На кухні були всі потрібні прилади та посуд, у ванній кімнаті: рушники , гель для душу, шампунь, мило для рук та велика кількість туалетного паперу. У вітальні: чиста постіль, тапочки, достатня кількість розеток . Гарне розміщення, до торгового центру із супермаркетом 10 хвилин пішки, до автовокзалу 15-20 хвилин, а до Старого Талліна - декілька хвилин на таксі. Загалом приємно вражена))

Le point faible de ce studio. Quel dommage. Il pourrait être parfait ! Le canapé- lit fait cuvette et le petit lit banquette n’est pas confortable non plus. Personne ayant mal au dos s’abstenir.

• Konrad (9/5): Superb - We had a good stay in Tallinn. The apartment was very well-organized and impressively well-equipped — probably one of the best we’ve come across in that sense. Everything we needed was there, and even more. It was clean, tidy, and tastefully decorated, with a calm and welcoming atmosphere. What stood out to us was the attention to detail — from the practical layout to the small touches that made the place feel really cared for. You can clearly see that the hosts put a lot of thought and effort into making it a comfortable space for guests. It’s a great option for anyone who appreciates functionality combined with a sense of style. One thing to be aware of: the air ventilation system can be a bit loud, especially at night, and there were occasional street noises, though nothing too disruptive. Just something to keep in mind for light sleepers.
• Agnese (8/5): Good stay near the city center with free parking - Stayed in the Arka apartment for two nights for Imagine Dragons concert in Tallin. Considering that it was busy time in the city, the price-performance for this apartment was excellent. 25min walk to the Rotermann quarter, city center. Well equipped kitchen. Note that building where the apartment is located is a little bitt odd - an old wooden house among new buildings, but inside it is clean, well furnished and renovated. Don't judge by the outside look)). Free parking right next to the building. The bed is very uncomfortable as it is fold-out sofa. The mattress is bouncy like trampoline and is sunken into the center of the bed, so when sleeping together, you start falling on top of each other. Also the shower is without any curtain or glass wall, so the water is dripping all over the floor. Therefore, there is an equipment to clean up the water, but the floor still stays wet and it is inconvenient.

• Miezyte (6/5): Good location, poor sleep on an uncomfortable sofa - The bed inside the sofa is extremely uncomfortable. The mattress sags in and feels like sleeping on top of the mountain. I specifically looked for a two bed apartment, and it said of two beds. However, one of the beds was not made up and did not have any sheets on it.
• Sander (8/5): Close enough to the old town and well equipped - Nice little studio cottage. Very well furnished. Has everything one could need. Due to persistent rain it was a bit muddy right outside the cottage and therefore slippery.
• Martin (8/5): Very good - Clean, cozy, it gave me feeling don't judge book by it's cover, because the house looks very old and bad from outside, but inside it's very good The bed and sofa weren't very comfortable

• Peter (7/5): Good - The inside of the property was modern and clean and had everything we needed. We would stay again The pullout sofa bed was very uncomfortable for two people. The outside appearance of the building does not match the inside and we thought we were at the wrong place. A photo would help. There is construction works next door so was noisy on the Saturday. Sunday was fine.
