• Charlotte (2/5): Nothing as advertised. - It was easy to find The property looked nothing like the photos that are listed, had a very strong cigarette smell even when the windows were opened which really impacted the asthmatic in our group. One door didn’t even have a proper handle on it, and a ‘cupboard’ that had nails sticking out on one side. There was a lot of dust and cobwebs that looked as though they had been there a while, and one bed had what looked like blood stains on it.

• charlie (3/5): Looks nothing like the photos, scary, derelict-looking property - Clean beds, easy check-in, multiple bathrooms Looks nothing like the photos, looks derelict from the outside (with smashed window) most people probably would cancel their stay upon seeing it. Inside, cosmetically it looks like a derelict property, the bathrooms were flooded, one bedroom was locked shut the entire time due to a faulty door and couldn’t be used. No response from the owner of the property who I contacted multiple times, until on our last night they called back yet were no help at all. The heating was stuck on full blast and none of us could sleep due to the heat. Really should not be allowed to have this property on Booking.com, though it would work as a worst case scenario type youth hostel, definitely not appropriate for families or groups

• Julie (6/5): I stay in the area often as have family nearby but shan’t stay here again purely on the basis that it dues not state in - Close to old town A 4 bed house and nowhere on the blurb did it say only 1 allocated parking space. A house of the size is naturally going to attract people with more than one car.

• Rodrigo (10/5): Exceptional - The property was very spacious with a huge kitchen and living room. The bedding was just as good as any quality hotel. Also, the property is just a couple of minutes' walk from Wood Street where you can find some really nice restaurants. No complains

Very happy Not a lot wrong to be honest if I had to be fussy, maybe I would say we had to walk round the outside of the plot to gain access from car park but not really a drama. Other than that happy.

Advertising the pool table without any balls to play. very late check in and lack of communication, we had to wait one and half for for the code to open the door. complicated parking we had to move our cars several times. No instructions at all. no dishwasher tablets. Needs fully refurbishment.
