La posizione è strategica, perfetta per chi viaggia in treno o vuole spostarsi facilmente per Roma. L’appartamento è impeccabile: pulito, moderno e molto funzionale, dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. La camera è spaziosa e accogliente, ideale per riposarsi dopo una giornata in città. Gerardo (7/5): The apartment was comfortable, as described when booked - Location ideal, many of Rome's attractions within walking distance. Fairly spacious and clean apartment. On arriving at the building location, instructions were not given as to the actual location of the apartment. On entering the main door off the main road, There were 4 staircase accesses off an inner courtyard to different buildings. The instructions should include Scala IV. Also the floor level, which was 3. We also did not have hot water on arrival, as the boiler was not working. Although in fairness, it was fixed by the end of the following day. Also the lift serving the apartment was not always working.

Nicoleta (5/5): Passable - Easy check in The location on booking is completely wrong! We had a very unpleasant surprise to see, after booking of course, that the location was not as indicated on the map! The apartment was very dirty, the couch was the worst. One of the rooms was very uncomfortable, it’s not a normal bed, more like a very bad mattress. Likely we stayed only one night because the stay was very uncomfortable.

Jiachen (1/5): Bad - Complicated to open locks . Customer service poor basically no reply when asked inquiries . No fire . Water is not hot enough .
Marek (10/5): Great location, comfortable and convenient for family of five. - Location was great, apartment was comfortable and sufficiently equipped. A little attention to the logistics - one air conditioning was not on and other one was not possible to adjust, but it was not too big of a deal.
