- Maddy (9/5): - Very clean, cosy and practical to access. Privacy the whole trip. Good facilities like TV, comfy bed and bathroom was nice No concerns. I did bring a sharp knife abd cutlery as this was sparse last time
- Christopher (10/5): Fantastic accommodation, can’t go wrong staying here. - Fantastic location, great hosts and would highly recommend. Will certainly be returning.

- suzanne (5/5): -
- tayfun (3/5): -
- Ward (9/5): - The location was perfect, giving off the feeling of a peaceful cabin retreat in the woods, especially with the winter vibes.
Definitely coming back in the future There’s some plane noise, as expected in Twickenham, but nothing worth complaining about.
- michelle (9/5): Excelente -
- Maddy (9/5): Little Gem! - Really lovely and cosy, good communication with host by message, quick response to query. Easy to find. Fab location. Good quality bedding /TV/ shower facilities No concerns
- Sylvia (9/5): Clean, comfortable accommodation. Would recommend/use again - Quiet location.
Helpful neighbour when we couldn’t get in. Keys not in key safe on arrival.
Only one towel each.
No coffee sachets.
No dried milk.
- Julia (9/5): - Perfect location and free parking No tea/coffee/milk
- Ruairi (8/5): A fantastic find in a great area. Very handy for a short, comfortable stay. - I was a very comfy space with plenty of amenities as well as being in a handy location for the places I was wanting to visit.
- Mary-Ann (7/5): A good quiet, comfortable stay at an affordable price. - It was comfortable and peaceful. The room was a good size and the microwave was useful. The Wi-Fi was fine. A few additional pieces of crockery would make life easier. The kettle is leaking and may require replacement. The tv remote was not working and may need new batteries. The coffee etc. could be restocked.
- Waddingham (8/5): -
- Dawid (3/5): - The room was dirty, toilet seat broken and pissed, toilet bin full, hairs everywhere including bedsheets, kettle was broken, food leftovers in the fridge, patio was also dirty
- Kiril (10/5): -
- Guernsey traveller (7/5): Good for a short stay, fab location - Host was responsive and directions etc to the lodge was clear. Room is a hut in the garden from main house. There was a fan which was very much needed in hot weather as there was no airflow. Sky TV and fridge with toaster and microwave. Spacious room for a few nights, great location right next to stadium and 10 mins drive to Richmond Station.
Parking is available, need to display permit which is inside the property. Bed is small, probably a double and bathroom is adequate for short stay. Crockery was there but not overly clean. Instructions for parking could have been clearer and provided beforehand but host was, very helpful.
- Ivan (10/5): Excellent value, well presented - Finishing is like brand new. Great location and excellent value Not a dislike, but would be nice to have some milk for the tea/coffee.
- Jie (10/5): Exceptional - The homeowner is very enthusiastic and will try to meet the requirements as much as possible. A particularly pleasant stay experience
- Gary (3/5): Poor - The room tidy clean there was a lot of bottled water in and ontop of the fridge ( June 2025 tem was 22°) . Found it very difficult to get the keys to open the gate and the wooden garden studio room and gate open.
My wife had a shower and called me to help because the water wasn't going away it looked like the drainage is blocked, I turned the water off and waited for the water to drain away then finished her shower and the shower tray was slippey.
Then I seen the toilet seat top cover was on the floor next to the toilet and the seat part was on the TOILET in the right place but LOSE so when I sat down it moved to the side. There was only 2 dinner plates, 1 fork,
2 small spoon's, 1 bigger spoon, NO knife so I had to put butter and jam on toast using a spoon.
- Michael (8/5): Very good - The stay was ideal for someone working away. Parking was in a quiet cul de sac. I did not see the proprietor. Fridge, microwave and tea making facilities were available. A stones throw from the rugby ground. Five minute drive to the town centre.
- Ritesh (10/5): Quiet & privately peaceful stay - It was a great place to stay close to where I wanted to be. Missing an oven or cooktop. But if you’re not cooking. Superb place.
- Leanne (8/5): We had a great stay, it was perfect for our one night. It was clean, tidy and the communication from the host was great - It was very close to Twickenham Stadium, there were thoughtful extras like water bottles, a small fridge and a fan. It was warm so without the fan would have been uncomfortable. There was no knives and one of the cups had a crack down it but these were minor issues and we improvised so no worries at all. I merely mention it so the hosts are aware.
- Paul (3/5): Poor - Very uncomfortable bed and noise from traffic. No milk in fridge, nothing in shower to clean with and nothing to wash crockery. Most of it easy to fix just lack of care
- Charles (10/5): Exceptional - Super cosy setup, great TV with streaming services, very clean, fridge with bottles of water was a really nice touch, check in and out was a breeze. The mattress wasn't the MOST comfortable, and could have done with a couple more pillows.
- Ryan (8/5): Very good -
- Anne (7/5): Brilliant location if visiting g for a rugby match! - Studio was clean, comfortable and in an excellent location for the rugby! Whilst there were many positives, the toilet seat was broken, there was a lack of cutlery (no knife) and the actual door of the studio did not lock either from outside or inside. A great addition would also be some glasses.
- Glenda (10/5): Perfect place to stay when watching the rugby at Twickenham - Perfect for us for the weekend, quiet and safe Nothing
- Rebecca (10/5): Exceptional - This is a perfect place close to Twickenham stadium for anyone who's attending a match. It was comfortable. It could use a small.sink to clean dishes instead of bathroom sink. The bed could use another pillow but that's just personal preference.
- Kate (4/5): Nice place but wouldn't return - This was the second time staying at the property. It was great the first time, hence rebooking. On the second stay there were 2 people in the garden at 2am arguing, apparently the owners or relations of, which meant the guest was woken up and couldn't sleep, which is annoying when he was working early the next day. They apologised but not the point as they knew it was a holiday let so shouldn't have been disturbing the peace in the early hours of the morning.
- Susan (3/5): Disappointing - The property was difficult to find to start with. The toilet seat was broken( my husband repaired I!) Property not clean. Mirror dirty. One mug cracked. Chip out of plate. Towels were wet. Asked for replacement, got but lame excuse about why they were wet
- Martin (7/5): Good value - Better value and more facilities than Travelodge wi fi fridge and a big TV screen.Overall clean quiet and convenient location - key safe and access all worked well. The microwave was full of food from the previous occupant (Macdonalds) and the toilet seat was unattached which created some risks. A few tea bags would have been helpful.
- Sukhwinder (4/5): it was a disappointing experience - nothing nothing at all
- Ben (10/5): Fantastic experience I will be doing again - The owner was helpful ( by message) what a fantastic little studio
Literally a few minutes walk from the stadium which u can see from the window
Helpful with parking too!! Everything
- Hugh (4/5): Sorry but wouldn’t recommend - Convenience to Twickenham Stadium Toilet seat broken, couldn’t get TV to work and bed unconfortable
- Daniel (9/5): Superb -
- Anita (10/5): Exceptional -
- Peter (10/5): Great place, great location, highly recommended - Fantastic location, perfect for rugby at twickenham, owner was very friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend this place. Will be booking again in the near future Nothing
- Rikesh (10/5): Exceptional -
- Darren (5/5): Passable -
- Luce (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mark (10/5): Enjoyed our night here. Perfect location for Twickenham Stadium. Staying here after the game avoided the horror storie - Everything as described. Very clean. N/a
- Jane (10/5): Exceptional -
- Julian (8/5): Very good - Friendly hosts who were helpful. Nice location and very clean. I would have liked a mug or a cup to have tea or coffee in the morning. Also, as a reader, I would have loved a lamp or light near the bed.
- Mpho (10/5): Exceptional - It's in quite a chilled place and very clean.definately coming back on my next visit.
- Sami (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing host. Great facilities. Perfect place to stay in london.
- Andrew (2/5): Absolute Abysmal!! - Nothing, it was not up to what I expect from booking.coms usually accurate information couldn't find it as the address given was just the name of the road the estate consisted of, with 30 houses and none that looked like an accommodation that I was looking for. couldn't get hold of the owner until I'd rung 4 times when he eventually answered and said to look for number 30 and to use the back gate entrance to fid the property.
No one was there, the "Condo" was in the back garden of an uninhabited house, with no security.
The door was open and on entering I noticed the 3 curtains over the windows and doors were just eyelets hooked over Screws into the wall which just came off.
No tea/Coffee/Milk apart from one tea bag (Earl Grey)
Good size TV, but needed Wifi to work and guess what...No Wifi, so no TV
Bed was not confortable
One towel, and no toiletries at all in the bathroom!!
Water in bathroom didnt get hot and ran Cold only
entrance to property was a dingy garden with rubbish blocking the path
what an absolute travisty with a property rated 10/10 on booking.com
apart from that what a great stay....NOT!!
- Emmanuel (10/5): I enjoyed my stay in this spacious, beautiful and neat accommodation. The owner is very lovely and friendly, ever willin - It is very spacious and the design is simply amazing N/A
