Antes de nuestra llegada, el personal nos ayudó a encontrar un parking cercano y estuvo muy pendiente para que todo resultara lo más cómodo posible. La habitación era increíble: la cama y las almohadas, muy confortables, y perfectamente insonorizada, por lo que, a pesar de estar en pleno centro, no se oía ningún ruido. El jacuzzi es un gran punto a favor, y el hecho de contar con Alexa y Netflix hace la estancia aún más agradable. Si viajáis a Nápoles, recomiendo este alojamiento al 100%.

• Paula (10/5): Close to the Duomo and the historic centre. I was sorry we were only staying one night. - An amazing renovation - shows what can be achieved in an apartment. High ceilings made the room feel opulent. Every item was well thought out. I particularly liked the small details i.e., an iron, a hanger with pegs for hand washing, and many other thoughtful touches. The jacuzzi tub was an extra bonus. I highly recommend this “Experience” Also the inclusion of extensive information on food cultural events, local restaurants etc was appreciated.

Complimentary Netflix and Alexa made it feel like a home from home. I slept well (which is always a good sign because I really struggle sleeping away from home) and found the bed comfortable. The location was central for most things we chose to do and whilst busy we felt safe. Would recommend

Recommended. - Gallery Experience provided us with, what appears to be fairly newly refurbished, very clean, comfortable and well provided accommodation. Its location is fairly perfect for visiting all of the areas and attractions of Naples. The hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful. I would have absolutely no issue recommending Galery Experience to any visitor to Naples. Nothing really.

• andre (10/5): Naples is a completely frantic and crazy city, but the rooms at the Gallery experience offer an oasis of Com - The communication from Anna through the whole process of the reservation through to arrival and check in was exceptional. She was so helpful and gave so much advice as we were arriving in Naples by car and parking was a problem. She even offered to store our luggage for two days when we went off to Capri. A perfect accommodation manager and understands hospitality. The rooms are in an old building where the first impressions are not good. But once inside the first floor, it is very clean with amazing contemporary design. I love the design features of the room and the facilities were very well thought through for guests. Our room had 3 balcony doors on very busy street but the double glazing made the room silent. The air-conditioning is also excellent. The entrance of the building is not pleasant. There is a very dirty area behind the lift in the communal area, but the gallery floor is very very clean.

• Laura (9/5): Very pleasant stay - A very enjoyable stay for one night of a bit of luxury within the city for a respectable price. We were greeted by the owner who was very friendly and inviting. We received a brief tour of our room and shown how to use the hot tub in the back room. Streaming services were also included in the price which was nice to make use of whilst in the hot tub. The facilities were also in immaculate condition. The room also included a small balcony but we did not make use of this due to the hustle and bustle of the main road. A YouTube video was also provided demonstrating how to use the hot tub. Free locker storage is also provided even after checking out, and although we did not make use of this, we found it a great service which had no added cost! The room was exactly as described, and also within a secure building with front gate through use of key card to buzz yourself in. We found the bed quite uncomfortable due to the mattress not providing great support and so both had a sore back the following morning.

• David (10/5): - Would 100% recommend this accommodation to anyone planning a trip to Naples. Approx. 10 min walk to the main train station and walkable distance from many tourist attractions! The property itself was immaculate with industrial style decor with each room being a specific colour (we stayed in the pink room) - so much detail and thought put into making the travelers stay perfect - right down to having Netflix set up on the tv. Anna was always available via WhatsApp for any queries we had and provided all info regarding accessing the rooms. The accommodation is a 2-min walk from the famous L’Antica Pizzeria de Michele which we grabbed pizzas from and sat on our little balcony with a bottle of wine watching the world go by!

• Philippa (8/5): A great short stay in a very clean and modern room! - The hotel is in a good location if you need to be near the train station. The rooms are very clean and modern with everything you need for a short-term stay. We were impressed by the little touches - coffee pods, tea bags, and complimentary Pepsi and water. By far the best part about our stay was the excellent communication by owner, Anna. She kept in touch throughout and couldn’t do enough for us, providing a Naples brochure, making sure our room was made-up, and offering to book us taxis. Thank you Anna! Next time we might consider staying a bit further out of the city centre, away from the train station, as the area is quite busy at night.

Anna was extremely nice and helpful she provided us with a lot of useful information that made our trip even better. The apartment was spotless, and the daily cleaning service kept it even cleaner. Elérhető közelségben a városközpont, kikötő, vasútállomás. A közben van metró . A szállás a főutcán van, de ennek ellenére a szóba nagyon csendes. Gondolom hangszigetelt. Az Apartman nagyon biztonságos. Jól felszerelt. A tulajjal személyesen bem találkoztunk, de whatsapp-on gyorsan reagált az üzeneteinkre. A szoba tiszta volt, kólákávét, takarítást mindennap kaptunk. Bátran ajánlom mindenkinek! Olyan nem volt.

The location is almost in a city center, close to many touristic attractions and stores. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi very much, and the owners sent a guide on how to use it. Also they surprised us with a gift for my boyfriend’s birthday which was a lovely gesture.

Das Zimmer war nicht nur geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sondern auch außergewöhnlich sauber und gemütlich...perfekt, um zu zweit zu entspannen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Balkon mit herrlichem Ausblick, ideal für ein gemeinsames Frühstück oder einen romantischen Abend zu zweit. Die Lage ist ebenfalls hervorragend – ruhig und doch zentral genug, um schnell überall zu sein. Ob Spaziergänge in der Natur oder kleine Ausflüge in die Umgebung, alles war gut erreichbar. Ein großes Lob auch an das Personal und die Gastgeberin: Herzlich, aufmerksam und immer hilfsbereit, man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens umsorgt. Wir können diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlen, vor allem für Paare, die eine schöne, persönliche und erholsame Auszeit suchen. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder! Ein kleiner Punkt, der aus unserer Sicht verbesserungswürdig wäre: Der Whirlpool war leider nicht ganz sauber. Uns ist bewusst, dass so etwas nicht leicht zu pflegen ist, aber ein etwas gepflegterer Eindruck hätte das Erlebnis abgerundet.

• Giuliano (10/5): - Das Hotel befindet sich in guter Lage an einer großen Hauptstraße, was aber durch die neuen Fenster kaum zu hören ist. Genau gegenüber findet man die Weltbekannte Pizzeria, wo die Pizza Margherita erfunden wurde. Desweiteren findet man in unmittelbarer nähe viele Restaurants, Geschäfte und Cafés. Auch die Metro ist nicht weit, der Hafen ist 20 min. weg, sowie auch der Hauptbahnhof. Die Besitzer der Unterkunft sind super nett, schicken dir per WhatsApp eine große PDF mit vielen Infos zur Stadt und beantworten jede Frage schnell. Die Zimmerreinigung erledigt ihren Job super zuverlässig. Das Zimmer wurde vor kurzem erst renoviert, sehr modern eingerichtet, sehr bequemes Bett, geräumige Dusche. War ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

El sistema que tiene de entrada y salida del alojamiento remoto es una pasada! Y tiene taquillas para dejar La maleta en el check-out La limpieza es muy top! No solo si no que nos ordenaba la habitación y lo dejaba todo perfecto! Lo único negativo fue el ruido de la puerta de entrada! Las ventanas aíslan todo el ruido de la calle pero la puerta de entrada no y al ser varias habitaciones se escucha la entrada y salida de gente y la puerta!

It was very modern and the room included Netflix and wifi. It was very clean. Being in such a busy area the room was very sound proof. Nothing.
• Tucker (10/5): Perfection in Naples! - From check in to check out, everything was amazing!! The location is perfect with the metro only a moment away. Walking distance to many restaurants and locations made it a breeze to get around. Everything was absolutely spotless in our room. The facilities were perfect, the hot tub, tv, showers and kitchen was everything we needed!! I have travelled a lot over the years and I have to say our host Anna, was one of the best I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The attention to detail and advice prior to our trip, during our trip and with the birthday package I purchased, made this one of the best experiences I have ever received. I cannot recommend Gallery Experience/home enough and we will 100% be back when we visit Naples again! Thanks again for making our trip amazing. Nothing! It was perfect. All staff treated us so well.
• Charlotte (10/5): Absolument parfait - Le Check in indépendant était très facile. Le design de la chambre est incroyable. C’était très propre, parfaitement équipé et très bien situé. On a meme pu laisser nos bagages dans un locker pour profiter de la ville notre derniers jour.
