Guest Reviews
- Mandy (9/5): Home from home - Location was brilliant. Close to train station. Clean, quiet Nothing
- Hongquan (9/5): - The room is really big and open, and it’s easy to get to Edinburgh by train. The sofa are not very clear,
"And if you’re not good at English, picking up the key can be pretty tricky."
- Celine (10/5): Parfait !
- Kesia (10/5): - excellent
- Scott (6/5): Comfy, cosy and clean - The property was very well located for our needs. Clean, warm and easy to access using electronic keys . Communication with owner was excellent. Would definitely recommend staying. Not a lot to dislike
- Robert (10/5): -
- Elaine (9/5): Comfortable apartment in great location - Great location for moving daughter out of/ in to Edinburgh Uni accommodation as better value than staying in Edinburgh and only 40min drive. Comfortable apartment with parking and only a short walk to the Andrew Carnegie Birthplace museum and the Abbey & Palace ruins. No noise from other properties in the block. Great to have free WiFi too. All good

- Elizabeth (9/5): Tudo certo, apartamento limpo, organizado e bem localizado. - Estava tudo de acordo. Não ter porta saboneteira no box.

- Mariko (8/5): - Very well equipped and spacious, easy to park.
Nice shower. The building was located at a quiet place and felt a little isolated.
Fridge needs cleaning.
Had to empty rubbish bins ourselves.
Carpets.
- Lewis (10/5): Highly recommend - The flat was very modern and immaculate. Instructions were clear for gaining access to the property. The flat was spacious and in walking distance of Asda and High Street. 3 bottles of water and milk for hot drinks. Nothing.
- Linda (9/5): Superb - How well it was equipped, spacious, with cooking extras like herbs etc. Maybe stronger cleaner for oven ware.
- Linda (9/5): Good - Great location It was all great
- Badea (10/5): Exceptional - Very Easy
- Annette (9/5): The property was clean and comfortable, had everything we needed . - The property had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable . It was close to town, railway station, and local amenities. Excellent. Everything was great.
- Maxine (9/5): Excellent apartment, close to local amenities and a great base for exploring - The apartment was beautifully clean and well equipped with everything you would need for a short (or longer stay). It was a like and dislike. The key entry system using an app was great but stressed me out at times in case our phones ran out of battery and we would not be able to gain access. I'm old school and prefer a physical key or key card.
- Michael (9/5): Superb -
- Elly (8/5): Nice and spacious apartment, well equiped on a good location. - Very nice and spacious apartment at a short walk from the train station (about 300 meters). It was really easy to find and to take the train to Edinburgh (train journey takes about half an hour). Apartment had everything you need for a short stay. There is a supermarket at walking distance across the road. Free parking space in front of the apartment. We're not in favor of carpets everywhere. While the apartment was very quiet, you could hear trains in the distance.
- David (10/5): Exceptional - Very enjoyable stay. Exceptionally clean. Had everything that was needed, i.e., shampoo conditioner body wash toothbrushes toothpaste
Soap hand-wash. The walk-in shower was amazing. Kitchen well stocked with appliances and utensils.
Train station 5 mins walk with regular train service to edinburgh direct service 30 to 40 minutes journey time depending on day of the week.
I had a few queries before we went, and the host asif was a great help, particularly with the electronic keg system.
Would definitely recommend. This had no impact on our stay, just a few little repairs needed.
Blind in front room and bedside cabinet needed repairing.
- David (7/5): Good - Close to train station and town centre
- Steven (10/5): Exceptional -
- Judy (7/5): Good - It was a nice quiet area and a quick drive to the high street and restaurants. Some were in walking distance. It took us some getting used to the keyless entry but I am sure the youngsters will be better at this. Good idea and made it easy not having to worry about keys Nothing we did not like. Just the coffee machine that leaks and some of the drawers on the dressing table need to be fastened.
- Trevor (10/5): Exceptional -
- Fiona (9/5): Superb - Very clean, comfy beds, exactly what we needed.
- Paul (10/5): Exceptional -
- Allan (10/5): Excellent facilities - Well appointed apartment with lots of space the apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay All good
- Daren (8/5): Very good -
- Daniel (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was excellent.
- Angela (10/5): Bothwell Court, Dunfermline - Good shower and WiFi connection. Comfortable bed in the double room.
I was allowed to have an extended check-out time. Not a dislike of the accommodation, but it would be good if the previous renter(s) are giving a gentle reminder to sign out of their Netflix account or any other streaming service used prior to them leaving the accommodation so that the next renter doesn't encounter a problem as the language used with their streaming service could be in a language which the new renter isn't fluent in.
- Simon (9/5): Superb - Good central location. Good facilities.
More or less as described and we'll presented.
Quick communication with host when contacted.
Easy access with key lock app.
Good instructions for the house in the folder left. My 5 Yr old pulled up a carpet gripper that hadn't been screwed into the floor.
I wouldn't have noticed this but a 5 Yr old finds everything!
- Kate (10/5): Great flat. Highly recommended - Everything was just perfect.
- Maria (8/5): Very good - Really comfortable and conveniently located. Great parking and lots of shops nearby. Would recommend to anyone.
- Lynne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dean (9/5): Superb -
- Deborah (8/5): Booked for colleagues, the apartment is clean and comfortable, we would book again. - Clean, comfortable and well equipped
- Kirsty (10/5): Exceptional - Clean and comfortable. Lovely layout and decor. Ease of access in and out and a great location. I would definitely stay there again. It was also perfect for getting to Knockhill Race Circuit.
- Kurt (10/5): Exceptional -
- Patrcicia (10/5): We had a very nice stay there was everything you would want for self catering - Great location handy for Asda, and to the train station as we went to Edinburgh a couple of times. The area was very quiet and peaceful. Just a little problem with the key,but was soon rectified
- Jamie (10/5): Clean, well-appointed flat near the centre of Dunfermline. - An extremely well-appointed and clean flat with comfortable furniture and beds, a nice bathroom and super-fast wifi and smart TV. Easy to find, plenty of parking. Access was via a downloadable key app, which worked perfectly. Asif made sure I had the app downloaded and provided a use guide beforehand, but was happy to be on hand if necessary. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again if the need arises. Dunfermline isn't the most 'happening' town, but it's where I needed to be for a job for a few days, so the accommodation ticked the boxes.
