Guest Reviews
- Swati (1/5): Pathetic - Photos online are very different from actual property. Property was run down and pictures on booking.com were very deceiving. Attaching actual property pictures here. We literally found a dead lizard inside the fridge at the time of checkout. The sofa was broken. Worst possible place ever to stay in Coffs
- Leslie (8/5): Very good - Older property but very clean and spacious. Lots of towels and linen. Very nice.
- Kerri (8/5): A comfortable property, well situated! - Clean, convenient, spacious! Property was very responsive when contacted and we loved that we were a 5 minute walk to the beach, cafes and pubs - and under 10 min to the Coffs Stadium. We were here for sport so the washer and dryer set up were really appreciated! Great property - we hope to be back next year. Unfortunately the wifi modem didn’t work and the location doesn’t have good Telstra service so we had issues with working remotely and accessing Netflix/stan. Property manager was really responsive when we shared this which was great.
One of the couches/sofa bed needs to be upgraded as you can’t sit on it without sinking to the floor.
- Ange (3/5): Poor - The location was good as it was a walking distance to the beach, and it was close to local shops and eats. It wasn't too far from the centre of Coffs, only a 15-20 minute drive which was good. The carpet smelt and had stains, the beds cupboards were falling apart, one of the mattress protections had stains, the bathroom was old (yellowing) and had damages in the bath and the window nets had holes in it. The internet kept failing every 10 minutes and gave up at one point. The kitchen had nothing and was old, and the dining table creaked. The pamphlets they had about activities weren't updated, that one of the activities no longer existed because the business shut down.
- Amber (7/5): Good -
- Cheryl (9/5): Superb - Comfy beds and clean facilities. Needs a new kettle. WiFi is weak and took ages to work out how to turn the ceiling fans on.
- Deniss (5/5): Passable - Nice getaway place, close to the beach. The staff are pretty unhelpful. Had an issue with the batteries on the electronic lock on the front door. Called the reception, the guy tried to downplay it at first, then promised to call the manager and call back. Never did, even stopped answering my calls altogether.
- Shana (8/5): Very good -
- Christian (7/5): Good -
- Maryanne (7/5): Good - The oven and stove
- Rachael (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andrew (7/5): Good - Location was grey with short walk to beach and town as required. Getting tired - broken tiles in bathroom, remote for heater was not working and main bed was hard/ firm.
- Sam (7/5): Keep your identity safe - Easy access to the township The company requires a photo of your Driver's Licence sent via text message, which is not a secure method of connection and data storage. There are online ID portals that can be used that are safe for all users, I won't stay with this company again due to this policy.
- Kylie (8/5): Very good - The location is quiet and close to everything.
Space is generous and clean.
All amenities are available. Beds are too small.
Couches are very worn and not comfortable.
Washer/ dryer is Very noisy.
- Craig (9/5): Superb -
- Betty (8/5): A nice place to stay with all facilities available. - The apartment was close to shops and easy walking distance to the beach N/a
- Eric (5/5): No worth the advertised rental - Location Unit in need of restoration. Unable to close main bedroom door. Main cooktop element was not working. No dishwasher liquid.Dining room timber legs rotten. Stabiliser table leg missing(could cause the table to collapse) Most taps require new washers. Kitchen insufficiently equipped. Power went off on Sunday ( Tripped fuse switch in meter box)
- Daniel (7/5): Quiet place to stay a few nights, near great food. - The location was great once we found the neighboring streets had great restaurants and easy access to the beach. The house was quiet and clean, as well as mostly well furnished. Communication with the hosts was easy and they were very responsive to any request. The place is a bit dated and would benefit from a makeover. The internet speed was also very slow... We would have appreciated a few more items in the kitchen (scissors, larger knife, etc.).
- Rodney (7/5): Very dated like stepping back to the 1980s - Great location to beach and Main Street It was a two bedroom ground floor apartment with another apartment upstairs. Location was terrific five minute walk to the main street shops restaurants RSL hotel.
- Joshua (8/5): Very good -
- Kristan (4/5): Disappointing - Good location Only one air conditioner no cooling in the bed rooms.
The fans didn’t not work well. The mattresses were all extremely uncomfortable . Broken tiles I. The bathroom floor that I cut my foot on
- Tracey (5/5): Nice unit - Lovely little unit for a couple of days stay Wifi was not working
Bathroom light was not working
- Jomon (6/5): Pleasant - Good communication Little old, no aircon in master
- Claudia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Barbara (8/5): A lovely place. Quiet .good location and very spacious - location was great. Spacious older style apartment. Over head fans did not work. Needed batteries
- Rachel (7/5): Reasonable unit, easy to book and obtain access. - Location was great!
Parking easy!
Access easy!
Large unit! The main bed was very hard! And the place would have been better if aired before our arrival. Perhaps previous visitors had smoked in there once upon a time, so it was a little smelly when we first arrived. But with some fans and aircon it was fixed.
- Nhung (8/5): We had a good stay - Comfy beds, spacious, lots of towels and linen available, close to beach Toilet was old
- Crighton (9/5): Superb -
- Paul (8/5): Very good -
- Wayne (10/5): Exceptional - Great Value for Money
- Tammay-ann (8/5): Very good -
- Gordon (7/5): Was an enjoyable stay, for most of the period! - The location was good - we had easy access to all the surrounding areas we needed to visit, including a few trips to Coffs Harbour to enjoy the beautiful scenery. The accommodation was good value - but certainly needed upgrades throughout the property (especially the bathroom). There were a few things - 1) there was a garage attached to the property, but was not available for use; 2) the payment process, between the property and Booking.com, did create an uncomfortable experience (I should need to be involved); and 3) trying to find a boat to hire (self-drive) was very difficult.
- Zach (10/5): Will definitely be coming back - Perfect location, clean and very comfortable unit Nothing
- David (10/5): Exceptional -
