• Rita (8/5): - A localização é o ponto mais importante deste apartamento. A área total é perfeitamente suficiente para uma estadia confortável. Em geral a decoração é simples e muito bonita. A sala é boa (sofá confortável!). Wc talvez pequeno mas com tudo o que é necessário (há secador de cabelo e é muito bom e também há gel de duche). O duche é muito bom! A cozinha também está muito bem. O quarto tem uma área boa. O colchão é muito confortável (eu gosto de colchões mais rígidos). As almofadas são talvez demasiado moles, mas coloquei uma sobre a outra e melhorou. Outro ponto muito importante foi o facto de haver silêncio de manhã (alguns ruídos normais de um prédio, mas em geral muito bem insonorizado). Muito positiva foi também a pronta resposta do proprietário face às minhas perguntas e a dois contratempos que surgiram. Ambos foram respondidos na hora com simpatia. Na minha opinião, o processo de check in precisa de ser revisto. O cliente recebe demasiadas chaves para depois só ser necessária uma durante a estadia. Também a explicação de qual é o apartamento poderia ser mais clara (sugiro que sejam enviadas fotos da porta do apartamento e de como lá chegar e uma explicação mais clara sobre a função de cada chave, por exemplo). Na cozinha senti falta de algumas coisas daquelas que não se compram numa estadia curta (azeite, pimenta, canela, esfregão da loiça, guardanapos...) mas existia tudo o resto. Também foi um bocadinho desagradável estar a haver obras no prédio, o que deixa os espaços comuns com bastante pó fino no ar (é uma situação temporária, não é responsabilidade do proprietário, mas teria sido simpático ter tido essa informação).

(8/5): Super centrale, comodo. - L'appartamento si trova in pieno centro, dal quale é facile raggiungere a piedi le principali attrazioni turistiche e tornare durante la giornata per poi riuscire. Presenta dei buoni spazi ed è carino nell'arredamento, specialmente nell'androne d'ingresso del palazzo. Letto comodo. Bagno piccolo e cieco, talvolta con odore di fogna.

• David (10/5): PERFECTA - El alojamiento una pasada, muy céntrico, tienes muchas cosas al lado, un carrefour express y muchas cosas que ver importantes. Y el piso en sí muy bueno, acogedor y muy bien cuidado un 10/10. Muy buena comunicación y contestaba en menos de 1 h. Me gustó todo.

• Natascha (8/5): - Wij hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad in dit appartement. De locatie is perfect: midden in het centrum, waardoor je de stad gemakkelijk te voet kunt verkennen. Het appartement is schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een comfortabel verblijf is aanwezig. De buren zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam, wat bijdraagt aan een fijne sfeer. De host is zeer attent, reageert snel en de instructies voor het betreden van het appartement zijn duidelijk en goed uitgelegd. Het enige nadeel was de boiler in de badkamer. De eerste dag hadden we niet door dat er een boiler aanwezig was, waardoor de eerste persoon te lang douchte en de tweede persoon koud water had. De dagen daarna hielden we hier rekening mee en was er geen probleem meer.

• Linda (9/5): Perfect for the week I was there - Great location and large size unit The step from the kitchen to the lounge I fell down them once. Just have to be careful. There’s nothing you could do about it really.
• Marta (8/5): Perfecto para pareja - La ubicación, dejan jabón y café, y un radiador portátil. Además tiene aire acondicionado que también da calor. Ducha grande y cómoda, el agua caliente y presión perfecta. Nos dieron el apartamento más tarde de la hora acordada porque no estaba limpio, pero nos dejaron dejar las maletas allí. La luz del salón y de la habitación parpadeaba como una discoteca al encenderla (unos 3-5 min) hasta que se calentaba, en ocasiones volvía a repetirse y era algo incómodo. El baño es bastante estrecho.

Four keys that I had to understand the use of each one of them The sofa was dirty I found a cockroach in the bathroom and when I noticed them by whatsApp, no reaction, no reply. There is no view in the apartment, except an indoor view. The smell in the apartment was disappointing

Air conditioner was fantastic, especially coming back from a long hot day of exploring the city. Excellent location right in the heart of old Seville. Nothing to really dislike - bathroom was a little cramped, but good enough for one.

• Anna (6/5): Perfectly good stay spoiled... - The location is perfect, so close to everything! The staff was very nice and quite helpful. The apartment was big and clean. The air conditioning was essential as it was getting very hot, but it was doing its job. In normal conditions I would put 9! We saw a cockroach on the first night there... it left and we later discovered the cockroaches were actually in the building, not the apartment itself (the apartment was very clean), but it left a bad taste for the entire visit... (I was stressed to leave any bag open, we couldn't bring any food in because we were afraid the roaches gonna come back). The building also smells really bad at the entrance but it doesn't affect the apartment. The only issue in the room was the straw squares behind the head of the bed. Very unpleasant to touch or lean on.
