El trato por parte de la persona que nos recibió fue inmejorable; fue muy amable y nos dio mucha confianza al decirnos que podíamos escribirle por WhatsApp para cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Además, tuvieron el detallazo de permitirnos dejar las maletas después del check-out, lo cual nos facilitó muchísimo el último día. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

L'appartement se situe au dessus d'une boîte de nuit donc un peu de bruit le week end. Une meilleure isolation phonique est ce serait 10/10

I read a review that it didn't have kitchenware which isn't true as it had everything. Will definitely like to stay here again! Location is great & close to metro & supermarket just around the corner! Self Check in was smooth! I wish there was a dryer but not a big deal

• Eng (10/5): Very clean and safe apartment to stay, lovely host. - The apartment is very close to the Duomo as well as metro station and the instruction given by the host is easy to locate the property. You have everything you need in the apartment for a short stay, it is also located at a quiet and safe area to stay. The host Giovanni and Emilia both are very nice and very prompt in responding any messages. There is also a good supermarket just a short walking distance from the apartment which makes the stay even more convenient. The layout of the apartment is very well plan and the whole apartment is super clean as well. If I would have visiting Milan for my next holiday, I will definitely come back to this lovely apartment. Highly recommended! Nil

• D.norman (8/5): Great place great location - It was a great place for the 3 nights we were in Milan. Walking distance to most places, had a separate bedroom, (we had a triple room/condo) king size bed in the room, and 2 twin size day beds in living room … we had a working tv, washer but no dryer so we had to randomly hang clothes around the house after wash (no balcony but there’s a window in each room). Also, they provided the detergent. The a/c worked amazingly! There are two tiny elevators but only fits 2 people max or 1 person if with luggage otherwise it’s 3 floors down, not too bad since we were already used to walking all over Italy. Still tiring but had to pick and choose our battles. Bathroom was clean with plenty counter space. And we found out on our last night (which was a Friday night, there was some kind of club venue that played loud music til 5am directly next door!) heard it all night so if you’re there on Friday and maybe the weekend, you have a chance of hearing music all night. If on weekdays you’re fine. Overall, it was pleasant and the host was amazing. Would recommend No clothes dryer

The host is very responsive and helpful! The only problem with the apartment is the presence of a night club in the same building, so keep this in mind if you are someone who can’t sleep well with sounds (and some bass).

• Jeremy (9/5): A Birthday Treat in Milan - The apartment has very good comfortable and well equipped spaces. The accommodation is very clean, bright and welcoming.The location is excellent really close walking distance to the Duomo, Galleria Vittorio and other attractions. Access to other attractions via the tram is a great way to explore Milan. We visited Navigli and even managed an Inter Milan football match! A visit to Gino Sorbillo Pizzerie and the Duomo rooftop are a must do! Everything was good!

Pillows were not comfortable. Music played most of the night and the first door you have to unlock to get to the apartment door is incredibly hard to get unlocked

W - The property was in such a good location and was very nice and clean. Would definitely stay here again. There was four of us girls that stayed at the property and it was a little small for us. Overall though the location and the cleanliness made up for it.

• Felix (10/5): Perfect stay for discovering Milano - Outstanding stay in a stylish building elevator provided. Perfect location within a single 2 minutes away walk from Duomo/tram/metro. I highly recommend coffeeshops nearby where you can take healthy and cheap breakfasts ( spinach omelette ). Practical bed/sofa, washing/drying machine. Calm location. My teen successfully finished his homework thanks to the excellent wifi reception. Giulia is one of the best ever host I've ever had. Thank you for the short and funny Italian lessons to my son!
• Gerasimos (8/5): The best location to stay in Milan - 100% Perfect location, cosy apartment that was enjoyable to stay with everything you need. There is a music club at ground zero, the property is in the 2nd floor, you can listen to the music (the beat) all night (11 pm to 7am). Not open every night but 2 nights out of 5. People also gather and talk on the road outside the club. We stayed 5 nights, no cleaning, no garbage collection or change of towels. The exterior door of the building is not opening from the inside without a key.

Fully equipped and sufficient providing a nice warm atmosphere. The host was amazing, she was flexible and kind. She waited for us in the apartment and provided the keys. I highly recommend this apartment to everyone who visits Milano.

They also let us leave our luggage a bit longer then the check-out. There is a club right below the apartment. On the weekends it's really loud from midnight to the morning. If you're a light sleeper it might be a real problem during the weekend stay. Sofas in the living room are not the best, but ok.
