• Dominic (10/5): - The location was perfect. It was out of the way but not far from anything. It was quiet. The cleanliness overall of the property was nice and clean. The hosts were quick to reply to messages. The value for money was great too. I did have 1 small issue with the bathroom sink plug that I addressed. When I arrived at the property the plug in the sink was already in and I couldn't figure out how to get it out so I had to use the kitchen sink. No big deal

• Egil (7/5): - Hele leiligheten var meget bra Det var jo en veldig fin innglasset terrasse, men når sola skinte så ble det veldig varmt så vi måtte ha vinduene åpne. Det var jo greit, men problemet var at det var en fuglefarm uttenfor som gjorde at det ble en plagsom fuglelyd. På booking.com var det bilde av en sofagruppe på terrassen, men den var tatt vekk og satt inn to trestoler som ikke var brukbare å sitte på for voksne folk. Dette tok vi opp med eierne og fikk til svar at det var en form for oppgradering.Etter vår mening var dette en nedgradering. I tillegg tok vi opp at det manglet noe utstyr på kjøkkenet, dette fikk vi heller ingen respons for
• Berliner (5/5): Gute Unterkunft mit kleinen Abstrichen - Die Lage war sehr gut, wenn man im Alter auch gut zu Fuß ist. Von der Promenade geht es ca. 350 m bergauf. Das Apartment war verhältnismäßig groß, für 2 Personen fast schon zu groß, da man ja viel draußen ist. Die verglaste Veranda war großzügig, aber leider sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. - für uns unbefriedigende Küchenausstattung - schleifende Türen - dauerhafter unangenehmer Fäkalgeruch im Bad - Fenster der Veranda konnten nich verriegelt werden, die Türen zum Wohnbereich waren nicht abschließbar: Unsicherheitsgefühl - keine Möglichkeit der Verschattung d. Veranda Hinweis an den Vermieter: Bei längerem Regen tropft es von der Überachung in die Veranda.

• Christopher (7/5): Nice apartment in a good location of Puerto Del Carme - Pretty good location Tidy bedrooms Spacious apartment The bedroom window shutter in the double room was broken so could not close for privacy. The bottle opener and cork screw was broken. The extended area could do with some comfortable lounge chairs to sit on whilst looking at the views. There was a horrible drain smell in the bathroom which was very strong.

• Corinne (9/5): Pas mal - L'appartement était grand c'est normal nous étions 2 et il est prévu pour 6 pers max Il était bien exposé bien aeré . Déco sobre et pas trop loin de la plage et des bars Il était décrit qu'il y avait une terrasse , en fait il n'y en a pas c'est une pièce comme une véranda avec des baies vitrées coulissantes dont les joints tombent les uns après les autres . Il manque de quoi cuisiner . Cet appartement mériterait une bonne révision . Les poignées de placers auraient besoin d'être revissé ( ce que nous avons fait car une poignée nous est restée dans les mains . Nous avons dû acheter un étendoir à linge intérieur celui qui était à l'intérieur ne faisait que tomber . Beaucoup de fourmis alors que nous faisions attention de ne rien laisser traîner . 90€ de ménage facturé mais pas de ménage en 2 semaines de présence . Des serviettes de toilettes qui auraient besoin d'être changé , elles sont abîmées . Nous avons payé pour 6 et nous avons un service pour 2 .

• Nichola (8/5): Lovely large apartment - Very spacious apartment It was up a steep hill, but the majority of the resort is hilly. There are number of steps up to the property it's on first floor. Had a problem with shower tray over flowing they were quick to come out and sort out drains. The balcony is enclosed so nowhere to sit outside in the sunshine. There's no air conditioning and the light under cupboard in kitchen never goes off. There is an bird aviary on the lower floor, it's very noisy in the daylight hours but thankfully quiet of an evening.

• P4p4giorgo (8/5): Very good - Large spacious apartment. Great location, close to the beach and outside the touristy area. Nice sea view, my wife loved to work from patio and while watching it. Lack of kitchen equipment. We spent there 3.5 weeks and no extra cleaning was offered The owner/neigbourgh at the ground floor has large cages full of birds located under the patio, causing constant noise. No A/C No confy place to chill, folding sofa is not in the best shape Beds in single bed bedroom are not stable
• Barry (8/5): Enjoyable stay in modern flat - Location was good, modern , clean and tidy Few extras would make it even better , Mirror in main bedroom , somewhere to hang out clothes on the balcony would be handy after a visit to the beach and maybe an Extra fan for the main bedroom, would use this flat again in the future

• Christina (2/5): Very poor - It was really dirty. There was dusty everywhere and worst of all were the hairs. They were on bed sheets and bedspread, they were on the floors and in the shower. I was disgusted. Had to pick them from the beds and clean the floors and shower.

• Ian (6/5): Pleasant - Large and comfortable apartment. Comfortable beds CRF Lack of information about arrival and how to check in. Loud banging one morning for over 2 hours. When I complained I was told it wasn't them. I could feel vibrations through the floor and walls. Only after I said I would post Whatsapp recording did they respond and say that they had spoken to the flat downstairs and it would not happen again. Nowhere to leave luggage after checkout. There was no broom or vacuum to clean floor
• Mirko (6/5): Pleasant - The location was good and the neighbourhood very quiet. The house is very spacious and has a very nice covered terrace. The instructions provided to reach the apartment were very clear on paper but less in reality as the numbers are not very clear. There were no kitchen basics such as oil/salt/kitchen roll so if you're planning to use the kitchen even for a couple of days be prepared for that. The space was very tidy and the cleaning was ok but superficial. The space is well organised but some of the furniture is a bit worn out (the wardrobes) There's an aviary in one of the gardens nearby which can become quite annoying if you're spending a lot of time in the apartment.

• Gail (10/5): Very nice comfortable apartment - We arrived late so had to contact the rental company as the flat was at the back and not obvious which one it was. The keys to the patio were not in the flat therefore we could not lock up to go out.
