Quanto à porta de entrada para o quarto, é necessário um pouco de força para abri-lá, tanto que no início estávamos pensando que a trava estava com problema ao destrancar. Quanto ao wi-fi, seria melhor deixar um papel informado o SSID e a senha ou então dizer onde o cliente pode encontrar essa informação. Só conseguimos localizar no dia seguinte em uma tomada, porém com letras minúsculas.

Toothbrush, toothpaste, laundry detergent, shampoo, shower gel and conditioner were available in a small amount. Had to do the check-in on a different website and got the code for the room as well as a link for a pdf (new website) with different instructions but that wasn't really a negative. Negative 1. There was a code with the instructions to open a box in the foyer (for what I thought was the room key) but I just could't get the lock to accept the code. I felt like I was in an escape room. Luckily there were other hotel guests who helped me open the box. 2. Apartment door needed a few tries - luckily only one time. 3. Had to turn on the heater to get hot water - wasn't noted in the instructions. After contacting the hotel via booking.com they sent me a picture on what to do. 4. The head of the bed is directly under the window and the curtains - if you're sensible to light you will wake up with the sun. To summarize, you get a code for the building door via e-mail, a code via link for the room and in the instructions a code for the lock for the box in the foyer. It was unnecessarily complicated. If you know all this you will have a great stay but it did stress me out.

- Ikram (10/5): I’ll stay off four nights and five days was very comfortable and worth every penny amazing service - We stayed for four nights and five days and we absolutely loved it. The location was very close to subway station and there are two convenience stores within one minute of walking distance. The space is itself as spacious very clean and very well put together. The only thing that I would have loved to see at the Property would have been a hairdryer. That’s the only thing we were concerned about other than that everything was exceptionally we will put together.

- SHIHYUN (4/5): 不會再訂這家 - 開窗看的到晴空塔 睡床是一人睡床，詢問客服後告知沙發可打成雙人床，但打開房間的空間就更小了，床尾處剛好齊平拉門，只能跳跨過或撞到腳。枕頭泛黃、有頭髮、枕芯結塊，清潔度堪憂，第二份棉被備品是羽毛都衝出來，晚上蓋著刺刺，早上發現睡衣沾著羽毛太搞笑，這些不是惡意指控，有傳訊附照片給房東（客服）ㄧ來一往的訊息，對方是後來經由我方告知才知道要補給我枕頭的申請連結（對，要我在時限內自己補申請且不會當天到）在這平台是會被隱蔽刪除，所以又拖一兩天。有廚房和餐具，杯盤都塑膠製品，磨損嚴重，只能說湊合著用

As it is a building of apartments, you don’t have a function as concierge. And you didn’t highlight which room I am about to stay. So it took me a long time to figure out which room I should stay in. - Agnieszka (10/5): Couldn’t choose better - I think the apartment looked even better live than in the pictures! We stayed in a group of 3 and it was a perfect size. There were many amenities that made our stay really comfortable - especially the bathroom ventilation system that helped to dry our laundry as it tends to be humid in Tokyo. The location was great! So close to the bus stop and around 10min walk to the station - additionally quite a few restaurants nearby, a convenient store and a shopping mall. Highly recommend it!

- Marian (5/5): Location is good but will not consider to stay again next time. - Location is very good since it is a few minutes away from Kinshicho train station and it is close to convenient stores and restaurants. The sofa bed is too small for an average person. Facilities in the room are complete. Our main problem is the security door lock which is intermittent. It seems the sensor is not functioning well. Even if we input the correct code, it does not open. We have to trial and error every time and it always takes us about 15 minutes before we are able to enter the room. It has caused so much stress and anxiety to us trying to open and each time we need to leave since we are not sure if we will be able to open the door upon our return.

- Kate (8/5): Good option for small families - Good option for us as a couple with a 10 month old baby. It’s all one living space but with a sliding partition available to separate the single bed from the living/kitchenette area. I shared the pull-out sofa bed with the baby while my husband slept on the single bed. Good amount and quality of bedding provided. There was a fridge and microwave and some kitchen stuff - not really enough space or equipment to be doing lots of cooking but enough to make a simple breakfast/lunch and cups of tea. Nice to have the toilet in the corridor away from the living space (it did seem to get a lingering smell at times during our stay but it could be shut off from living and sleeping area). There is a small bathtub which was handy for the baby. The area feels safe, and quiet but still so close to the metro station and to sky tree tower (we even managed to walk everywhere for the first 2 days and didn’t use public transport so clearly a good location for getting to many tourist sights) There is also a mall nearby which was very handy for buying baby supplies and getting coffee. One negative is that the floor and surfaces didn’t feel fully clean - might be the material causing hair and dirt to stand out… but wanted to wipe everything clean a little on arrival.

Kitchen Sink drainage there was bad odor air coming out that smells like sewer. Complained but they denied the bad odor smell when inspected and required us to buy deodorizer instead. Bed sheets were not clean have stains on them. No property manager on site so issues take time to address, took us the whole morning to address our complaint and staff arrive later that afternoon. For us tourist time is the essence. Space is too small. Bed is twin size and couch convertible bed is full size which is very uncomfortable. Pillows are small and useless. Request additional towels but denied. Towels are thin and small. Want to leave the property but too late to booked another accommodation for our 7 days stay. With all these issues the property was unwilling to give refunds or any compensations. Poor guest services.

- Marguerite (8/5): Loved the Kinshicho location! - We really liked the excellent location near Kinshicho train station, vibrant shopping malls and dining options. The neighborhood was so safe and peaceful. The building itself was very safe, and was very conveniently located near 7-11 and Family Mart. Tokyo SkyTree and the beautiful SkyTree mall were only a 15-minute walk away. The flat's balcony had an amazing view of the SkyTree. I also appreciated that our host was very responsive and always replied promptly to our questions. The apartment felt cramped for three people: when we extended the sofa bed, it left almost no space to walk around in the living room. I also noticed a lot of dust in the apartment, which would accumulate on the bed sheets. Also, we had a lot of trouble with the TV, specifically with regards to the volume: the volume goes to 0 whether you press the + or - volume button, and then the volume can no longer be changed. You then need to perform a factory reset on the TV, and can no longer use the volume buttons, otherwise the volume will go back to 0.

- Maria (8/5): The location of the accommodation is overall good and highly recommend it. - The view from our room is the Tokyo Skytree. Also, its location is good. The nearest station is Kinshicho Station. It is also accessible to many convenience stores. Since it was cold during our travel, we expected slippers to provided, but there were none, especially shoes are prohibited to be brought further inside the room.

The place is fairly convenient - a map of the surrounding area with clearer instructions from either Kinshicho Station or Oshiage Station would be nice. 1. Better English explanation of the water heater, bathroom fan/dryer, aircon buttons needed 2. Supplies a little too minimal - would have liked 2 rolls of toilet paper, and at least one hand towel for the senmenjo and one for the kitchen in addition to the 2 bath towels provided. 3. Bed size is not adequate for 2 adults of non Asian descent - only one. Inadequate provision to use the pull out bed. 4. A reminder in the e-mail to use the ipad provided to check in with a picture at the screen provided next to the water heater control. When one is jetlagged what may seem like clear instructions are difficult to follow.

Would definately stay here again when we come back to japan It is a bit tricky to get to the unit, instructions are actually clear you need to read it thoroughly. But i think it should be simplified as some travellers like us, comes along way, from a long flight & transit & carryin luggages. Also, since they provide laundry machine, we figured there will be tools for ironing, but there’s none. It would be nicer to have one. All other facility is 👌👌👌

- Victor (9/5): A lovely place to stay - It is an amazing fully self servicing unit. We stayed for 2 weeks and have not seen any staff members the whole time (not a complaint) ... And you don't really need one. Check-in was easy ... But be sure to read all provided material before you arrive. Check-in and check out was through a QR code posted on the wall. Room is clean and fully facilitated. It has pretty much everything I need ... Way more than any typical hotel room. Addition to things already listed in the booking page, stuff like extension cord, (food) smell remover spray for your clothing, a laundry drying room, cloth hanger with clips for underwear and socks ... And a binder of all instruction manuals for all appliances in the unit! Very user comfort oriented. It has friendly reminders such as "be sure to factory reset the SmartTV before you go to clear all your logins ...". It even has a tablet in the unit you may use. However, the previous user of the unit changed the language to Hebrew! It took me half an hour (with tons of Google translate) to reset it back. It isn't wrong for you to change to it to a language you like but PLEASE! Be nice and change it back when you are done. The hotel is conveniently located ... With supermarkets, tons of convenience stores, a mall, Metro station, and JR station all within 3 to 15 mins of walk. There is a bus line that gets you right in front of stations but we never take them. Walking to stations is quite easy. My final verdict is this place is very roomy (for Tokyo), clean, nicely facilitated, convenient, good value (at least for my booking). Highly recommended place to stay for visiting Tokyo. Please provide spare roll of toilet paper (with 3 of us staying for 2 weeks, a half used roll for sure isn't enough). The instruction said there will be extra garbage bags under the garbage disposal bins ... There aren't any.

When I complained to the host, the answer was that they are not responsible for the facilities and that they have to check with someone, they will get in touch. That continued for two days, we received towels only after complaining directly to Booking. Plus, the room was not cleaned properly. There were old coke bottles in the fridge and old razors in the bathroom.

- German (7/5): In general it was good value for the money but the owner should really think about equipping another bed linen, and mayb - The apartment located in a new house and was very clean. All electrical outlets were working properly. The location is great, just 5 minutes from the metro station. Lots of restaurants and convenient stores around too. First thing, this room is not built for a couple, it will suit well only one person. The couch is too small almost for everybody. There were no second blanket and pillow (except decorative ones). Secondly, it was a bit of challenge to get in because the locker didn’t work properly, and there were no key according to the instruction. But we were lucky to meet the other guest who helped us.
