Leskinen (8/5): OK paikka, mutta hinta-laatusuhde ei ihan kohdillaan. - Asiallinen ja siisti paikka. Huoneen lämpötila oli säädetty turhan kuumaksi (25 astetta) eikä toisen makuuhuoneen termostaatista saanut säädettyä sitä pienemmälle. Tv oli sijoitettu keittiöön, joten paikasta puuttuu mukava oleskelutila. Ehkä hieman tyyris hinta tasoon nähden.

Alexandre (10/5): Excellent stay in Sodankyla! - The place is great, in fact, after staying in this facility we decided to use more appartements rather than hotels during our road trip in Finland. The staff was super nice and can be contacted by phone at any time. The key collection was easy and simple. The place was spacious and the rooms very comfortable. I surely recommend to stay there !

Pirjo (7/5): Hyvä yhden yön majoittumiseen. - Tilava makuuhuone. Huoneen lämpötila helposti säädettävissä. Oleskelutila tilava mutta epäkäytännöllinen, ei sohvaa.

Dr. Rüdiger Lutz (4/5): Gut für Montageteams - Gut geeignet zum Übernachten und Kochen. Das am Rande eines Gewerbegebiets zwischen einem Parkplatz und einer Baustelle gelegene sanierungsbedürftige Gebäude wird derzeit offenbar saniert bzw. ausgebaut. Es ist von der Lage her mehr für Montageteams geeignet. Die Haustechnik ist auf modernstem Stand, es fehlten allerdings jegliche Informationen oder Anleitungen zur Steuerung der Lüftung (Fenster sind nicht zu öffnen), auch meldete dadurch WLAN zunächst fehlende Internet-Verbindung, die von uns nach einem Tag über erneutes Hochfahren des Routers hergestellt werden konnte. Eine Anfrage über Mail an die angegebene Adresse blieb ohne Antwort. Die Badezimmer ließ sich nicht schließen. Die Unterkunft enthielt keine Einrichtung wie z.B. eine wohnliche Leseecke mit Sessel oder Sofa für verregnete Tage. Hier gehen die Vorstellungen über den Begriff "Ferienwohnung" sehr unterschiedliche Wege.

Maria Rosa (8/5): Apartamento correcto - Apartamento cómodo y tranquilo. La calefacción no pudimos ponerla y al lavavajillas le faltaba sal y abrillantador, por lo que no lavaba nada.

Liudmyla (9/5): Superb - The apartment met our expectations and even better. It was very warm and everything we needed was in sufficient quantity. Clean bedding and white towels in large supply. Modern beds that can be easily moved. There are all the necessary kitchen utensils. A second door at the entrance would not be superfluous, to improve sound insulation and make the apartment more comfortable. It would be nice to close the walls near the bed.

Jan (10/5): Brand new and well equipped - The apartment seemed brand new and never used. The refrigerator was not connected to power and the TV started on initial setup. No spots anywhere. Two bedrooms, we used one for luggage and one for sleeping. Large bathroom, but no space for personal belongings. Big (well equipped) kitchen with TV. Good parking. A short stroll to the local pub which serves food and drinks late in the evening. There is actually no living room. No sofa and no comfortable chair. If you want to watch TV, you must sit by the kitchen table. After booking we got a message in Finnish only with information, but we managed to enter the apartment. After we arrived we got the info in English.
