• Ailene (10/5): It was a great experience overall, we enjoyed the free breakfast as well. I would stay there again because it was close - Romeo the person that checked us in was kind enough to wait for me as my luggage was lost by the airline and we had to track it down and fill out forms. The free bottle of wine, water, coffee and biscuits was a very special treat. It was confusing at first as there’s no reception desk to check in, only a huge door. They buzz you into the property.

The location was perfect — literally right next to the metro, which made it super easy to get around the city. The host was incredible, very responsive and helpful in so many ways throughout our trip. There was even a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived, which was such a nice touch. After check-out, we were also able to leave our luggage there for a few hours, which made things so much easier. Would definitely stay here again!

L'unica cosa che non ci è piaciuta è la colazione fatta al bar Fusion Cafè: abbiamo chiesto una spremuta e ci hanno detto che era extra, l'unica cosa che si poteva ordinare era caffè/cappuccino e brioche. Ci è stato anche detto che eravamo arrivati in ritardo (ore 8:30 del mattino) in quanto la fornitura di brioche era molto scarsa.

El anfitrión fue muy atento y querido. La habitación y el corredor tenían un aroma extraño y un poco incómodo. Pero nada grave. El desayuno gratis solo es un croissant y bebida caliente en una cafetería aledaña, hizo falta un ofrecimiento más completo.

From them meeting us in person at check in to explain the amenities, things in the area, public transportation options and even places to eat. The place was unbelievably clean, and the housekeeping/cleaning staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It was close to most of the attractions that we wanted to see, and we were able to walk to a lot of them. This place was fantastic! As someone who owns short term rental or lease properties similar to this myself, I have VERY high standards, and I am pretty hard to please. This place exceeded my expectations and earned their 5 stars! The bed pillows were really hard and uncomfortable, but the bed itself was great. It was also very noisy outside the room and you could hear it through the closed windows. No fault of the property, it's just a loud and busy city. There are constant police and ambulance sirens outside and you hear them all day.

Towels were not changed, wine glasses were not cleaned and nor was bathroom sink cleaned. For the price I would expect better Breakfast was a croissant and coffee at a shop near by. I would not call this a Bed and Breakfast

Emiliano el anfitrión nos brindó una atención excelente, nos entregó la habitación antes de la hora del check in, nos guardó las maletas el día de irnos y nos dio una guía rápida de Roma, muy recomendado.

• Werner (8/5): Lovely host, comfortable room, great location and value for money. - Communication was cheerful, responsive and informative. We received a warm welcome in person and the wine was a bonus. Our host provided us with practical 'local' information which helped us find some pearls around Trastevere. Being next to the old city wall near train, tram and bus stations worked well and in general we are happy to walk to places nearby e.g. San Giovanni & Colosseum. Noisy neighbours after midnight can be found in many places and certainly not the fault of our host. Breakfast consisted of a lovely coffee and croissant so you have to factor that in.

• Patrick (9/5): The room was base camp for our walking tours of Rome. Our host Matteo was exceptional and expertly handled every questio - Location. Room was nice King bed lumpy. Always good to rotate the mattresses.
• Marilyn (8/5): Nice traditional spot in a good lication - This is in a great location. We walked most places. A lot of walking but still doable. There were a few nice restaurants nearby. The breakfast was a disappointment. We had to go out around the corner for a coffee and a plain croissant. The breakfast wasn't up to par in my opinion.

• Cristina (9/5): Eccezionale - Stanza molto accogliente, ampia, luminosa e curata. Ottima posizione e staff molto gentile! È stata una bellissima sorpresa, torneremo! La colazione (caffè e cornetto) servita nel bar convenzionato non è adeguata per il livello della stanza. Proporrei di trovare un'altra soluzione, eventualmente chiedendo un extra per questo servizio.

Metro is on doorstep with easy access to all the historical sites and tourist attractions. Also lots of shops around the immediate area. Great value for money. Nothing that we did not like.

• Harry (10/5): - The place is very beautiful, starting from the entrance and the lift (really like the lift). The room is spacious and high ceiling, feels airy and romantic. The balcony views are exceptional. The host was very helpful, thank you. Parking is not safe, as it is everywhere in Rome turns out. We found it out the hard way. If you arrive by car make sure you find a secure indoor parking with security personnel.

• Roach (9/5): Wonderful stay in Rome - Staff very friendly. The location was great with easy access to the subway and buses. We were on a pilgrimage and many churches on our list were so close The advertised free breakfast is a croissant and coffee from a nearby restaurant. It did not start until 7:30. We were out of the hotel before that time on 3 of the 4 days we were there so that was not helpful.
• GUSTAVO ADOLFO (10/5): Un lugar excepcional en Roma! No lo dudes - La ubicación 10/10, cerca tienes paradas de autobus y justo a 10 metros una estación del metro, el tranvía a dos calles, mejor ubicación imposible, zona muy segura, muy iluminada. La atención de Emiliano excepcional, una energía mágica de un verdadero romano, buenas sugerencias y siempre atento a lo que necesites. El desayuno es en otra locación muy cerca realmente y aunque es básico, incluirlo es un detalle que no encuentras en otros alojamientos, así que muy buen punto. Camas muy cómodas y detalles que conquistan como botella de vino, aguas, cafetera en la habitación, calzado desechable para descansar en la habitación, en fin se nota el esmero para hacer sentir muy bien a los huéspedes. Gracias y volvería sin dudarlo. Que nuestro viaje no fuera más largo.
• Luis (9/5): Un lugar con historia y cómodo. - La habitación amplia respirable buen aire acondicionado , instalación moderna nos sentimos muy cómodos Tal vez mejorable, el desayuno fue una sorpresa ya que no es más que un Coffee break ( un cafe y una medialuna) en un local cercano. Yo estoy acostumbrado a los huevos revueltos , cereales y fruta.

The service was outstanding, and special thanks to Emiliano for his care and attention. The rooms are very clean and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Soundproofing is also very good. The metro is just a few steps from the house, making it easy to reach both the train station and the main attractions of the city. We will definitely come back!

• Ibrahim (9/5): We hebben een uitstekende verblijf gehad in Rome - Ruime en schone kamers. Fijne douche. Koffie, thee en elke dag drinkflesjes op de kamers. Bij aankomst stond er ook een fles rode wijn klaar. We zijn super goed ontvangen door de medewerkster Sara. Ze heeft ons alles netjes en vriendelijk alles uitgelegd. Airco koelde niet heel goed.

• Guest (10/5): - This hotel was amazing!! Such a spacious room in the heart of Rome, very clean and well decorated. Matteo was very kind and accommodating when we had to check in late due to a delayed train and made sure to make us feel welcome even though we were only staying for one night. The old fashioned elevator was definitely a nice touch, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Rome:)
