Guest Reviews
- Ben Saad (10/5): - Tres amicale et gentil. Il nous a vraiment sortis d une grosse galere. Il a ete disponible meme apres minuit.
- jessica (5/5): - The property was nicely decorated and ample room The entrance to the property windows were dirty. Key safe was hanging off the wall. Property not in a nice location. Noises all night from neighbours and street noise.
- Martin (1/5): do not touch this property - nothing took my money plus an additional 200 deposit and once they had taken all the funds they cancelled the booking leaving us nowhere to stay that evening
- Carley (9/5): Really great - Host was great NA
- Taiwo (8/5): Good communication style, it was extremely friendly and the responses came so quickly which surprised me and my expectat - The property is very spacious, clean and comfortable.
- CAMERON (10/5): -

- Szymon (7/5): - The facilities were great, a lot of space and overall very clean and great value for money. The location is good too. The water temperature in the shower fluctuated a lot and sometimes there was no hot water for maybe like 5-10mins so not too bad to be honest
- Sonia (4/5): To be honest it was pretty uncomfortable and on edge after finding the mice there was other issues - Mice in the house . Landlord was told on the day and we heard nothing from no one
- CAMERON (10/5): -
- Hoggard (7/5): - Bedrooms very spacious with comfortable beds and good size living room Blind broken in kitchen and only 5 mugs in a house that caters for up to 8 guests
- Esuola (6/5): Not so great - Large space, it’s a 3 bedroom house which makes it fit for purpose. The moment we arrived, the bins outside was overflowing which wasn’t a pleasant sight to behold. The inside was filled with smell of cigarette, possibly from the previous occupants. The stairs and the first floor landing were creaking and the inside needs to be modernized.
Not the best value for the money paid.
- Cameron (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bruce (3/5): Don’t stay here. Wish I’d read the reviews. - Location Nearly everything was broken in the house, smell of old smoke greets you for a truly miserable stay. Beds were very poor quality, one on the lean ! A true landlord special. Broken doors, blinds, beds, you name it, it probably was broken. A wonderful place to question your life choices.
- Thomas (2/5): Very poor - The pics mask what you walk into
- Imtiaz (1/5): Take pictures of everything if you must book this place. - The staff tried to blame an already broken kitchen blind on us by saying, "I have pictures and it was not broken before."
Luckily, I had taken pictures of it and the garden umbrella which was blown away by the wind.
There were no hangers in the bathroom and one has to put the clothes on either the toilet seat or on the wall radiator.
- Valerie (4/5): Disappointing - The house was close to the wedding venues. Parking was available at the property. The house was warm. It had a garden although it was bare apart from one tree. The loo needs a scrub, and the toilet seat needs anchoring. The bathroom sink drains very slowly and needs unblocking. It was short of soft lighting, especially in the sitting room and bedrooms. The bed mattresses were thin and tired. Shortage of crocks and smaller glasses. Only wine glasses and pint glasses, as we had small children with us they weren't really suitable. Overall the property needs more investment in time and furnishings.
- Lynn (4/5): Disappointing - The good points were off street parking, clean sinks, loo and bath. The house was very spacious (deceptively so) and was in the perfect location for us as my daughter lives in Peckham. For other travellers thinking of staying here, the transport links are good. The house is very tired and in need of major renovation in my opinion. The kitchen was grimy, as were the light switches and pulls. The mattress in the room I slept in had a massive body shaped dent on one side which made me feel very uncomfortable. The bedding was clean however.
There are no instructions or welcome pack so it was difficult to find the wifi router for instance. Eventually found it in the cupboard under the stairs. Also the boiler was "off" for heating so the first night was uncomfortable as the house was freezing. We eventually worked it out but it would have been helpful to have a welcome folder as you normally would expect to find in a rental like this
- Zakir (8/5): Very good - The location was good and the fact that it had a drive way was very good. One of the room didn’t have curtains which was uncomfortable.
- Veerle (6/5): House is okay if it was better cleaned and maintained - Buses and shops close to the house. The bedrooms are quite okay. The owner is friendly and answers fast. It wasn't clean. Especially the kitchen. The floor was really dirty and sticky. We had to do the dishes again before using any of it. Our laundry came more dirty out of the washing machine than it was before. The temperature of warm water was difficult to get in the shower. Either too hot or too cold. The dining table was too small for us to eat together.
We were told we could use the baby cribb, but we could not assemble it due to missing parts.
- Grzegorz (8/5): Very good -
- Roberto (9/5): Superb -
- Carl (10/5): Very pleasant stay - Close for access to London beds were comfy and staff were amazing Very basic
- Bethan (8/5): Great home from home. - Very very spacious property. It was in a quiet cul-de-sac close to shops, public transport etc. Really comfortable rooms. Fully stocked kitchen. Towels provided. A great home from home. The host's communication was great - quick responses and really helpful. Nothing. All good for the price and what we needed.
- Harpreet (7/5): Good - Excellent location wise 10 mins away from London Bridge via train and station is nearby 5-7 mins walk. Could do with another Toilet/ shower room as there was only one shared toilet/bath and no lock to bathroom door.
- Guy (9/5): Superb -
- Marta (7/5): Good -
- Danni (7/5): Ideal location for what I needed as an originally from the area. - Clean and tidy- very small towels so bring your own. Very aggressive and abusive next door neighbour when I placed a rubbish bag in the bin outside the house when in fact was the neighbours bin. There was no instructions to tell me this wasn’t right and I made a mistake. The next door neighbour was abusive, shouting and swearing in front of my twin four-year-olds. I did explain it was a mistake and apologised, but it wasn’t accepted. I did inform the host but didn’t hear back.
- Ashley (4/5): Overall a decent place to stay but a lot of work needs to be done - The house is very spacious and the beds are really comfortable. - The communication from the owner/staff was very poor - no information was given until I messaged the day of.
- Draft under front door & patio doors.
- Damage to walls / stain on carpet
- Bath taps felt like they were gonna fall apart in your hands
- Door handle in room with cot was faulty as well as window latch. Curtain rail isn’t up straight
- No lock on bathroom door
- Tv too small for room size which made it difficult to watch as sofas are quite far back
- Sallija (9/5): Good apartment, great location - Very good, apartment and great location. We really enjoyed our stay!
Thank you Bathroom/toilet door locks were broken, but not a big issue.
- Nikita (8/5): Great base for London adventure - Beds were super comfy
It was nice and quiet
Communication was excellent and very helpful Not a big issue but the Shower wasnt very good, could do with a new shower head or being descaled, water only dribbled through.
Bath taps were loose.
Again not a biggy but Front garden was scruffy and windows were dirty
- Shane (8/5): We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House was very clean, bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable beds! Has its own dri - We loved our stay. The house was a great size with spacious bedrooms and very comfortable beds! Parking in front of the property was nice to have. Equipped kitchen and a comfy sizeable living area too to relax. Not faults but merely suggestions for improvement for future guests. Shower was not very powerful, windows could be a problem during winter.
- Godswill (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nieves (9/5): Superb -
- Em (10/5): Exceptional - Our family recently had the pleasure of renting this house near London, and it truly exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and tidiness of the place, creating an inviting and comfortable atmosphere.
The place was impeccably clean and tidy, and its location was perfect, with shops nearby and trains and buses connecting directly to London central.
The host of the house was exceptionally kind and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure that our stay was memorable and enjoyable.
The house was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and we loved the beautiful garden. Additionally, the peaceful location provided a tranquil escape. We highly recommend this rental for a wonderful and comfortable stay.
- Luke (8/5): Very good -
- Seema (9/5): we had a very comfortable stay we would love to come back and highly recommend it to other families - over all it was a very good and comfortable house with good size rooms kitchen living room and big and clean garden for kids to play . there was a BBQ as well but we did not use it there is only one bathroom and shower was not very good
- Hamdy (9/5): Good value for money. Quiet area - Property in good order spacious enough for family could do with a second bathroom /toilet but was OK Single toilet
- Ian (6/5): Pleasant - Great location, quiet area Bit of a gap under the front door, could be an issue in winter or colder days
- Yunqi (10/5): Amazing - Very clean, equipped and located The shower pressure is quite low
- Sheryl (8/5): Very good -
- Anonymous (9/5): good - spacious and tidy, good facilities not as many rooms as listed
- Sammy (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely big house with 3 fully equipped bedrooms and a massive sofa couch. Tidy outdoor area with chairs, table and umbrella. The location was a quick 9 min walk to bus routes and tubes into Central London. Really great value for money and so clean and tidy. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Nothing
