• mbtcnl (7/5): Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Valencia, alles Fußläufig erreichbar - Tolle Lage - mittendrin. Schlüsselübergabe Super einfach - per Code. Die Unterkunft liegt perfekt mitten im Zentrum – besser kann die Lage kaum sein. Natürlich bringt das auch etwas Lärm mit sich, da sich viele Touristen und Passanten rund um den Marktplatz aufhalten. Das große Schlafzimmer zeigt direkt zum Platz, daher ist es nachts durch Müllabfuhr und Aufräumarbeiten ziemlich laut. Mit Ohrstöpseln konnten wir jedoch trotzdem gut schlafen.

• Elena (8/5): Se putea mai bine - Amplasarea locatiei în centru. Apartamentul era spațios și dotat la Bucătărie cu tot ce era nevoie. Ferestrele ar trebui izolate căci este foarte mare zgomotul făcut de cei din stradă până noaptea târziu chiar sub ferestrele apartamentului. Ar trebui incă o cheie de acces în apartament, fiind una singură, așteptam în stradă, căci nu aveam întotdeauna același program cu colegele de apartament. Ușa se deschidea destul de greu după multe încercări (iala avea o problemă). În prima zi am găsit ambele chiuvete de la ambele băi înfundate (nu se scurgea apa așa cum ar fi trebuit, dar după 2 zile s-a rezolvat problema, în urma unui mesaj trimis proprietarului. Factura am primit-o după ce am ajuns acasă,, chiar dacă am solicitat că aveam nevoie de ea mai devreme. Am stat 8 zile cu prosoapele folosite în baie si pe balcon, căci doamna de la curățenie nu a binevoit să le ia. Am cumparat saci de gunoi căci trebuia să facem noi curat în cele 8 zile cât am stat cazați și să ducem singuri gunoiul.

Nonostante i 1150€ pagati, non ci è stata concessa alcuna flessibilità per un late check-out, richiesto a causa di un volo serale e della presenza di bambini piccoli. La proprietà ha giustificato il rifiuto con l'arrivo di nuovi ospiti, ma una verifica sui portali alle ore 20:00 ha confermato che la casa era in realtà libera. Un briciolo di onestà e disponibilità in più avrebbe fatto la differenza

The team were helpful. Lift was great with heavy luggage The location was also an issue as noise at night was a problem if you are a light sleeper. No hot water pressure in shower.

• Esther (8/5): - De locatie en het comfort van het appartement waren goed ! Appartement is zeer geschikt voor gezinnen of vriendengroep. Het is heel ruim ! De eetkamerstoelen zitten niet lekker. De locatie is perfect maar dat is ook beetje nadelig.omdat er veel geluid is van bijv het ophalen van vuilnis in de nacht of het neerzetten van marktkraampjes op zondag.

• Christian Martinez (8/5): Muy recomandable - la ubicacion centrica, cerca de todo lo mas historico de Valencia, super bien ubicado, tambien el dueño nos ayudo a conseguir un permiso para entrar a la ciudad y estacionar a solo 2 cuadras del apartamento. Eso fue super comodo y muy util para poder movilizarnos en auto Lo malo de estar en una ubicacion tan centrica, es el ruido. A las 7 de la mañana o antes comenzaban los ruidos del mercado de alimentos que esta en frente y las ventanas no son aptas para amortiguar el ruido. Eso fue molesto.

• Iwona (10/5): We had a very enjoyable stay in Valencia. - We loved the apartment. Located just opposite the Central Market, surrounded by bars and restaurants, vibrant, lively. We really enjoyed the buzz of the place. However, if you preferred not to hear the outside, you could keep the windows and shutters closed. It is possible to walk almost everywhere, two supermarkets were only 5 minutes away. The apartment is really spacious, well equipped and exceptionally clean. The host was very helpful, they booked a taxi for us and checked if we needed anything. We could leave our luggage at the office after the check out. Overall, it was one of the nicest apartments we have ever stayed at. We could have done with a spare key as we didn't always go out together and had to coordinate return time.

The central market is literally opposite the apartment, and most tourist sites are within walking distance. The place was also very clean with washing machine and dishwasher. The location being so central, the noise level can also be difficult to bear, especially at night time. The noise cancelling of the windows were very poor.

The office location is a bit out of the way, but a good way to get in your steps😂 Also the rooms at the front got noisy at night when they cleaned the street and emptied the bins

• Veronica (10/5): Beautiful, spacious and well-equipped apartment, in a fantastic location - It was easy to get into the apartment, instructions were very clear. The apartment is in a great location overseeing the square, and has everything you need. It is very spacious (2 toilets!), and the decoration with the wooden cupboards and window closures is beautiful. There is an elevator and a staircase. The kitchen has a Nespresso machine (!), and a few basics were available when we arrived (water, coffee, tea, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets). The service via phone, mail and whatsapp worked fast and friendly, any question was quickly followed up. Internet is fast and reliable, plenty of power sockets next to the bed. Even in November we could work on our tan and get a glimpse of the sun from the french balcony. Fresh fruit just next door in the Mercado Central. And if you don't want to use the kitchen, there are plenty of places around for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Nothing, it was perfect!
• Oscar (7/5): Good - Great location! Noise didn’t bother us as mentioned in other reviews, but we did stay mid-week. Nice having separation with the second floor main bedroom. Elevator in building so makes it much easier to bring bags up. Staff was helpful and let us drop bags at their office while we waited for the train. 10 minute walk to office if doing so. There is a free church and art exhibit (beautiful) and the “cat door” two minutes walk from their office to pass the time. Could use more basic amenities- not enough towels for a three bedroom apartment, nice there is a washer but it takes a long time for towels to dry. No shampoo/conditioner or shower soap. Only one dishwasher pill and need more cups for a large apartment. Water temperature in showers was inconsistent.
• Pierre-antoine (9/5): Very good stay to discover Valencia - The apartment is very well located and spacious. The staff is super friendly and responsive. Not necessarily negative but good to be aware that part of the flat looks on the market square which can be lively / a bit noisy at times.
