• Tekin (5/5): Ulaşımı çok rahat servisi sıfır bir işletme. - Tesis çok merkezi yerde. Konumu süper. Tesiste muhatap yok. 3 gün konakladık maalesef aynı havlular ile 3 gün kurulandık. Oda temizliği malesef yoktu, Çarşaf değişimi yok.
• Hande (9/5): Excellent room, great location, very helpful staff - Excellent location, near all the main spots. Very clean room and the communication was really quick. We loved our stay! Thanks to the great team! The Deluxe room is ideal for families with babies and toddlers but adult room lacks privacy for a third adult guest or grown-up child. Guests should keep this in mind.

Ev genel olarak temiz yatak konforlu ısıtma klima ile idi. Market ve restoranlara yakın, çarşı içine de kısa sürede varıyorsunuz.Kısa süreli konaklama ve evi sadece yatak ve duş olarak kullanacaksanız ideal bir seçim.Ev sahipleri ile çıkış harici iletişime girmek bile gerekmedi. Sakız'da uzun süre konaklayacak iseniz evde bir şeyler pişirmeniz yada yemek yapmanız için yeterli ekipman yok. Geceleri çok hareketli ve ışıklı bir alanda Mart ayında gelmemize rağmen akşam serseri tiplerin sesi hiç kesilmedi. Banyo çok dar 90lardan kalma bir duş perdesi var. Lüks yada yeni bir beklenti içinde olmazsanız mutlu edecektir.Kötü denemez ama Sakız'da pek çok yerde kaldığımız için biraz hayal kırıklığı yaşattı.

• Anıl (9/5): Merkezi konum, yardımsever ev sahipleri... - Odamız şehir merkezindeydi ve ana noktalara yürüme mesafesindeydi, ada merkezini çok rahat dolaştık. Ev sahipleri çok yardımseverdi, her türlü ihtiyacımız konusunda destek oldular. Odaya bizim için bıraktıkları hediyeler de çok ince düşünülmüştü. Ayrıca deniz manzaralı balkonumuzda kahvaltı yapmak da çok keyifliydi. Ada gençlerinin gece gürültüleri uyumayı zorlaştırabilir.

Kış ayında kaldığımız için ısınma gerekti. ısınma klima ile. klima sesi ile uyumak zor. Banyo biraz büyük olsa iyi olurdu. 4 kişilik aile için konaklama yaptık. 4 kişi için küçük kalıyor.

• Arda (9/5): Humble flat with a seaview balcony in the heart of harbour where all necessary stuff are equipped - Perfect location where you can have a very easy access to markets, restaurants, bars and to the ferry port. The taxi station is just in front of the building which always have available cars. Hosts are very kind and helpful as they responded our requests quickly with all their support; thanks for their hospitality. None

• Pamela (8/5): Very pleasant stay! - The location was good. Nice long balcony accessible from bedroom and kitchen area. The hosts were kind and checked in with us to see if there was anything we needed. The bathroom is not as nice as the rest of the apartment.

Tuvalet ve banyonun temizliği iyiydi. çok fazla ses vardı, panjurlara varana kadar kapatıp yatmamıza rağmen balkonda yatıyormuşuz gibi sese maruz kaldık. Evin yeri merkezi olduğu için tüm gece, sabaha kadar eğlenceden çıkanların sesleri, evin altındaki taksi durağındakilerin sesi çok rahatsız ediciydi.

• emrexfc (9/5): Harika konum, güzel bir ev iyi fiyat - Merkeze yakın, konumu çok iyi. Ev gayet temiz ve düzenli, ihtiyaç duyabileceğim herşey vardı. Banyo duşakabini sevmedim, duş başlığı montaj edilse daha iyi olabilirdi.
• Ahmet (9/5): - Limana çok yakın, balkon deniz manzaralı, 1 duble yatak ve 1 çekyat var, küçük bir mutfak ve küçük el aletleri ve buzdolabı var , kısa süreli konaklamalar için çok uygun, bina çevresinde marketler ve kafe restoranlar var.

Bir etkinlik için gittiğimiz için çıkış saatimizi ona göre birkaç saat uzatmak istedik, en azından eşyalarımızı içeride tutalım istedik ama hiçbir şekilde destek vermediler. Tek olumsuz yanı giriş çıkış saatlerinde hiç esneklik yapıp yardımcı olmuyorlar.

• Kader (9/5): - The apartment was very clean and well-maintained, the kitchen appliances were sufficient, and communication with the host was easy, we received complimentary items and free mid-stay cleaning, this was a thoughtful approach by the host and it was appreciated  a lot. The location is excellent, and while the sea view can be seen only from roughly a 30-meter slope, its proximity made it more than adequate. On the balcony you can enjoy your evening coffee while watching the sea view and the nightlife. As a frequent visitor to Chios island, you can be confident that this is one of the rare apartments you can choose without hesitation.

We easily entered the house ourselves. It provided great convenience during the hours for entering and exiting the house. I will come again and recommend it to everyone Noting😍

• Nertila (10/5): A perfect stay in a beautiful, well-equipped apartment with a fantastic location! - The apartment was beautifully equipped with everything we needed—spacious, impeccably clean, and filled with natural light from the windows. The location was unbeatable, situated in a lovely area perfect for exploring the city's bars and tavernas. We had a wonderful stay and made full use of the excellent facilities. The self check-in process was seamless, and the host was extremely responsive to all our requests. The cleaning lady who came in the morning was also very kind and friendly :) Nothing at all.
