• Bobi Yordanov (10/5): Перфектна локация и отличен избор - Невероятно добра локация! Апартаментът е голям и чудесен за големи семейства или две приятелски семейства. Спалните са големи, всяка от тях има баня. Чистотата е на добро ниво. От тази локация може да стигнете пеша до голяма част от забележителностите на Рим. Наоколо има чудесни ресторанти, а паркът е фантаситичен. Доманикът ни остави безплатно възможност за късен чекаут и ни очакваше при настаняването.
• Christiana (6/5): Komformarmer Schlafplatz in guter Stadtlage - Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen und bietet vom schmalen Balkon eine schöne seitliche Aussicht auf die Piazza del Popolo. Vorteilhaft sind auch die 3 Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad. Die beiden großen Schlafzimmer liegen an einer lebhaften Straße mit Kopfsteinpflaster. Da auch die Balkontüren nicht schließen ist es nachts sehr laut. Die Wohnung ist zudem stark verwohnt und weist an den Wänden extreme Scheuerränder und Spuren früherer Möblierung auf. Die Küche ist miserabel ausgestattet und bietet wenig Aufenthaltsqualität. Auch die Wohnungseingangstür ließ sich nicht abschließen.

• pilar (10/5): Buena estancia para caminar Roma - Casa muy amplia, con todo lo necesario para alojarnos cómodamente las 5 personas que viajamos. El anfitrión fue perfecto. Como estuvimos dos semanas, pedimos cambio de ropa de cama y toallas y nos envió a una persona para el cambio. Camas y almohadas muy buenas. Volveremos seguro. La situación de la casa inmejorable. Estupenda calefacción para los que viajamos en invierno. Las sartenes un poco viejas y maltratadas. Mejorar un poco la limpieza de las partes altas de los baños.

• Clara (8/5): Apartamento Roma, ubicacion perfecta. - La ubicación del alojamiento es perfecta, cerca a pie de los puntos más turísticos del centro de la ciudad y comunicación perfecta en transporte público con diferentes opciones tanto de metro como autobús. Cuenta con tres habitaciones dobles con baños independientes, nosotros viajamos con 2 niños y nos facilitaron cama supletoria y cuna sin coste adicional. Además, el último día nuestro vuelo salía tarde para aprovechar el día haciendo turismo y nos facilitaron la salida tardía sin ningún inconveniente. El mobiliario es algo antiguo y desgastado, camas cómodas.

• Markus (9/5): Toller Urlaub in schöner Lage. - Tolle Lage, angenehme Betreuung, schöne Aussicht und viel Platz. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Der Aufzug ist sehr klein und der Wasserdruck in der Dusche könnte stärker sein.

• Bernard (10/5): Ideally located, well appointed apartment with a great balcony view. - We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment and Alessandro was a fantastic host. He met us at the apartment to give us a walk through, which we appreciated. Each bedroom had an ensuite, which is invaluable when traveling. Located on the 5th floor, there is a modern lift if your legs are tired and the apartments are ideally located in the mid-section between the Vatican City, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Nice restaurants nearby or a short walk away. We highly recommend it.

Nada, Talvez que era en un quinto piso y que el ascensor es para dos personas, pero como es algo antiguo , se entiende. Le faltaba un poco de pintura, pero son detalles

The location was great for walking everywhere. 25mins to coloseum, 25 to Vatican, 15 to Trevi etc! We walked so much and it was awesome! We also loved that each room has its own bathroom! Honestly it doesn't matter because there was air conditioning! It made up for anything we maybe didn't like!

• Matt (8/5): A good stay in the heart of beautiful Rome! - The apartment is in an ideal location for visiting the sites of Rome - it's a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro, but we preferred walking around to explore. There can be noise from the street below at night, so I imagine it might not be the best place to stay in summer months when you need the shutters and windows open. Alessandro is very helpful and friendly - I wished my Italian were better, so I could communicate well. It's really nice flat and the kitchen cupboard is well stocked with basics to help get guests through! The bedrooms are very spacious and the beds are comfortable. We slept really well! Grazie mille! Although we'd agreed a check-out time and when the cleaner should arrive, there seemed to be some confusion.

Yes there are lots of stairs - good for healthy, fit people. Helped us get in lots of steps 😊 Pots and pans need to be sorted and only keep the good ones. Drains need to be unclogged. Toilet needs to be resealed to floor to prevent smell. Could use more attention to detail to make it five star.

• Julian (5/5): Great location, old apartment - Location was great The house is very old and tired compared to the other units in the building. Seen the other units when walking down the stairs. Living and dining area is very small. Definitely need a bigger washing machine as the house is advertised for more than 4 people not solo or couple traveller.

Easy to communicate with manager/owner via text. The long walk up the staircase to the 7th floor. The elevator is small and sometimes stuck on a upper floor.
• Ian (9/5): Highly recommend - Superb location, comfy and large ensuite bedrooms, air con working well for all bedrooms, high up on 5th floor making it quiet and giving it a great view of piazza from the balcony. Quite a lot of stairs for those not able/wanting to use a small lift.
• Tauqeer (2/5): Other than location, everything else is way below par and not worth the money. Will not recommend - Location Other than the location everything else is way below par for families. Rooms were small, the host doesn't speak English, the pots and pans were mix bags, majority of the cups had broken handles, No dish soap or toilet papers, had trash request items, beds were uncomfortable. The bathrooms stink like bad gutter that have not been cleaned for years. Elevators are so small that hardly 3 people can fit, We were family of 8 and it took us a while with luggagge just to get to the 5th floor. One can only fit one suit case and 1 person in the elevator. 121 stairs to climb, ground floor elevator access does not work, apartment is not on the level where elevator stops, one has to either go up or go down the stairs to access the apartment.

• Jane (10/5): Exceptional - Great apartment, in the center of everything, very roomy. 5 minute walk to metro and within minutes of many restaurants. Clean and has a washer! The host answered questions right away!
• Phyllis (7/5): Great location, lacking amenities - Location is perfect for walking around to see all of Rome's historical sights. The 3 bedrooms and 3 baths is a perfect set up. Matresses comfortable. Balcony off of 2 bedrooms is very nice. Odor of sewage from bathrooms. I know this is an issue in some older homes. No extra pillows and the ones on the bed are flat. No top sheets on beds, only comforter. Furniture is in need of updating, many stains on chair cushions and couch. Only place of the 7 different properties I stayed in on my trip to Italy that had no "extras" in the room, such as any bottled water, snacks or electric coffee maker with pods. There was a stovetop espresso maker with enough grounds for 1 morning of coffee, and we were there for 3. Elevator is very small and difficult to manuever luggage.
