile cu 2 nivele si cu intrari separate. La etaj locuiesc parintii, niste oameni extraordinar de prietenosi si discreti. Cand am ajuns la locatie ne astepta proprietarul care ne-a intampinat cu zambetul pe buze si apoi ne-a prezentat cu rabdare si minutiozitate nu doar locatia in sine ci si imprejurimile, supermarketurile, tavernele/restaurantele si plajele cele mai bune. Apoi s-a retras discret nu inainte de a ne asigura ca il putem contacta pentru orice motiv. Iar pe parcursul sejurului, la intrebarile mele a raspuns intotdeauna cu promptitudine. Despre casa pot spune ca a fost foarte curata, lenjerie impecabila si cate 2 prosoape de un alb imaculat - unul foarte mare si altul mediu pentru fiecare membru al familiei in parte. Bucataria era dotata cu aragaz electric, cuptor cu microunde, cafetiera, ceainic, vesela si tacamuri suficiente, frigider incapator (noi am optat pentru micul dejun in casa pentru ca la mica distanta era un Lidl si in rest am mancat in oras). Parcarea am avut-o asigurata chiar in curtea locatiei, in conditii de siguranta maxima. Peste drum exista un teren generos adaptat pentru volei si fotbal, ce poate fi folosit de catre copii. De asemenea, tot vis-a-vis este si o Taverna care gateste mancare foarte gustoasa. Locatia este situata chiar la malul marii. Stand pe terasa sau chiar in pat vedeam si auzeam marea. La o distanta nu foarte mare, am putut sa mergem la mai multe plaje. Recomand: plaja Paralia, plaja Sani Dune si Insula Ammouliani. Si sigur, ma inotat cu placere si la 1 min fata de căsuţă. Ma jos am lasat si poze cu casa dar si cateva cu imprejurimile.
• DANA FELICIA IOANA (9/5): Ne-am simtit excelent! , multumim. - Locatia la malul marii, la 10 metri de terasa , se simte briza. Camerele foarte curate, marmura si gresie pe jos,lenjerie curata, bucataria bine dotata cu vesela, aparat de cafea, frigider, aer conditionat, apa calda permanent, grill in curte. Plaja mai mica la 200 m, si plaja Vergia la 5 min cu masina, cu sezlonguri si terase unde sa te racoresti sau sa servesti masa. La 20 metri de locatie exista o terasa , mai putin pretentioasa, cu mancare f buna si ieftina. Parcare in curtea vilei.Gazdele f prietenoase si saritoare.
• Ognyan (10/5): Great villa! - Great and quiet villa with seaside view. Has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Small inconvenience: unfortunately there's only one AC unit, but it is powerful enough to cool all the rooms.
• Denitsa (10/5): Exceptional - We loved our stay at Kostas’s place! The location is hard to beat - so close to a wonderful small beach with clean shallow waters for many meters in. There is a restaurant right opposite the house which can come in handy but otherwise the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. We loved both terraces but especially the one looking at the sea. Not a luxurious place in any way but cosy and perfectly located. Will visit again!
• Angelina (10/5): Great location, clean and with all needed! - Great house- there was everything that a family needs. Basic, but very clean, full equipped kitchen, coffee, hot water, good WiFi. Everything that we needed, we find it there (toaster, frappe machine, iron, washing machine, shampoo, board games, even a pizza knife😊). The owners are really nice and helpful. There is no beach, but the water is great and near are many beaches and bars.
• Mihai (10/5): Awesome people, nice location - The location is excellent, next to a small beach with a sandy shore. There is a tavern across the street and a really nice seafood place if you are willing to drive 5 minutes. The hosts were wonderful: we had a bottle of wine and a huge watermelon waiting for us on arrival! Because we had some trouble with our car they even drove me to a mechanic, thank you so much!
• Petаr (10/5): A perfect place to relax - The house is perfect for 1 family. The whole house was very clean and welcoming. The kitchen is full with everything you need. Big balcony with great sea view and BBQ in the yard, sunbath and private parking. The owner and his family are very nice persons. They didn't bother us during the stay, they even invited us for coffee. They had prepared a welcome drink for us. Thank You Kostas!
• Thanasis (10/5): Close to the beach and all the fun stuff, yet far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle. - A cozy little property tucked away in a serene corner. As soon as I stepped foot inside, I knew I was in for a treat. The vibes were chill, the decor was on point, and I instantly felt at home.
