• Claudia (8/5): Wir kommen jederzeit gerne in den Heidihof zurück. - Die Lage vom Hotel ist toll - man hat eine wunderbare Aussicht und Abends ist es angenehm ruhig. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren sehr gut, kann man nur empfehlen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Und wir hatten eine grosse Terrasse direkt vor dem Zimmer. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider hat das Bad in unserem Zimmer keinen Abzug und kein Fenster. Somit bleibt die ganze Feuchtigkeit im Raum eingeschlossen so dass es einen starken, unangenehmen Modergeruch gibt. Das müsste dringend renoviert werden. Aber wir waren beim letzten Besuch in einem anderen Zimmer wo das Badezimmer ein Fenster hatte. Dort war es tip top.
• Barefoot (10/5): Comfort in a mountainous dreamscape in Heidiland - If you are looking for tranquility and serenity, this is the place to go to. The environment is truly lovely and dreamy, the land of Heidi. The hotel is well maintained and fresh and clean, run by a group of very kind and devoted people. Then there is the awesome local bread they serve for breakfast, and the great coffee. The lady at the desk offered to take my bag upstairs. And you can watch the sun set behind the snowcapped mountains from the terrace, with Bad Ragaz all lit up in the distant valley. Nice easy trails to walk on, Heidi museum etc. Really wonderful. Parking in front. Well, if you're bad-legged, beware, there's stairs! But the kind lady offers to help you with your stuff.
• Barbara (7/5): - Ausblick, Freundlichkeit des Personals, Balkon, Möglichkeit das Essen aus dem Restaurant auf dem eigenen Balkon zu verspeisen Leider waren die Zimmer sehr hellhörig so dass wir an allen Tagen in der früh zwischn 05.00 und 07.0 von den Menschen über uns geweckt wurden!

• Jose Antonio (10/5): Beautiful location with family charming - The charming family that runs the place is very welcoming, they make you feel at home. The location is so beautiful and convenient, just besides the Heidi town. They have typical swiss rooms that are very clean and have comfortable beds. Additionaly, they serve both traditional swiss and international delicious cuisine in the restaurant. The rooms have a small toilet and bathroom, but they make the most of it with an efficient layout.

• Ronald (10/5): Auf zum Heidiland (Hotel) nach Maienfeld - Der Heidi - Hof ist ein kleines, feines Hotel in mitten der Schweizer Bergwelt direkt neben dem berühmten Heidi - Dorf. Von dem Hotel aus, kann direkt nach Bad Ragaz schauen. Das Hotel ist ordentlich, sauber und man wird gut und sehr freundlich bewirtet. Ich habe mich, eine Woche sehr wohl gefühlt . Ich hatte nichts zu beanstanden. Das Hotel hat entsprechend seiner Kategorie, ein gutes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis . Danke

• dorit (8/5): מלבד הנגישות הבעייתית, המקום נחמד , צוות אדיב - צוות אדיב ! החדר היה בקומה שלישית , אחרי שיש עליה של קומה מהחניה, אין מעלית , גרם מדרגות מאד לא נוח. אין שום אזכור לכך בהזמנת החדר, בעייתי מאד עם מזוודות. למזלנו היה שם איש צוות אדיב שעזר לנו עם הגעתנו להעלות את המזוודות

• Joyce (10/5): It was AMAZING! - We loved the location, and tried to take in the beauty of the majestic Alps! We don’t have mountains like that to enjoy in Pennsylvania (United States of America). The breakfast was delicious, and your staff were all very friendly and accommodating!

Good place to bring a young family. Lots of stairs and no elevator but staff came out to carry our bags up to the room

Très bon emplacement pour le gens qui veulent faire de la randonnée, pour le familles et pour les amateurs des fondues et des glaces :-) Il faut prévoir des duvets en stock pour le voyageurs qui aiment un deuxième duvet. Le team nous a trouvé un deuxième duvet mais a du investir beaucoup de temps pour ceci. Avoir une réserve sur place peut s’avérer une démarche gagnante pour l'hôtel et pour les voyageurs.

• Erik (10/5): - I chose Heididorf Hotel Restaurant for a 2-night stay. However, there was a mistake with my reservation — it appeared twice on Booking. The hotel staff were extremely helpful in canceling the extra reservation. They were also very clear and informative about everything related to the hotel. Overall, they were very kind, helpful, and friendly. I truly appreciate their support and would like to thank them again!

Keine gute Bed, Badezimmer ist sehr schlecht gebaut, klein und unbequem. Der Preis entspricht nicht die Leistung, zu teuer für so eine schlechte Qualität

I took shuttle and chef helped with my luggage to the platform if Maienfeld! Thank you for exceptional hospitality. If they had elevator it’s could be nicer.

Breakfast is of good quality and offers a reasonable selection (including fresh eggs that can be boiled to your preference). Perfectly located for visiting „Heididorf“. The hotel is situated on the outskirts of Maienfeld and is difficult to access by public transport or on foot, although it offers ample car parking. The room is minimally equipped; for example, it does not include a hairdryer. Given the room price, we expected more.

• Etsuko (7/5): 小太りの英語が通じないおじさんには気をつけて - 小太りのほとんど英語が通じない男性のスタッフ以外はとても親切でした。食事は朝ご飯も夕食のレストランのボロネーゼとトマトソースのパスタとトマトのサラダは美味しかったです。 バスタブがありました。 小太りのほとんど英語が通じない男性に駅までの送迎サービスを頼んだら、他のスタッフさんが言うには彼が勝手にタクシー会社に頼んだ、彼は愚か者と話していたので、本来はこのホテルでは送迎で10スイスフランなのに、小太りのおじさんは30スイスフランを要求しました。 スーツケースを床に広げられない、広くない部屋でした。蚊が入ってきていて沢山刺されました。
