• Eva Maria (7/5): Buena relación calidad/precio pero… - Está cerca de todos los servicios, hay supermercados, farmacias, restaurantes, cafeterías.. Fácil aparcamiento, si no es posible en el aparcamiento privado del residencial es fácil aparcar en las calles paralelas. No se percibe un buen mantenimiento del piso, las tapaderas de los wc estaban rotas en ambos baños, a pesar de que otro huésped ya lo había comentado con anterioridad. Las luces del dormitorio principal no funcionaban, de los enchufes solo funcionaba uno en ese dormitorio. Había decoraciones deterioradas en la terraza.
• patrick (8/5): Lovely apartment block suitable for families with 2 pools . - very well maintained apartment block, lovely view of the marina from the balcony, quiet and peaceful if that's what you are looking for. I honestly cant think of anything negative that's worth writing down!
• Alison (6/5): Pleasant - Apartment felt safe and quiet. We found getting the keys etc very easy. Apartment is a good size and well equipped. Although close to port and a few restaurants and a supermarket, main shops and other restaurants are a good fifteen minute walking distance away. The hot water in the apartment is through a tank in the cupboard and with only two of us staying there it ran out quite quickly. We did tell the property services people that the toilet seat hinges were broken on the day after our arrival and although they said someone would come and fix them, this didn’t happen. The apartment itself is nice but the balcony is very tired and in need of some decoration. The table top on the balcony is also chipped and doesn’t look great.
• Liran (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent communication from the host, very professional. Apartment is clean, well equipped, and comfortable living space ( we are a family of 5). We enjoy staying near the marina as you have so many restraunts within a 5 min walk and a supermarket on your doorstep. A little noisy at night but you have to expect this for the location. Lifts are small but they did the job.
