• Guest (6/5): - L’emplacement géographique est bien situé, accessible à pied à toute la ville. Le logement pourrait être mieux équipé, notamment dans la salle de bain, pas de meuble pour poser ou ranger ses affaires, ni dans la petite chambre.
• César (5/5): - La ubicación era buena estaba cerca de varias cosas atractivas que había para ver, pero el personal no te prestaba mucha atención, las hornallas no andaban. La cocina no fue muy útil.
• Lorena (10/5): - La ubicación es muy buena, estas a mano de todo! El departamento es cómodo y tiene un balcón con una vista verde muy linda. El ingreso al departamento fue facil, la conexión de wifi es buena. Las camas son cómodas al igual que el baño. Lo único que sugiero mejorar es la cocina y sus fogones. Tiene hornallas muy pequeñas que no son muy buenas para cocinar a diferencia del horno que funciona a la perfeccion. Nada en particular.

• Anna (9/5): Posizione perfetta - Appartamento davvero accogliente, noi eravamo in 4 e siamo stati comodissimi. Il personale è stato sempre pronto a rispondere alle mie richieste di assistenza e l'appartamento è in una posizione molto vicina al centro storico. A piedi facilmente raggiungibile 10, 15 min. Non ho molto da dire poccole attenzioni in più renderebbero il soggiorno da 10 e lode.

• Lizbeth (7/5): No recomendable en verano - El apartamento está bien ubicado y hay espacio para 5 personas Hacía mucho calor, está en una tercera planta y en verano sube mucho la temperatura, en el anuncio hay imágenes con aire acondicionado pero no funcionan, solo había ventiladores que no eran suficientes. La cafetera no funcionaba y había detalles de la cocina con poco mantenimiento.

• Ashish (9/5): We enjoyed our stay, it is a Good place to Stay in Florence - highly recommended - Good location -25 minute walk from Florence train station to the accommodation, safe neighbour hood. The main town centre and attractions such as Boboli gardens are 15 minute walk from the property Instructions provided via WhatsApp for check-in the property Friendly and well organised host, had an issue with the boiler and it was addressed within an hour of reporting it Good variety of utensils and kitchen goods for cooking and washing Beds and pillows were cozy and very clean, highly recommended Good Wifi Signal, YouTube on TV to keep children entertained. Large apartment with two good sized rooms, big bathroom and good shower No Microwave Check-in Instructions provided at 3PM on the day of check-in, would be nice to have these at least 8 hours in advance to reduce the stress and chance of confusion before arriving at the property
• Katerina (10/5): Nice and comfortable apartment close to Ponte Vecchio - Located only a short walk from Ponte Vecchio on the Main Street. The flat was very nicely decorated and comfortable. Mattresses very comfy too. Hosts were responsive. Coffee maker and capsules provided which was a great gesture I would definitely book again and have so recommended this flat to people interested in visiting Florence All good

• Ana (10/5): Great apartment in city center - Great location walking distance to the city center. Apartment is very well equipped and clean. Would book it again. Just a small improvement - living room should have curtains if someone is sleeping in it :)

• Richard (5/5): Passable - Location. View was very nice. Close to grocery stores. Laundry available. Quick response from host to messages. Soap and shampoo provided. No coffee maker and efforts to provide one came long after we left in the morning. Broken glass above cupboard. Need s a deep cleaning. The installation of cupboards and shower doors was not professional and gave the place a cheap feel.
