• richard (6/5): People who rave about it have never stayed anywhere nice - Proximity to friends and family and had 2 bedrooms. Contact from staff prior to arrival very good. Cracked tile on bedroom floor with jagged edges right in front of wardrobe. The layout of apartment was the worst I’ve ever stayed in .. walking all around both bedrooms and bathroom, then via lounge to get to a galley kitchen with half of it storage space, and bathroom window / 2nd bedroom window both opening into the actual kitchen.. 🤦🏻‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️.. and on arrival pool full of leaves and old football, and locked so we couldn’t go out to it.

The apartments are right where you need them to be (not far to walk from the bars) they have everything you need even a washing machine. I will be returning Nothing it was fab

However the make up Double was Broken and the bar downstairs the middle made it very uncomfortable

However it great to be in the centre of everything with good local bus and tram connections to nearby lovely villages

• Jade (10/5): - If you’re looking for the perfect spot for a party holiday, this is the place to stay! The location couldn’t be better – you have bars and restaurants right on your doorstep, plus a beautiful beach just down the street and a pool downstairs for when you want to relax. The staff were absolutely amazing, especially Andres and the late-night doorman, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Having doormen on the doors nearly the whole time made us feel incredibly safe, which was such a bonus. I couldn’t recommend this place more – 100% perfect for anyone looking to enjoy the nightlife and atmosphere of a party town while still having a safe and welcoming place to come back to!

• Michelle (9/5): Fabulous apartment in new town, easy access to bars, shops and beach. Clean, excellent value. - The location was central, few minutes from beach. The apartment was very clean and cosy, there was everything needed for a great stay. Communication with the host Andres was excellent and we were allowed to check in earlier than expected. The bed was really comfortable. Always hot water and shower pressure was good. Great little apartment. 2 really very, very minor points: 1. The shower head which flipped up if you had the water pressure on high. 2. The pillow on the double bed was one long pillow, this is not a problem but personally i like my own pillow. The above said, these are just improvements that could be made but not necessary and did not affect the overall rating on the apartment.

• Sarah (10/5): Fantastic time had at Payma! - A group of four ladies in their 30/40s first time trip to Benidorm! We chose Payma for its price, accommodation size and good reviews. Payama Apartments are situated right in the middle of the 'strip' where all of the hustle, bustle and noisy night life happens. However, we did not hear the music or the noise in the early hours of the morning after arriving home and eventually going to bed ourselves. Andres and his team were absolutely fantastic. Andres was in touch with us via whatsapp and was on hand if/when we needed anything. The apartment we stayed in was spacious and had 2 bedrooms. Air con included in both bedrooms and the lounge area. The beds were so comfortable and a big size for singles. The lounge was spacious with 2 large sofas and a small dining table and chairs. The kitchen contained a large fridge/freezer, a cooker, a washing machine, a microwave and a dishwasher as well as utensils and appliances that you may need for your stay. There was also an ironing board and iron if needed. The bathroom had been completely redone and was very modern. Toilet rolls, towels, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap also included in the apartment. There is also a pool. We didn't use it but it looked clean and functional. With beach towels available at €1. The whole apartment was clean, tidy and functional and suited us completely for our short stay there. If you want somewhere central, clean and cost effective to stay, then this is the place for you. We would not hesitate to stay again at Payma Apartments. Although Payma apartments are a little dated, it suited us perfectly and you can see that work has been done to modernise some areas, such as the bathroom. There are no balconies to sit out on but there were balcony doors that opened up to let the air into the apartment so this was okay.

Clean apartments with everything you could need in them, Staff are polite and attentive. I understand that sometimes people may abuse the apartments but I felt at times we were discriminated against as been part of a stag doo as lads who would disrespect the apartments but in-fact we did the opposite and were very respectful

• George (8/5): Great for the lads right on the strip was noisy but that was to be expected fully recommended 👍 - It is a great location for a lads holiday or a stag do if your there with your mates it’s 10/10 I definitely wouldn’t say it’s ideal for children or not really man and wife unless they still love going out 👍 There was plenty of towels and toilet role although we still managed to run out there could of been washing facilities as there was a washing machine but there was nothing at all not to be liked.
