• Paolo (10/5): Le lieu, le logement et le personnel était PARFAIT 👍 - Bonjour, voici notre avis sur ce logement. Le logement était très propre et très qualitatif avec une petite terrasse ayant un très beau 🤩 panorama sur le lac. Le cadre ou l’on est servi pour le petit déjeuner et le dîner est juste magnifique 😍. Nous sommes au calme juste devant le lac. Je recommande vivement cet établissement. Le personnel a été extrêmement attentif et très très agréable avec nous ☺️

Das optional erhältliche Abendessen für 15,-€/Person und der hausgemachte Wein ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen. Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

La gentillesse et les informations donné par l hôte. N hesitez pas a aller boire un petit verre au bar au bord du lac un peu plus bas (y aller en voiture). Like side lounge. Un endroit qui mérite de s y poser. Vous y rencontrerez sans doute votre hôte.

• Tomáš (10/5): Super místo a výchozí bod na výlet lodí - Vybírali jsme podle hodnocení a vyplatilo se. Sice dražší, ale jako joooo, super. Pokoj krásný, nový a hlavně se vším, co si člověk přeje. Krásná kuchyň, koupelna včetně pračky. Ložnice i obývák naprosto v pořádku. Parádní je obří terasa s výhledem na řeku. Z apartmánu se dá dojít až k řece. Pan domácí nabízí i místní večeři a umí zařídit výlet na lodi. Využili jsme výlet a bylo to super. Snídaně byla také místní, hlavně sýr nám chutnal. Parkování je přímo před domem. Je super, že je zde omezený počet ubytovatelů, takže je zde klid a pohoda. Hlavně v noci si připadnete jak někde na konci světa, ticho a maximálně slyšíte nějakou tu žábu :-) za nás opravdu doporučujeme!!! není co vytknout

• itsik (8/5): - המארח עשה מעל ומעבר וגם עזר לי באופן אישי בביטול קרוז הזמנו ארוחת ערב שהייתה מאוד טעימה לעומת זאת, ארוחת הבוקר דלה מאוד ולא מגוונת ,לפי דעתי צריך לבקש מראש מהמארח מה רוצים, כיוון שהוא מביא באופן אישי את הארוחה למרפסות של הדירה להגיע לדירה ממש פרוייקט, הדרך לא סלולה ועם בורות אבל נאמר לי שזה יפתר בשנה וחצי הקרובים עוד טיפ כללי: אל תשנו בשקודרה ותעשו את כל הנסיעה הזו בבוקר עם הסעה ולא יכולים לעצור בדרך וגם קמים מאוד מאוד מוקדם, זה לא שווה את זה,תלונו בסמיכות עד כמה שאפשר למקום של יציאת הקרוזים
• CELINE (10/5): Un endroit paisible et un accueil chaleureux - L'accueil, la vue, logement spacieux, très propre et confortable, dîner et petit dejeuner copieux et excellents, tout était parfait ❤️
• Joris (8/5): - Mooie locatie dichtbij de boor naar Shala river. Wij hadden in het guesthouse gegeten (wat prima was), maar weet dat als je 5 min. doorrijd echt een paar leuke tentjes hebt zitten waar je heerlijk kunt eten. De slaapbank is een gewone bank waar een matras opgedaan kan worden, voor ons prima. De weg er naartoe is echt een uitdaging, volgend jaar is het waarschijnlijk beter ze zijn bezig met de weg.
• Antoine (9/5): Een prachtige locatie aan het meer, waar we graag nog eens terugkomen!! - Een prachtige locatie aan het meer! Appartement heeft een waanzinnig uitzicht over het meer, waar je je ontbijt en/of avondeten geserveerd krijgt van de hostess uit de streek. Voorzien van airco. Zwemmen in het meer. De weg ernaar toe was vooral de laatste 30 km wel matig. Beter om er te komen met een 4x4 huurauto. De weg is nog in aanbouw dus onverhard. Als je het weet, rij je rustig en dat is dan te doen. Ik vond de locatie het echt waard! Zelfs onze puber-kinderen.

• Sol (10/5): 10/10. The pictures don't look as nice as it really is. - Highly recommend. The room is actually so much nicer than in the pictures. The room is really nice, you can swim in the lake, and the surroundings are beautiful with the garden and animals (all home grown for the food they serve). We washed clothes, had dinner on the balcony, and were a short drive from the ferry the next morning. I recommend you stay here the night before you want to get the ferry because the road up to Koman is very long and slow. Fantastic host.
• Kirsten (10/5): Wished I could have stayed much longer. - Greatest place to be if you are looking for quiet and nature. Wonderful nature all around, views are spectacular. No Chi Chi, no crowds, no shopping facilities reachable on foot. Appartment generous and well equipped. Highly engaged host, brings homemade meals to the appartment and offers help wherever needed or requested. Even brought his friend from the village to fix a flat tire on our car! Direct Access to the sea, the host rents his SUP for a small amount.

• Jan (10/5): Idylka u jezera - Cesta k domu je dobře značená, z hlavní silnice se dá i přes zpočátku divoce vyhlížející cestu v pohodě dojet až k domu. Domek je kousek od jezera Koman, po dlážděné cestě se dá dojít až k jezeru, kde máte možnost se koupat a odpočívat na lehátku. Majitelé ochotní, škoda zde být na jednu noc. Trochu lépe dovybavit kuchyň. Jinak je to farma, takže pokud jste zvyklí spát s otevřeným oknem, tak ráno čekejte kohoutí budíček.

Aardig en heel beleefd eigenaar met alles geholpen wat je maar nodig had. Verse eten iedere dag ontbijt en avondeten wat altijd heerlijk was. • Paulius (8/5): - The house is tidy, modernly furnished. The main bed is comfortable. There is an option to order the dinner. There is an access to the lake, but the shore is stony and the water is very cold :) The sofas were not comfortable for sleeping. There were no night curtains. Unstable electricity supply or problems with the installation - the electricity was constantly out. The road was in very bad condition (especially the last few hundred meters), we had a SUV, but I wouldn't dare to drive in a lower car.

O anfitrião muito prestável e disponibilizou-se em ajudar com o passeio do dia seguinte ao lago, facilitando no transporte e agilizando na compra do bilhete. Jantar proposto com produtos locais, valor à parte. Pontão à beira do lago muito simpático para relaxar.

O anfitrião é muito simpático, disponível e ainda nos ajudou a organizar a nossa passagem para Shala river. Muito boa qualidade preço. Foi provavelmente o melhor alojamento em toda a nossa viagem pela Albânia.

• Dario (10/5): - Il soggiorno è stato perfetto, Mario e la sua famiglia sono stati molto accoglienti e la cena era spettacolare! L'appartamento è molto bello e spazioso con una splendida vista sul lago. Al lago è pure possibile fare il bagno e usare i SUP. Molto comodo anche per prendere il traghetto il giorno dopo.

• Luis Fernando (9/5): Experiência de hotel fazenda à beira do lago Komani - Acomodação excelente, com muito conforto. Ficamos num apartamento que tinha tudo, até máquina de lavar. O anfitrião é muito atencioso e fez da nossa estadia uma experiência incrível. Só é um pouco difícil de achar a entrada do local, mas tirando isso, tudo nos agradou.
• Anna (10/5): - The host - Mario - is a wonderful person. His family runs the farm that the guesthouse is located on. The food is fresh and home grown. The house is near the lake, where we played with the provided paddleboards. Rural and in nature - a wonderful experience for my whole family.

Hele aardige jongen Mario, die ons keurig van alles voorzag en ontbijt in het appartement kwam brengen. We konden ook eten voor het diner bestellen en dat was ook heerlijk. Hele mooie omgeving, heerlijk om tot rust te komen! Bijzonder mooi uitzicht! Dat het water van het meer erg koud was 😅

Na de hectiek van het booming toerisme van Komani kun je er relaxen en genieten van het prachtige uitzicht. Het eten wordt met de beste bedoelingen klaargemaakt maar was onder de maat. • Nicky (3/5): Truly awful. Find somewhere else to stay if you have to stay in Koman - Nothing Access is terrible. Just when you think that the roads can’t get any worse… No facilities to speak of. No kettle or cooking equipment. Overwhelming smell of fabric conditioner in the sheets made it nausea inducing to sleep and breakfast was the most basic we have so far encountered in the whole of Albania. All at a very over inflated price. Do not stay here!

Vriendelijke en behulpzame host. Prima locatie voor een boat trip. De weg naar Koman is dramatisch slecht en de weg naar locatie een uitdaging.

We loved everything about our stay in this place and would recomment it to anyone who wishes to experience the dramatic beauty of Koman and the Drin Valley in comfort. Nothing.
• P en M (9/5): Toppertje - Heel mooi appartement, uitzicht over het meer. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam goed Engels sprekend personeel. Er wordt eventueel een goed diner aangeboden voor leuke prijs met heerlijke kaas gemaakt door oma.en veel producten uit eigen tuin. Ontbijt is ook goed. De weg er heen is een uitdaging maar met gewoon 2 wiel aandrijving te doen. En er wordt hard aan verbetering gewerkt X

The road down to the house was steep and difficult. Big rocks. Got some bad dents in our rental driving back up :(

• Daisy (10/5): Excellent séjour - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! L’accueil de Mario a été exceptionnel, très chaleureux et a rendu l’expérience d’autant plus agréable. Nous avons choisi le prendre l’option dîner (15€/personne) qui était copieux. Nous avons également fait une excursion pour 30€/personne, qui comprenait la navette puis le tour en bateau jusqu’au Shala River où nous avions eu 2h de temps libre. Merci encore pour cette belle expérience ! Tout était parfait, sauf la route pour accéder au logement. Il faut avoir une bonne voiture et bien s’accrocher.

• Shawn (10/5): Great apartment accommodation in Koman! - Mario was an excellent host. The apartment was well appointed and super clean. The setting on their family farm right beside the lake was idilic. We had beautiful views when the sun came out and were able to watch a big lightening storm one night while there. Highly recommend staying here before or after the ferry ride.
• Jane (9/5): Great apartment with fantastic views and a welcoming host. - This is a private apartment (the upstairs of the house is split into two apartments) which was very quiet on the lakeside, with a lovely view to wake up to. The host was very friendly, welcoming, and had great English. It was lovely and clean, and the bedroom was bigger than anticipated from photos. There is a nice walk in shower, large living (with two sofa beds) and kitchen area which had a large fridge. There was a great heating system per room so you could control temperature and speed of the fan which was quiet at night. Breakfast was warm pancakes, bread, eggs, jam, cheese and Albanian Tea. There was easy parking outside. It was very convenient for the ferry in the morning. The Sofa bed not made up, although we booked for 4 guests and the bedroom only accommodated 2. We needed more towels, as we only had three hand towels. There also needs to be more kitchen equipment to allow for cooking, such as saucepans etc. The apartment was down a dirt track but it was only a couple of minutes off the main road around the lake although this is very potholed for about 20 minutes.

The guesthouse is on the family farm and creates a very authentic experience.Well outfitted and very comfortable. The bedroom could use some black-out shades, otherwise the place was great.

Het ontbijt en diner werd gebracht bij het appartement. De zelfgemaakte wijn is ook echt een aanrader. Via de beheerder hebben wij een boottocht geboekt wat ook allemaal heel goed geregeld was.

• Kristof (10/5): - Mooi en kraaknet appartementje, met prachtig uitzicht over het water en de bergen. Gastheer heel vriendelijk. Bieden diner aan, heel lekker. Diner aan te raden, want weinig of geen mogelijkheden om te eten (restaurants) in nabije omgeving.

• Valentin (10/5): - Es gibt dort nicht viele Möglichkeiten, Nahrungsmittel zu kaufen oder essen zu gehen. Daher bieten die Gastgeber Abendessen für 15€/p.P. an. Das ist sehr zu empfehlen! Es hat uns gut geschmeckt. Frühstück ist inkludiert.

• Elisa (9/5): Toller Aufenthalt - Mario ist wirklich ein super netter Gastgeber. Er hat die shala river Tour für mich organisiert, alles lief einwandfrei. Die Tour würde ich auch absolut empfehlen. Das Apartment war perfekt. Es war gut ausgestattet und sauber. Es gab einen TV mit Netflix Zugang. Wie hier schon Mal erwähnt, würde ich zu einem Schild bei der Einfahrt mit der Aufschrift: "komani Lakeview Apartments" dringend empfehlen. Das Frühstück finde ich noch ausbaufähig. Obst und Gemüse fehlte mir.
• Aicha (10/5): - La vue sur le lac était sublime, les 2 appartements sont propres et bien équipés. Un vrai petit déjeuner Albanian servi par la famille qui gère les apparts. Je remercie Mario qui nous bien accueilli. La seule chose était la route pour arriver à Koman difficile. Éviter d'y conduire la nuit et essayer de prendre une grande voiture.
• Nico (10/5): Weltklasse Aufenthalt in Koman - Alles TIP TOP! Der Besitzer ist mega lieb wirklich, er hat für uns Shala River Tour organisiert und es lief weltklasse! Frühstück und Abendessen wurden direkt in die Wohnung gebracht, das Abendessen ist Weltklasse lecker mit dem frischen Fisch! Ganz herzliche ist die Familie, wir kommen wieder auf alle Fälle Nix eigentlich 😄! Die Straße in Koman ist sowieso bekannt dass man nicht mit 100km/h fahren kann, also die Aufgabe von Ministerium für Tourismus die vernünftige Wohnung zu bauen.

• Onintza (10/5): Genial y con vistas - Las vistas, la atención, la comodidad, la limpieza... Pudimos utilizar hasta la lavadora. El desayuno y la cena son caseros y te los traen a casa ellos mismos a la hora que las pidas (viven en el piso de abajo). Es la ubicación perfecta para después poder coger un tour que vaya a Shala river. El camino de entrada a la casa es de gravilla. No es un gran problema ni una gran novedad en Albania.
• Magali (10/5): - Endroit idyllique, le cadre est magnifique, l'appartement très propre, et très beau. Super accueil personnel très aimable et disponible. Petit déjeuner au top. Nous sommes repartis de là ressourcés.
• Maartje (6/5): Prima - Prachtige locatie aan het meer. Volledig groot appartement, lekker eten en mooi uitzicht over het het meer. De gastheer heeft een vreemde manier van communiceren via whatsapp. Zijn manier van communiceren ging bij ons bepaalde grenzen over, vrouwonvriendelijk.
