• Dirk (8/5): Mooi verzorgd kader, maar ontbijtservice verdient bijsturing - Ligging dicht bij het centrum en mooi kader met binnenfontein en veel rust. Het ontbijt was een tegenvaller, vanwege te eentonig en beperkt. Elke dag hetzelfde pakketje, met beperkte inhoud. .. ook gemeld aan de frontdesk voor wat bijsturing en ze zouden t in orde brengen, de volgende dag, ... helaas is dit niet gebeurd. "Gekend probleem" meldde me de bediende bij afgifte, "er wordt aan gewerkt.". Wat waren we ermee? Nochtans voor ca. 300euro/dag, mag het wel in orde zijn vind ik.

Our colleague's phone fell onto the Uber car, and he quickly and professionally helped me contact the driver, translated the content, recorded the driver's address, and quickly checked the route, telling me the time required to take a taxi to pick up the phone. And he quickly and decisively hailed a taxi for me, the whole process was very organized and professional! Thanks to his help, we were able to retrieve our phones smoothly and our journey was not affected. We are truly grateful to him! I hope the hotel management can see and increase the salary of this excellent employee! Manque un miroir en pied mural et un petit meuble ou tablette dans la salle de bain pour poser ses affaires de toilette. Un peu bruyant côté rue en soirée.

• Kate (9/5): - This was an incredible place. We had a really beautiful suite with a large, sunny terrace. The suite itself was immaculate, and the whole hotel was gorgeous. But the most impressive feature of this establishment is the staff, who were all so exceptionally lovely, friendly, and helpful. They went out of their way for us every day, and could not have been more helpful and accommodating with all their advice, help, and recommendations. When we wanted to take our one-year old daughter to a pool, they called their sister hotel in Seville (which has a rooftop pool) and arranged for us to go over to use it. There, we were expected and met with a warm welcome. If we ever go back to Seville, we would definitely book this place again.

• Ann (8/5): Mooi hotel, erg goed gelegen. - De locatie van het hotel was perfect om de stad te bezoeken, de kamer was ruim en mooi ingericht. Het hotel is erg mooi en het dakterras met tafels en stoelen was een pluspunt. Het hotelpersoneel was enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam, het probleempje met de badkamerdeur in onze kamer werd onmiddellijk opgelost. Onze kamer was aan de straatkant gelegen op het gelijkvloers en hoewel de straat overdag erg rustig is, was er 's avonds (vooral op vrijdag en zaterdag) erg veel lawaai. Er is geen ontbijtruimte in het hotel. We kregen elke ochtend een tasje met het ontbijt, dat wel oké was, maar dat was elke dag hetzelfde. Een buffet (waar je zelf kan kiezen) vinden we aangenamer. Je hoeft eigenlijk geen ontbijt te nemen want er is een kleine supermarkt en een bakker in de buurt en de kamer beschikt over een kitchenette.

• Markus (7/5): Bitter nachgeschmack - Frühstück einfach mühsam, wurde aufs Zimmer gebracht absolut minimal und es fehlte immer was ,entweder mußte man dem Butter oder den Kafeekapseln nach rennen. Absolut unverschämt ! Für den Hund habe ich fünzig Euro im Tag bezahlt also 200 Euro plus nochmal 140 für irgend eine Steuer, habe dreimal eine quittun verlangt bei den Angestelleten und bei der vemeintlichen Chefin aber bis heute nicht erhalten!!!

Apart from that the place is not a hotel. There is not even a bar for a coffee in the morning or a night cap, no lobby, just rooms and a few tables and chairs on the rooftop. The place could be really nice with a few extra additions, but the way it is now it is not good value for money.

• Craig (1/5): Advertised as a one-bedroom apartment, but actually a poorly equipped studio. - We had high expectations for this hotel based on how it was described. The building is beautiful and the location is very convenient, which is why we chose it. However, the room did not match the listing. It was presented as a “residence” with a separate bedroom, but what we received was a dark, basic studio with no enclosed bedroom and minimal amenities. This was especially important for us because my wife has chronic illnesses and needs a comfortable space to rest during the day. We specifically look for practical, apartment-style accommodations, and this did not meet that standard. The room was poorly equipped even by hotel standards. The small kitchen had no utensils or cleaning supplies. The refrigerator was very small, had no freezer, and barely kept items cold. There was also no desk, despite this being expected from the listing. The rugs appeared dirty and had a noticeable odor, which made the room feel unclean. The room itself was dark and stuffy. The bathroom had no ventilation, and the shower constantly fluctuated between hot and cold. The walls were thin, and noise from neighboring rooms was clearly audible. Overall, this was a significant departure from what was advertised as an “entire apartment.” The rate we paid did not reflect the quality or accuracy of the accommodation.

Il residence è molto - Posizione perfetta, personale gentile e disponibile, pulizia, patio molto bello, camere arredate bene. Le camere al piano terra che affacciano sul patio sono buie, non c’erano ciabatte, l’acqua fornita nel frigo sa di cloro.

The room was a little dark because of the layout (kitchenette and bathroom in a pod in the middle of the room), Friday night was very noisy outside (though the double shutters really helped with this), though I appreciate this is not the fault of the hotel!

• Ruth (8/5): - Lovely hotel in a great position in Seville. Beautiful building and very well converted, beds were very comfortable and bathrooms modern and clean. Main thing for us is that I had an issue during our stay and all of the staff were incredibly helpful, kind and empathetic.
• LABARGE (8/5): Bien mais peu faire mieux - Duplex très pratique et moderne et son mobilier contemporain Bruyant (moteur de climatisation en permanence dans les communs) et petit déjeuner pas incroyable Aucun équipements pour cuisiner (même pas une poêle ni casserole), pour un appartement residence ce n'est pas normal

• Andrew (10/5): Mini break in Seville - Great location, comfortable room, gpod facilities, and a very beautiful building. Breakfast was delivered to the room at a time to suit. Bread, croissants and jams on day 1, ditto plus cold meat day 2, ditto plus tomatoes/avocado on days 3 and 4 .Kettle, coffee machine, and toaster plus microwave in the kitchen. Great shower and bathroom and good quality towels. Very helpful and friendly staff on reception. The television was excellent and had BBC 1 and 2 as well as Netflix etc. There was nothing that we didn't like.

• Mohammed (7/5): - الموقع و فخامة المكان والاحساس الاندلسي في هذا المكان، رقّي الموظفين و حسن التعامل الوسائد غير مريحة ، لم اقدر ع النوم بسبب اطلالة غرفتي على مطعم ايطالي و كان ازعاج حتى 2:30 صباحاً العازل لايحجب الصوت ، انصح بعدم السكن في غرف اطلالتها على المطعم الايطالي المزعج

• Said (10/5): تجربة استثنائية - كل شي فعلياً، بداية من الاستقبال وتعامل الموظفين . الموقع و النظافه والمرفقات حقيقه شي يستحق الرجوع اليه . ومن حرص الموظفين ، قبل خروجنا بليله تواصلوا معنا لمعرفه وجهتنا التأليه و طريقه الوصول اليلها، ولما عرفوا انه راح ننتقل عن طريق القطار السريع؛ نبهونا بان السكه معطله ل عده ايام بسبب حادث جسيم. وهذا بدوره ساعدنا ع حجز تذاكر طيران داخليه وتنظيم رحلتنا بشكل اريح . لا شي فعلا .
