Guest Reviews
- Vikki (1/5): -
- Gulcan (5/5): Comfortable but needs a good cleaning - Location Not clean
- Tim (8/5): good basic motel - Very close to a major construction site going all night, so use ear plugs. Many UTES in the tight carpark Noise at night
- Tanya (8/5): - Nice big room Wasn't the cleanest of rooms
- Naomi (8/5): -
- Frank (2/5): - Location Everything
- Cindy (1/5): -
- Louise (2/5): Not comfortable. I was worried about our safety. - Room smelled of cigarette smoke, carpet was dirty and graffiti on mirrors
- Verity (3/5): Wouldn’t stay again - Location Old, smell of body odour, carpet dirty, lack of hot water, no bath plug
- Dennis (1/5): Go elsewhere - New bathroom renovation The room smelled terrible. The carpet was old with cigarette burns in it. The white silk blind is stained brown from smoke. The smoke detector had a plastic bag wrapped around it. The bed was old and thin, we slept in our clothes on top of the bedding. The TV had a massive crack in it, that was changed out immediately when I bought it to their attention. The bathroom door had been poorly repaired. The chair in the room needs to go to the tip. The laundry was a disgrace and there was over filled bins outside that were spilling onto the ground. We stayed only the first night of 3 before we got out of there.
- Frank (2/5): - Not much The bathroom
- Al (10/5): -
- Vikki (1/5): This place was disgusting and looked like it housed ex prisoners and junkies. - There was NOTHING to like about the property. The place was poorly presented with old microwave and broken tvs on the outside table next to the room door. There was a huge “bang” and the power went out. We got a full refund.
- Julie (6/5): - Was quiet for sleeping.. Curtains were awful..not good window coverage..No brakes on single bed...Dangerous..
- Lilian (4/5): - Modern bathroom. There was no hair dryer. WiFi connection was unstable.
- jacky (5/5): - Bed was comfy Carpet soiled felt a bit run down and too close to major noisy roadworks
- Justin (7/5): -
- DALE (3/5): -
- Julie (5/5): -
- SAMUEL (1/5): Better than sleeping on the streets - Not much. Holes in towels. Dirty food encrusted bedding. Chairs in room look like they’d been collected from hard rubbish. Splatter stains on curtains. Water damaged carpet/flooring.
- Janette (7/5): - Newly renovated so everything was new Very noisy position. Road works out on the road
- Imants (3/5): Spacious room but with a dysfunctional design and in need of repairs - Good, recently renovated bathroom.
Host was pleasant and helpful.
Plenty of parking available. A number of power points either did not work or were inaccessible. Consequently, we needed to use an extension cord and power board to run CPAP and bedside light.
The power outlets in the kitchenette area were unfit for purpose as the appliance cords could not reach any bench space safely.
The airconditioning unit did not work.
The mattress was too hard for our liking.
Getting to the motel was difficult due to major roadworks in the area.
- Alice (7/5): Comfortable with a beautifully renovated bathroom - It was a very convenient location - close to the Simpson Barracks There were two shabby chairs in the room which were the first things seen on entering the room and gave a false impression of the room. They weren’t necessary and the room would have been better without them.
- Bruce (8/5): Very good - Good location
- Patricia (3/5): Should be removed from booking.com - Nothing Room was not serviced at all. Saw staff on check in and no other time. Office was always closed. Curtain rail and toilet seat broken. Coffe and tea all up the walls. Pool was un usable. Had to replenish own coffe/tea and toilet paper. No clean towels. Advertised with on site restaurant, non existent. BBQ and laundry un usable. Rubbish and broken furniture everywhere.
- Tom (5/5): - Location to home. No hot water in the morning.
Luckily we'd had our showers before bed.
- Chris (6/5): -
- frank (1/5): - Location Where do I start?
NO RUNNING HOT WATER!!! Out of either basin or shower.
Bed head of single bed not secured to anything. Mattress too short for bed.
Not worth any of the money we paid!
I will be contacting for a FULL refund

- Sally (9/5): Amazing! - Easy access, great communication from staff Room 25 shower door just bit stuck and toilet seat was a little loose but didn’t effect still amazing! Just letting know if case not known :)
- belinda (5/5): -
- Charith (7/5): -
- Prince (4/5): Disappointing all around for the three night stay. - Nothing really! Bed hard, sheets ok, blankets short-sheeted, no top up of supplies. No fresh cutlery or crockery daily nor any approach for the three days. Parking in short supply & too far for invalid parking. Bathroom was neat but dangerous for walking stick slipping & shower base old, slippery, no non slip base or mat. Difficult to safely enter or exit with no railings to assist ‘up & down’ from the high base height.
No additional toilet rolls discovered which was disconcerting with our stay in Melbourne for colonoscopy preparation. Can’t complain about service as there was none.
- maddison (7/5): -
- Belinda (5/5): Beds crap but clean - Very clean Chairs were broken/uncomfortable to sit on.
Bed was extremely soft and felt like we were lying with our heads too low
- Callum (5/5): - Room was tidy and organised. Looked like it has a quick coat of paint but you can tell how old the rooms really are when you look at the skirting board.
Staff were helpful with checking in a little early, and offered late check-out. Very hard to sleep. Greensborough hwy very loud at night, plus the works going on add to it.
Huge trash pile of junk next to the pool. Does not look particularly inviting.
- John (8/5): -
- Lynch (7/5): - Rooms were clean and comfortable Due to all the work with the road link it was very noisy
- Suzie (7/5): -
- Denise (6/5): - It was clean, bathroom was immaculate. Towels and top sheet were obviously stained. Chairs were well worn and need replacing.
- Lesley (8/5): -
- alexander (10/5): + -
- Josh (1/5): I need to see a doctor after staying here. - I liked the free used condoms and blood soaked bedding. :) Cleanliness was trash.
- Fulton (3/5): Very disappointing - No breakfast Noise
- Pamela (8/5): Great for the money - Location anda great bed

- Coskuner (3/5): - Nice rooms They put me in a room with “spa” in it. And the hot water tap for the spa wasn’t even working. Worst part was that the spa room had no curtains so all the sun light was just entering the room; enabling me to have a good sleep. The air conditioner was also not working . Even tho the price was considered cheap, I’ve had stays at cheaper hotels with working utilities.
- Melinda (1/5): Would not stay here ever again - The room stank of animals and cigarettes. The chair was a patched mess and the air con unit had paper stuffed in it and an air freshener attached to the front.
- Fiona (2/5): -
- Middlecoat (6/5): It did the job. - Close to where I need to work. Vinyl seats badly pealing, quite unsightly. Fridge was noisy ended up unplugging it when sleeping.
Accom for workers who start early with loud cars/reversing horns.
- PJ*days (6/5): Rooms were clean, comfortable and pleasant but some maintenance issues required (plumbing & wifi) - Convenient location, rooms were pleasant liked the block out blinds Wifi was adequate but couldn't watch some of the free-to-air TV stations(sbs & abc) Not enough coffee, milk and needed more crockery (small plates), no tea towels or detergent to wash plates etc & the pillows were very lumpy and hard. The plumbing in the bathroom needs attention as the toilet leaked and the hot water tap in the shower though it did work eventually, needs fixing to stop the initial banging of the pipes.
- Leddin (8/5): -
- Matthew (4/5): -
- Robin (7/5): -
- Rhys (2/5): Filthy, dirty & smelly - The receptionist was friendly. 1. The place is really dirty.
2. Someone definitely spewed in room 23 and it was not cleaned.
3. Parking is not allocated a bit tight especially when people think a Ram is like a normal car.
4. Paid $295 for 2 nights. Honestly not worth it even for a quick stop over.
5. Really loud road noise, not an compliant but more of a heads up, it's was hard to sleep.
6. I don't mind old worn out places especially if I'm just using the bed and shower for a night or two. But not this dirty it was almost unbearable. I had an event on nearby so I couldn't go anywhere else.
I'll never stay here again. I'll pay the money and go elsewhere.

- Jan (8/5): Great location, on site car parking. Very spacious rooms. Great value. - Great location, on site car parking. Very spacious rooms. Great value. Tricky spot to access whilst North East link works are happening but all very understandable.

- stuart (9/5): -
- Trent (10/5): -
- Maree (8/5): Excellent value thank you 😁 - Handy to barracks Parking very tight
- Cheryl (8/5): - Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very neat, clean and tidy. It was also well placed for the hospital appt we were in Melb for.
- Aruna (10/5): -
- Rachel (10/5): - It was relaxing Where its location is off the road . But other than that loved it would stay again as it would be my 3rd time. Great value for money
- Ozgur (1/5): -
- Warren (4/5): - Bed was comfortable
Bathroom was clean. Room was dirty.
Blanket had vomit on it. I went and told the office staff.
The couch was dirty and in bad condition. I had to ask for a sheet to put over it so we could sit on it.
- Urs (2/5): nothing good to say - Last minute booking cause of a power issue at our house, checked in at 8 pm and left at 3 am immediately once power was back at our place.
During the booking, we checked the motel website which gave us a nice clean & accommodation but is misleading in every way. Paying AUD 140.00 for the night I am aware not to expect much but at least something clean
Upon arrival the room had a bad smell, the floor had bad stains, stained downer which looked like mould. very uncomfortable stained Mattress,
- Simon (4/5): - Large size room with decent ensuite The highway noise makes sleeping very difficult.
- Elisabetta (5/5): If the price is right and you need a place to crash for the night it’s fine. If you are a light sleeper or wanting more - It was a large room and large and reasonably renovated bathroom and decent price for NYE. Beds were comfortable. Convent location. If you were just needing it for a place to sleep and go in the morning it would be fine. Furnishing were non existent. For a 4 person room that still had so much space there was no couch and a tiny table which only had 3 chairs and we had to use that table to open our luggage. Bathroom had no hairdryer - a staple you expect in all motel rooms. The bathroom was dirty. Between screen base and base edge was filthy that hadn’t even been attempted to be cleaned let alone the whole bathroom was dusty. Toilet seemed clean and could smell disinfectant. Shower base was ridiculously high off the floor so would not recommend for anyone with any sort of mobility or knee issues (cannot comment if this shower base is present in all rooms) There was a used razor in the shower and personal belongings still in 2 drawers plus rubbish under the bed. Location was very very noisy at the intersection of 2 roads and we were unfortunate enough to be on that side of the property. Sidewalk runs right down the length of the rooms no more than a metre to fence line so all foot traffic and car noise was close and heard via the sliding door which lead to an exposed fence that looked straight over that sidewalk and road - no privacy. Could also hear furniture, doors and voices from next door very very clearly.
- Toby (5/5): -
- Rebecca (5/5): Delivered a service but needs some updates - Location was good for access to the surrounding suburbs. Bathrooms were lovely and looked relatively newly renovated The pool was one of the reason we booked and it was filthy and we didn’t feel comfortable using it which was one of the reasons we booked this motel. Sheets and bedding were clean and neat but the blankets proved had Stan’s and cigarette holes which was off putting
- Penny (7/5): -
- Diana (3/5): Would not be returning - Bathrooms has been renovated The pool had algae it was a hot weekend and we couldn’t use it, one of the pillows was so dirty and smelt like smoke, the beds are very uncomfortable.
- Alli (3/5): Servered the purpose for us but was disappointed that the facilities were not clean and the noise from the road developm - Keypad entry for the rooms made check in easy. The pool was open but not at all clean. The laundry was also not very clean or looked after. The major infrastructure project taking place across the road was noisy and the sound continued on throughout the night. The interaction with staff was limited and there was no information about local area.
- King (10/5): - Everything would definitely stay again Nothing
- Phillip (3/5): - Clean bathroom Unclean pool
Littered surrounds
Aircon didn’t work

- Magdalena (10/5): -

- Suzie (7/5): -
- Raymond (8/5): -
- Stacey (6/5): Cheap and good location. Cleanish but would have expected working appliances - Location Air con was broken , no garbage bags in any bins and the chairs were not comfortable

- Sherrie (5/5): -
- Suzanne (7/5): -
- Sahan (9/5): - Very clean and spacious room.

- Jodie (6/5): -
- Peter (7/5): Stay was okay -
