Bastante calor cuando pega el sol por que las ventanas son acristaladas, pero soportable, dispone de ventilador, por lo demás súper bien

• Annemiek (7/5): Prima verblijf in schone kamer, maar niet heel comfortabel. - Het appartement was schoon en netjes. Prima keuken, compleet met wasmachine. Uitzicht op zee. Het bed was echt veel te klein voor 2 personen. Veel geluidsoverlast van de tv van de buren, heel gehorig. Badkamer had een opknapbeurt nodig, verouderd. Uitzicht op verlaten hotel.
• Marta (9/5): - El apartamento estaba muy bien, se veía nuevo y cuidado. Había incluso hasta una plancha para el pelo. La ubicación, la zona era muy tranquila, igual porque no era temporada alta. Para llegar a la zona del paseo y restaurantes había una hermosa cuesta, o podías acceder por unas escaleras
• Laia (10/5): - ¡Está súper bien ubicado, cómodo, con piscina comunitaria y vistas espectaculares! Cuando llegué, había una botellita de agua de cortesía en la nevera. ¡No faltaba detalle! A 5 minutos andando hay un Mercadona y el paseo marítimo está justo bajando la calle. ¡Calidad-precio de 10! Por las mañanas hace mucho, mucho calor y el ventilador y la brisa ayuda un poco, aunque no es suficiente. La bañera tiene algo de óxido y el techo de la habitación se está desconchando cerca de la cortina, así que podría necesitar un poquito de mantenimiento.

• Jana (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice, clean and sunny flat The hot water could just run a bit longer :-)
• Tatiana (8/5): Very good - Great value for money. Apartment was clean, equipped with everything we needed (even oil, salt and other spices for cooking). The matress in the bedroom was great. We appriciated Smart TV with Netflix. We used also the pool in the property but there was a notification on closing the pool due to maintenance from middle march to middle april 2025. Parking on the street, but at the end, we always found a spot. Bathtub could be updated.

• Ricardo (10/5): A perfect place for amazing vacations in the lovey Tenerife Island. - I loved staying in this apartment. It is a cozy and well-decorated place that is very clean. Additionally, its location is perfect, with a lovely swimming pool, exciting beaches, and good restaurants nearby. I parked my car on the street nearby, but it's also possible to take the 122 bus directly to Santa Cruz. Zulay, the host, was wonderful and responded promptly to my messages. Thank you so much, Zulay, for everything! I had a fantastic vacation in your place in Tenerife with its breathtaking ocean view.
