Tivemos alguns problemas com este apartamento (já ficamos hospedados em outros apartamentos do Terrazzo, em outras ocasiões). 1) Torneira da pia vazando 2) Secador sem funcionar 3) Interruptor do chuveiro sem funcionar. 4) Ar condicionado vazando para dentro do apartamento, alagando parte do quarto Além desses pontos acima, antes do meu check-in tentei diversas vezes falar com a anfitriã, sem sucesso. Quando chegamos ao flat, não encontravam minha reserva, pq estava registrada no nome de uma outra pessoa, que não era a anfitriã do apartamento que iríamos ficar.

Da falta de empatia do locatário, que cancelou minha reserva um dia antes de eu viajar, de malas prontas e sem nenhuma explicação, mandei msg no booking, no whatsapp e nada.

Ar-condicionado não estava gelando nada, procurei mudar os modos e procurar a função certa no controle, mas não tive sucesso, só foi começar a gelar de madrugada quase pela manhã. Banheiro não tinha papel higiênico, oque faz falta num momento de precisão também.

- Melo (6/5): - Da localização, do apto em si e da vista Logo q abri o quarto estava c um cheiro forte ( mal cheiro ) de coisa suja tipo algo mofado e mesmo abrindo o quarto para ventilar o cheiro permaneceu . Parecia vir do ar condicionado q estava c teias de aranha e poeira nele. Cheiro de sujeira, n estava c cheiro de limpeza! Uma pena prq o quarto era muito bom

- Mariane (5/5): Decepcionante. - Da localização, da vista e estacionamento. Fiz a reserva e, imediatamente após, entrei em contato via chat pelo Booking com os responsáveis. No entanto, não obtive nenhuma resposta. Tentei também contato por WhatsApp e liguei para o número informado na reserva, mas novamente não tive retorno. Somente no dia da minha entrada no flat, às 14h30 (sendo que o check-in era às 14h), recebi uma resposta. Ao chegar no flat, o ar-condicionado não estava funcionando adequadamente. Entramos em contato imediatamente, e a anfitriã informou que o aparelho não era automático e que precisaríamos esperar para que começasse a esfriar. Disse ainda que enviaria um ventilador e que um técnico seria encaminhado no dia seguinte. Recusei a visita do técnico, pois a viagem era a lazer, já tínhamos uma programação definida e, além disso, não me sentiria confortável em deixar meus pertences no quarto com pessoas estranhas. Fomos então à recepção solicitar o ventilador, mas nos informaram que não havia nenhum disponível e que ninguém havia deixado um reservado para o nosso quarto. No domingo, dia da nossa saída, perguntei se seria possível estender o check-out até as 12h, considerando todos os transtornos enfrentados e o fato de que faríamos um passeio. A resposta da anfitriã só chegou depois das 11h, o que inviabilizou o passeio e nos obrigou a sair no horário padrão. Sempre estou viajando, mas nunca passei por tanto descaso como nesta estadia. Resumindo: a comunicação foi extremamente falha, e todas as expectativas que tínhamos em relação à experiência foram frustradas.
