• Hartmut (9/5): Gemütliche Unterkunft am Meer - Die Lage am Meer ist sensationell, der Verkehr an der Straße davor gering (im April). Wir waren zu zweit dort und fühlten uns rundum wohl. Restaurants und Bars sind gut fußläufig erreichbar. Für Selbstkocher könnte die Küche etwas mehr Ausstattung bieten

• Jole (10/5): 😁 Nikiti 2025 😁 - Lokacija blizu samog centra , plaža preko puta, lijepo dvorište , mirno idealno za porodicu. Ljubaznost domaćina, parking ispred objekta .Pogled iz dnevnog boravka i dvorišta na more. Mi smo zaista uživali u ovom objektu i Nikitiju. Jedino pozicija spavaće sobe , koja nema prozor na spoljašnjem zidu (ima prozor prema dnevnom boravku), pa u spavacoj sobi bude malo zagušljivo. (Klima je u hodniku ).

• Remus (10/5): - - the view is amazing!!! - the host is very kind and helpful, all our personal small problems where kindly resolved promptly! - location is perfect, far enough from the noise but close enough ( basicaly 200-300 m away) to eat and have fun in the evening! The beach and the sea are right on your doorstep! - we also had 2 sunbeds that we could use on the beach in front of the house. That was a lovely surprise for us The attached picture was made from the garden! - everything was perfect but for us (with 2 small kids) it would have been a great help a washing machine. Beside that, all was perfect We didnt ask if the host can help us with this small problem, thow!

• Kukolj (10/5): Amazing place 5 steps from the sea. - Literally 5 steps far from sea. Host is amazing, and apartment is well equipped. We didn’t need to use AC not even once, it has amazing shade in front of the house, so it’s never hot inside. We had really beautiful time here.

• Laura (10/5): A great choice - Cute little apartment, very clean, modern, in front of the sea. The host was great and did everything to make us feel welcome and have all we needed. We loved our stay here! It is situated on the quiet side of Nikiti, but within walking distance from the marina and the taverns. It has a separate bedroom, air conditioning, furnished kitchen with a coffee maker and a little fridge. There is a nice terrace in front where you can admire the sunset over the sea! There was nothing bothering us. The bathroom is a little small, but we managed without problems.

Shoos are nearby. Spotless clean, all details are well thought of, including sun beds and sofas in the shaded garden, so that you spent a remarkable holiday. Host was so very kind, considerate and responsive! Highly recommended! All was perfect!
• Lucian_andrei (9/5): Great location, very close to the sea! - The apartment is located basically near the sea and the beach in front is very nice and not crowdy at all. It has one bedroom and one living room with extendable sofa and kitchenette also. Front terrace is also a very nice place to relax and enjoy the sea view. There is one air conditioner in the hallway which blows towards the living room. The parking place is on the street, in front of the the yard entrance, The owners live in the house next door and they are available if you need them. The air conditioner does not reach the bedroom very well.

The studio has an excelent sea view, is cozy and comfortable, we appreciated the cleanliness and maintenance of this. We enjoyed the soothing sound of the waves in the evening. It is located in a quite part of Nikiti, not far to several nearby attractions. We truly recommend this studio. Nothing :)

• Timman_de (10/5): Excellent place with amazing terrace with a view to the sea - The house has a direct view of the sea. You can enjoy the sea view and hear the waves roar from a nice and very comfy terrace with a roof equipped with two sun loungers and a sofa. Great place to spend time there during the sunset and in the evenings. We were the first visitors of the host at the house and everything was brand new there and fresh. The host thought out all for the comfortable stay of the guests and equipped the house with all the necessary things, including small details. Along with this, the host is friendly and supportive. This place is great to stay for couples, for a small group of friends, and for families with children, as the place is well equipped and will be comfortable for a nice stay. There is nothing I did not like. Everything was great.
