• Тодор Даков (9/5): Малък, уютен апартамент в тих - Малък, уютен апартамент в тих и спокоен квартал. В близост до болница Софиямед, което всъщност ни трябваше. Препоръчвам!
• Tsveta (10/5): Приятно, спокойно и уютно местенце. - Имотът е изключително уютен и приветлив. Домакините са помислили за всичко, което може да направи един престой комфортен и удовлетворяващ. Районът е удобен за паркиране и разполага с удобен транспорт за придвижване в целия град. С удоволствие бихме го посетили следващ път.
• Jana (10/5): Velmi pěkný byt. Doporučuji. - Byt je velmi pohodlně zařízen, kuchyně skvěle vybavená. Koupelna čistá,na chobě dokonce pračka a sušička. Je to si 5 minut pěšky od stanice metra. Téměř vedle Billa. V noci klid. Komunikace s majitelem na jedničku.

• Galina (10/5): - A cozy, well equipped, and very clean apartment in a multi-flat building. Not far away from the metro station and from the airport. A perfect place to stay for a short or a long period. A bit difficult to find the parking next to the building if you arrive late in the evening.

• Василка (10/5): Чудесен - В мястото за настаняване ни хареса всичко.Беше много чисто. Имаше всички удобства. Домакините ни дадоха много подробни инструкции как да стигнем до мястото и успяхме да се настаним дори преди указания час.На кратка разходка има магазини и метростанция.В сградата има асансьор.Беше удоволствие да отседнем при вас. .

• Вергиния (10/5): - Апартаментът е много чист, комфортен, обзаведен с вкус и мисъл към детайла. Има всичко необходимо, дори повече от очакваното, като паста за зъби, клечки за уши и други дребни, но необходими удобства. Препоръчвам мястото, бих отседнал там отново!

• Olena (6/5): Все чудово - Тихе місце розташування. Поруч метро, дійти до парку трішки більше 30 хвилин треба. Колір стін темний та освітлення мало.

Има всякакви удобства и за по-дълъг престой - пералня, сушилня, съдомиялна. Чудесно разположение - близо е до метростанция и автобусна спирка, а кварталът е много зелен и спокоен. Наблизо има Била. -

The amenities were excellent, and communication with the host was smooth — he was very friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. The area is a bit isolated, and there weren’t many nearby options for food, which could be inconvenient without a car.

• Andrey (9/5): Superb - Good option if you stay in Sofia and tired of hotels. Not the most modern building, but the location is ok (5 min to metro and a supermarket), and the flat itself is very cozy, clean and has all what you need (and even more). Very easy check(in/out). Friendly landlord(s).

• Ivo (10/5): nice apartment with everything you might need - The apartment was very nice, clean and cozy. It is in an old building but well maitened one. The washing machine and dryer were an enormous convenience. Bed was very comfortable, placed in a secluded area. This and the airco (silent one) gave us the opportunity to have a good, nice sleep during our stay even though outside was 28-35C. There is a nice space where you can put your clothes and luggage so it is not in the way. Perfect size fridge where we kept many soft-drinks. Functional kitchen if you would like to cook your food. Small but new and clean bathroom, shower separated so the other part stays dry. There are surprisingly enough parking spots behind the flat. The metro station is a 7-10 min walk. Which for a city is fine.

• Marksheehan (9/5): Superb - The apartment is clean, modern and very well layed out. And practixally everything you need is provided - especially in the kitchen if you are cooking. I stayed there for 6 weeks and was very happy. A great place. Nothing to speak of really.
