• Svetoslav (8/5): - Good place to stay with clean rooms and in calm area of the town. I loved the room with relatively big bath to offer. Prices are fair and ones can rest and regenerate for few days. nothing to complain about for the price given.

• Ειρηνη (4/5): Απογοητευτικό - Απορώ αλήθεια πως υπάρχουν καλά σχόλια. Επιλέξαμε το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα γιατί είχε 24ωρη ρεσεψιόν και θα φτάναμε ξημερώματα. Όταν φτάσαμε στο κατάλυμα ήταν μια μεγάλη σε ηλικία γυναίκα η οποία μας υποδέχτηκε λέγοντας μας τι ώρα είναι αυτήν. Εμείς φτάσαμε γύρω στις 2 το βράδυ. Ενώ η κράτηση είχε γίνει μέσω booking δεν είχε δει ποτέ την κράτησή μας. Η επικοινωνία μαζί της απαίσια. Δεν γνώριζε αγγλικά καθόλου και μας μιλούσε βουλγαρικά λες και έπρεπε να γνωρίζουμε από εχτές την γλώσσα τους. Μας έλεγε δεν υπάρχει κράτηση και άμα θέλουμε να της δώσουμε λεφτά για να μας δώσει ένα δωμάτιο ενώ το είχαμε ήδη πληρωμένο. Της δείχναμε την απόδειξη και όλα τα στοιχεία της κράτησης στα αγγλικά και έλεγε δεν καταλαβαίνω μέχρι που αναγκαστήκαμε να χρησιμοποιήσουμε translate από αγγλικά στα βουλγαρικά. Με τα πολλά μας έδωσε έπειτα από μια ώρα ένα δωμάτιο να μείνουμε το οποίο ήταν παγωμένο. Τα καλολιφερ κλειστά και έξω χιόνιζε. Γενικά τα ανοίγουν συγκεκριμένες ώρες έως και καθόλου. Δεν θα ξανά επισκεφτώ σίγουρα το κατάλυμα, λυπάμαι.

• Adrian Chee En (10/5): - Host was very accommodating and for that me and my travel mate are very grateful . We were at Bansko for the 2025/6 opening and were allowed to check out a bit later and leave our bags at the guesthouse while waiting for the night bus back to Sofia. The area is also near the main square and supermarkets. Lovely host! xx I didn’t not like anything about the property. Everything was perfect.
• Галина (10/5): Quiet and peaceful - The room was very spacious, furnished with two comfortable sofas, a terrace, a cozy bed, and offered a wonderful view of the mountains 🥰 Quiet and peaceful! There was a smell in the bathroom, which disappeared after the first bath.

• Dimitar (2/5): - - the view from the balcony - the woman at the reception desk didn't know about my arrival and was surprised when she realised I had booked a room; - she then tried to charge me more and had quite the temper when I showed her the mistake. At the end, she urged me to get the change - I specifically asked for a room for non-smokers. Guess whst I was surprised to see on the balcony - an ashtray that hasn't been cleaned - I matked that I needed a parking slot but the woman didn't help me with it, neither. I had to find a place to park, which was difficult because there was an opera nearby, and all the parking slots were taken

• Alison (10/5): Exceptional - The traditional tavernas served good food with traditional music . I enjoyed trips to the spa towns of Banja and Dobrinishte. I was surprised by how warm the sun was and was able to sunbathe around the outside pools in February. A visit to the Rila monestary . Transportation from the lower part of town to gondola .

• Marina (1/5): Never again - Location. It is near city center. We stayed 5 nights here. First, our room wasn’t like described. There was no balcony, room was much smaller, no hairdryer… The smell from the bathroom was awful!!!! Also one day after skiing we didn’t have hot water. I was telling to the receptionist but she was saying over and over that everything is reserved! After three days we have finally got another room which was better. For 5 nights you will get only one roll of toilet paper, and no change of towels. You will have to do bins by yourself, clean a room, buy a soap and toilet paper..no refrigerator but we didn’t expect it. This accommodation is cheap for its location but I not recommend it! Pay more and have nice vacation, don’t be like us trying to save money but end paying much more… Also, for ski holidays this is not good accommodation because there isn’t room for skis and boots in the house. or clothes racks in the room.

• Irena (9/5): I won’t come back here. - The location of the accommodation is in an excellent place for those who did not come just for skiing. Rudeness of the staff, in the description on the booking app it says one thing, but in person it is different. We had a problem with the heating, it was not very warm. We couldn't pay for breakfast, because we had to wait to see if they wanted to prepare it for us. Also, the price for breakfasr was different.

We had a garden view room which was very very quiet and relaxing. There was no elevator. The bathroom was quite basic and sometimes there was cigarette smoke coming through the vent.

Great location - right next to the main square (with restaurants and shops etc.) and less than 10 minutes walk to the station. Nothing!

The towels were a bit stiff. It’s not fancy but its super for the price - clean, warm, close to the old center of town.

• Dimitrina (5/5): Passable - Zasheva Kushta is situated at the centre of Bansko, it is a walking distance to the market as well. The place was nice and clean when we arrived. However, during the stay of 10 days the room was not cleaned even once, the towels and sheets were not changed. We were not even asked if we needed it. We looked after our own bins and threw rubbish away. We had to ask for toilet paper to be given to us. When the place became full, warm water supply was not enough. The rooms have no air-conditioning. They don't have a fridge either. The parking spaces are only 3 and if they are full then street parking has to be found.
