• Karen (8/5): Beach Vibes - Loved the beach theme. The front kitchen was nice and breezy. The beds were very comfortable. Parking was good for three cars. Lovely ambience. Nothing really. Only one of the louvres in the single bedroom.was too small for the window and we had to take it out.
• Jane (8/5): Perfect holiday style house - took me back to when I was a kid. - Cute, clean and comfortable. Perfect place for a week or weekend away with family or friends. Only minor issues but not hard fixes. The lounge room was quite dark. So could do with a couple of lamps for subtle lighting as the ceiling lights were quite bright. The bedrooms could do with ceiling fans as it was quite hot during the night with no breeze about. I imagine it could be extremely hot in full summer.

• A (9/5): Awesome Stay - Location was excellent. Sundown is very homely, beautiful decor and well presented and well stocked. Beds and couches were so so comfortable and loved by all. Thank you so much for an amazing getaway! Bathroom door doesn't lock Toilet seat doesn't stay up (issue for the boys)
• Tanya (9/5): Bribie Cottage - Sandown Cottage had a lovely feel to it, the inside was lovely and very comfortable... The outside area was lovely and the kids loved the big backyard... Would happily go back there... The bbq wasn't clean, the bins we're very smelly and the bathroom needed a new toilet brush.. Also didn't know how to use the induction oven, maybe have instructions for it...

• Kristin (9/5): Amazing short stay! - The location and set up was excellent. Beds comfortable and nice touch with enough milk and shampoo and soap. No fans in the bedroom and our small Cavoodle.jumper off the balcony..... she was okay but perhaps not safe for small dogs
• Nikki (7/5): Bribie Getaway - Location, Beds were extremely comfortable, Had everything we needed, very clean. You can tell the owners have put a great effort in to making the property comfortable. the missing window in the bedroom & bathroom, the window that you couldn't open properly, the missing curtain from the bathroom (no privacy, especially at night), the floorboards in the kitchen felt unsafe, the garden was very overgrown and I didn't want our toddler or our elderly dog wandering around.
• Jamieson (8/5): Loved it - Location was excellent…5 min walk to Bowls club, cafés, restaurants and beach. Although looked a little shabby on the outside…was a really quaint house…lovely decor Needed more plates, glasses,etc. Toilet seat was unstable

• Colin (10/5): Exceptional - A great clean beach cottage in an excellent location. The amenities provided were ideal for a holiday away. Our Fur baby loves Bribie and the large enclosed yard was great for her. The Bowls club just a short stroll away for tasty meals.

The instructions on key collection were very clear and the staff have been fantastic with great communication. The property has everything you might think you need, the kitchen items in particular are well stocked. The location is amazing. Not a thing, everything was great.
