• Ελενη Θεοδωρα (10/5): - Η διαμονή μας στο κατάλυμα ήταν υπέροχη. Το δωμάτιο πεντακάθαρο άνετο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Ο οικοδεσπότης ευγενέστατος και φιλικός πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει. Πραγματικά ενδιαφέρεται για τους επισκέπτες του, το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

I would highly recommend you book here because apart from the host being an absolute gem, the apartments are beautiful, clean and the location is only 5min from the beach and 5min from the center. Plus, they have an included cleaning service that keep your room spotless throughout your stay. Nothing but good things to say about this place! /

He helped us in every situation, responded promptly to every request, and gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants, sightseeing, and parking. Even after we left, he continued to guide us with advice and tips – a rare and deeply appreciated gesture! A moment that touched us was when he brought us homemade olive oil, especially for us. You can really feel that this family business, run together with his mother is built with passion and heart. We felt that we were not just guests, but friends. Jeden Tag haben die Putzfrauen Zimmer geputzt und jeden Tag haben wir frische Handtücher bekommen. Wir sind begeistert und kommen wir wieder. 🙂☀️ Gibt es nicht. Alles war perfekt.

There is also a private parking, which made it easy to not think about parking in the city where it is full to the top with cars. Therer are also coffee shops + breakfasts that work from 06:00 am, so that has you covered. Really close from the parking to the main driving street to go out of the city to the near beaches outside of Chanioti

• adnan (9/5): - Tesisin konumu çok iyi. Zemin kat olmasına rağmen balkonu ile cok güzeldi. Bizi karşılayan Konstantin cok ilgili ve her ihtiyaç duyduğumuzda hemen yardımcı oluverdi. Cok hareketli ve her türlü ihtiyacınızı karşılayabilecek bir konumda. Mutfak kismi biraz küçük ve eşyalar kısmen yetersiz. İhtiyaç duyduğumuz malzemeleri de Konstantin Bey kısa sürede karşıladı.

• Bojan (10/5): - We spent a week in Anastasia Studios and couldn’t have been more pleased. The space was spotlessly clean, with a cozy balcony and comfortable bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped. Location is unbeatable: you’re steps away from shops, cafes, and the beach, yet the apartment itself remains wonderfully quiet. We also valued having private, secured parking just few steps from the property. Konstantinos went above and beyond as a host. He greeted us warmly on arrival, offered great local tips, and was always available if we had questions. Overall, this apartment strikes the perfect balance of convenience, comfort, and hospitality. We highly recommend it and look forward to returning!

Otoparkinin olması bu bölgede oldukça büyük avantaj.Yuruyerek denize gidebileceğiniz bir yer. Denizi mükemmel. Ayrılırken kalbimizi bıraktık diyebileceğimiz kadar güzel bir tatil geçirdik.

Gazda a fost foarte prietenoasa, cand am plecat ne-a oferit si un cadou. Locatia apartamentului este de vis. Esti la 1 minut de centru si in aceeași timp este foarte linistita zona. Am reveni oricand in aceasta locație. Totul a fost perfect.

It had a lovely outside garden and our balcony always stayed cool and private. • Stefan (10/5): - Alex o gazdă super prietenoasă, ne a ajutat cu bagajele, am avut loc de parcare( gratuit) asigurat ceea ce este un plus pentru străduțele din Grecia. Curățenie, liniștite în zona în care se afla locația ținând cont ca la 2 minute de locație sunt taverne și centrul turistic Hanioti. Ai tot ce îți dorești la locație pentru a prepara un mic de jun. O sa revenim. Am fost 2 adulți cu un copil si ne am descurcat de minune. Ce nu mi a plăcut dar nu a fost chiar asa deranjat, salteaua patului puțin cam inconfortabila din punctul meu de vedere, în rest nota 10.

Beach is on 5 minute distance from the building. There are threes around the building, very nice garden, we had wide terrace. Host is extremely polite, he helped us with the luggage, answering immediately to all questions that we had. Next to the building there are parking slots under the shadow. We really had wonderful stay!

The location couldn't be better – right in the heart of Chanioti, just steps away from restaurants, shops, the beach, and everything else you'd want nearby, yet still peaceful and quiet. But the true highlight of our stay was the host, Dino. He is simply incredible – warm, helpful, and genuinely kind. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome and went out of his way to ensure we had a fantastic experience. It's rare to meet someone who cares so much about his guests. The host was very nice and friendly, they greeted us as friends and me and my family loved everything about the apartment. It was clean, well equiped, had parking and everything. Very close to the center, but in a more quiet area of Chaniotis. Keep up the good work, we would definitely choose you again if we come back to Chaniotis!

He waited for us the evening until late to accommodate us, and also greeted us with a breakfast in the morning. He also recommended us places to eat and was helpful in every aspect. He's a wonderful friendly person. The unit we rented was very clean and towels was changed every day. We liked the appartment a lot, with a huge terrace to spend the evenings there. The beds was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend Konstantinos and his apparents and will return back there again None

• Stan (10/5): Hanioti este un sătuc superb, animat și liniștit în același timp. - Curățenie exemplară, proprietarii foarte prietenoși, ne-au ajutat cu sfaturi și informații inclusiv în legătură cu cele mai bune restaurante și plaje din zona. La cazare ne-au făcut și mici surprize pe perioada șederii, pe lângă curățenia zilnică, am găsit în camera vin, fructe, brânzeturi. Recomand!!! Totul la superlativ.

It is incredibly close to other restaurants and cafes. My favourite parts of the apartment was definitely the bathroom - with its amazing lighting and spacious fittings, the balcony allowed us to sit outside comfortably and enjoy the quite street and the beds were incredibly comfortable after a long day. Thank you Dino for making our experience in Hanioti so amazing. I don’t have many negatives to say about the apartment.

Der Gastgeber Dinos ist super nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und wird täglich gereinigt, inkl. frischer Bettwäsche und Badetücher. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder! Alles war perfekt, sehr empfehlenswert! Gerne wieder!

• Ratko (10/5): - Lokacija je odlična higijena na vrhunskom nivou vlasnik izuzetno ljubazan i predusretljiv šta god treba odmah izlazi u susret čini sve da vam odmor bude bez problema, soba se čistila svaki dan peškiri se menjaju svaki dan terasa je fantastična više sam vremena provodio na terasi nego u sobi, smeštaj je za svaku preporuku Agentica koja radi u agenciji koja izdaje je ovaj smeštaj je jako neljubazna i neće da izađe u susret jer smo iznajmili smeštaj za mene i suprugu a ne planirano su nam dvoje dece došli i nije htela da ih smesti u jedinicu i ako je bilo mesta još za njih dvoje, a rekla je da nema mogućnosti za njihov smeštaj kod nas, a bio je još jedan krevet na razvlačenje na kojem mogu spavati dve osobe da napomenem da sam ponudio da im platim dodatno za taj smeštaj da ne bi tražio novi smeštaj za decu da budu sa nama zajedno

Every day we had a cleaning service. The studios were located pretty central with supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, etc. 2 minutes by walk. However, what truly set our stay apart was the exceptional hospitality of our host, Konstantinos. His warm and genuine demeanor made us feel instantly welcome, as if we were old friends. Throughout our time at Anastasia Studios, he graciously imparted invaluable advice, ensuring we made the most of our Greek adventure. Whether it was recommending hidden gems off the beaten path or offering assistance whenever we needed it, Konstantinos's dedication to our comfort and enjoyment was truly remarkable. In conclusion, our stay at Anastasia Studios in Hanioti was nothing short of perfection. The combination of pristine accommodations, convenient location, and the genuine hospitality of Konstantinos avourated an unforgettable Greek experience. Private parking which is kept locked some 50-100m from the lodging. Beautiful garden and terrace which is cool throughout the day. Large sliding doors for natural cooling, with huge mosquito nets which work like a charm. All new furniture and toilet facilities, with friendly staff who cleans them daily. Young guy who runs the place, Konstantinos, is super friendly - man brought us fresh eggs and fruits from his farm and helped us out with everything during our stay. God bless him and staff at Anastasia!

Апартаментите са на 2м от центъра и в същото време на тиха и спокойна улица, която води до главния път. Топ локация. Всеки ден се почистваха стаите. Препоръчвам с две ръце и ще се върнем отново там.

• glisca marian (10/5): - Locatia, superba aproape de plaja si de centru ,linistita, cu gradina ,curatenia care se facea zilnic si se schimbau prosoapele.Interactiunea cu gazdele,dotarea cu tot ce este necesar ,intr-un cuvant totul. Nu avem nimic de reprosat.Recomand cu placere locatia.

• Alina (10/5): - Excelent stay, the apartament is in the center, very clean and comfortable, with a nice terrace. The host was also very nice, you could see that he is passionate about what he’s doing.
