• Raymond (8/5): Overall, a clean, well-equipped property ideal for guests travelling by car or using taxis. - The accommodation was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with a very good bed and air conditioning. The TV and entertainment options were excellent, and the fully equipped kitchen had everything needed for a self-catering stay. Parking outside the property was easy and convenient. The laundry service was outstanding — items left outside were returned the same day, clean and freshly scented, and towels could be changed daily. The bathroom had no ventilation. No natural daylight throughout apartment. Rooftop access is limited to certain apartments.

• Dom (10/5): Great stay - I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Basement Apartments. Henry, the owner, was incredibly welcoming from the very start, and you could tell he genuinely cared about making my stay comfortable. The apartment was spotless and had so many nice personal touches. It’s a great spot for cyclists to stay and the hot tub was perfect to help with my back after lots of cycling. I felt really at home, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

• DDdu34 (8/5): Appartement avec un bon rapport qualité / prix. - Quartier très calme avec parking facile dans la rue. L'appartement climatisé était très bien entretenu, conseillé uniquement pour y dormir, pas pour y séjourner car il n'y a pas d'ouverture sur l'extérieur. L'appartement bien que très bien entretenu et agencé se trouve dans un sous sol aveugle.

• seve2109 (6/5): Agradable pero mejorable - Estaba bien equipado Es un estudio ubicado en un sótano de una casa. Ese sótano tiene otros 2 estudios y la parte de arriba es la casa del propietario. El jacuzzi y la terraza están en la azotea y no en el propio estudio, para subir tienes que hablar al propietario y subir a través de su casa, lo que te priva de intimidad. En la descripción no lo indica y da lugar a confusión. Al bajar al estudio, como está en un sótano, huele algo raro, como a humedad y la habitación no tiene ventanas.

• Melany (8/5): Un sótano acondicionado - Los asistentes y empleados fueron muy amables y serviciales, un auténtico placer tratar con ellos. Por lo demás, tiene una buena relación calidad-precio y fácil movilidad si dispones de coche. La cocina estaba muy bien equipada, pese a ser pequeña. Permiten animales sin mayores dificultades. La cama es cómoda y los muebles de alta calidad. Además, nos recibieron con unos cafés y tés en el salón. En este sentido, el hospedaje fue magnífico. No hay que olvidar la flexibilidad que nos aportaron para el checkin y checkout. Es un sótano (menos uno) que carece de ventilación. Solo hay una ventana que da para un interior oscuro. Esto es algo que, a nuestro juicio, no se aprecia en las fotos adjuntas ni en ninguna descripción. Fue una sorpresa llegar allí y descubrir que teníamos que bajar las escaleras para entrar al apartamento, y además, en completa oscuridad si no encendíamos las luces. Las paredes son muy finas y se escuchan a los otros huéspedes.
