• fabienne (8/5): Le calme à 15 minutes du centre ville - L'emplacement avec les transports en commun. Le tram est à 200 metres et vous amène dans le centre en 15 minutes. Le calme du bâtiment. La facilité pour accéder au boîtier à clé. La communication avec le propriétaire Le confort de la literie. La douche spacieuse. Mettre 2 ou 3 doses de café, une bouteille d'eau est un minimum appréciable après un long voyage et en attendant de pouvoir repérer les lieux. Le porte manteaux est cassé ! L'unique armoire est pleine de linge donc difficile de défaire ses bagages.

• Yi (9/5): Excellent stay - Very well equipped, and excellent location for the price. Would recommended for anyone looking for a slightly long stay. Key collection could use some improvement, I spent 20 minutes scrolling through pictures to figure out where to collect keys and which side of the building the apartment is located. Would recommend creating a standardised guide to send to future visitors. Apartment is also not very clean, but not intolerably so. Crumbs under the bedsheet.
• Milica (10/5): Great accommodation - Everything was as described or seen in the photos. The beds are extremely comfortable, and it is quiet at night. There is a coffee machine so you can enjoy your first coffee ☕️ in the morning. There were no towels in the apartment, but they were brought by the staff within 10 minutes, literally. No complaints at all.
• Daniel (1/5): Avoid if you don't want to be treated like garbage. - The property is very well located, close to the tram and the Museum of Science and Technology. There was a very large TV which I didn't turn on but would be great if you have the time to use it. The kitchen was well-equipped and there was plenty of space, making it comfortable for preparing meals and dining in. I specifically chose this property as it was advertised as having a washing machine and a clothes rack. This was a last-minute booking, and after placing the booking, I sent a message to the owner to confirm there was a working washing machine and a clothes rack. The reply was unapologetic and stated that the washing machine wasn't working, blaming previous customers, and suggested I cancel the booking if I didn't like it. I politely asked if they could help find an alternative solution, perhaps recommending a nearby laundry service and covering the cost since a washing machine was included in the price paid. I received an incredibly rude response, stating that for 50 euros a night (despite paying 80 euros per night), he wouldn't wash my clothes and didn't want to host me, telling me to find another place and that I was wasting his time. This resulted in me spending over an hour on the phone with Booking customer support, seeking assistance. The day before check-in, I had no reply, but on the morning of the scheduled check-in, the owner messaged to say a repairman had been called and the washing machine would be fixed upon my arrival. While a solution was eventually found, it was only after involving customer support and experiencing significant stress instead of enjoying my holiday. Upon arrival, after waiting 10 minutes to get the key from the dental practice next to the apartment, I found a working washing machine but no drying rack, which I had specifically asked for. The owner showed no concern for my time, demanding I wait another half hour for the clothes rack. Communication with the owner was consistently rude. When I inquired about the poor WiFi, which only worked well near the entrance and had very slow speeds and frequent dropouts in the living room and bedroom, the owner dismissed my concerns. The owner reminded me of how little I paid and suggested I should be grateful to stay at his place. The level of customer service was abysmal.

• Zavrl (10/5): Vienna for two - Good location, quiet at night. The owner is very responsive and helpful. The apartment is cozy, well equipped. It is most suitable for two people as it is quire small. The beds are comfortable.
