The door was a bit scary as it was so secure, but we had a great time and felt very safe in the streets leading into the apartmet so not sure why so secure a door was needed.

- Pierre (5/5): Tout est fait à l'économie. - La situation, le calme Hotel encloisonné avec mur à 3 mètres de distances. Aucune vue sur l'extérieur à part celle du mur Aucun équipement, pas de tablette dans salle de bains pour brosse à dents ou maquillage, pas de porte manteau. Pas de torchon en cuisine, pas de serviettes, ni sopalin. Tout est fait pour que l'on ne cuisine pas. 17 degrés à notre arrivée. Un climaticien est resté pendant 3 heures dans la chambre, et le système a mis 2 heures à chauffer. Soirée gâchée.

La trovo una cosa utile ma è solo un appunto… nulla che rovina il soggiorno.

- Chiara (4/5): Andate da un’altra parte - Abbiamo prenotato l’alloggio più caro disponibile (categoria “Superior”), avendo studiato con attenzione la disposizione degli ambienti per esigenze familiari specifiche. All’arrivo, però, ci è stato assegnato un appartamento più piccolo e con una disposizione completamente diversa, nonché di categoria inferiore (“appartamento con balcone”). Solo dopo nostra segnalazione e lamentela, e con notevole difficoltà, siamo stati infine trasferiti nell’alloggio “Superior” prenotato. Dalle recensioni successive abbiamo riscontrato che non si tratta di un episodio isolato, ma di una prassi già segnalata anche da altri ospiti. La pulizia degli ambienti, inoltre, è risultata approssimativa e non all’altezza del prezzo pagato. Un ulteriore episodio che riteniamo grave riguarda la gestione della privacy: abbiamo lasciato il nostro cane Labrador in appartamento per un paio d’ore e, senza alcun preavviso, qualcuno del personale è entrato per rimuovere degli asciugamani, senza che fosse richiesta una pulizia o un intervento e senza alcuna comunicazione preventiva. Nel complesso, l’esperienza non è stata adeguata al livello della struttura né al costo sostenuto. Non la consigliamo.

The room was quite large and definitely value for money. The location is unbeatable, very close to all the main attractions in the center, making our daily walks incredibly convenient. We did have a minor maintenance issue in the bathroom, and the sofa wasn't the most comfortable, but the reception team was fantastic and handled everything promptly while we were out.

- Divya (8/5): Great location, can do a bit better to earn luxury title - - Staff were the stars - bunch of things were missing/ not functioning but staff were friendly and responsive and tried to fix things promptly. They also booked our taxi for us. - Location was fantastic - walking distance to most attractions like Ponte Vecchio, Duomo, etc - Coffee was free and excellent! - Spacious for our family of 4. This was advertised as luxury but wasn't really luxurious - we had to keep contacting the staff for basics: - No shower gel/shampoo. Delivered once we asked. - Very dark room - two lights were missing on day of arrival but staff got them fixed once we alerted them. - Not enough mugs/bowls for a family of 4. - No dishwasher tablets until asked. - Dishwasher stopped working after the first use. Staff were helpful and took our dishes away but maintenance person only came day before we were leaving. - No iron until asked. - Towels aren't replaced without a charge. For people like us staying there for 7 nights, there should be at least one change included. - Bath mat got horrible in a few days - we asked for a change but I think they forgot. None of the above is earth shattering and can be fixed very easily with a bit of attention to detail pre arrival. Ideally we shouldn't have to contact the staff constantly for the basics and that would solve most of it. - Lots of mosquitos! My children really suffered. But I guess that's a Florence thing rather than this property.

- Fernandanva (7/5): - Gostei da localização e do tamanho do quarto, bom chuveiro, ar condicionado, elevador Quando chegamos o quarto que nos deram estava sujo, mais que sujo, estava imundo, tinha comida com fungo na geladeira, as camas estavam reviradas, toalhas sujas, fezes no banheiro, claramente não havia sido limpo e aquela sujeira era de no mínimo uma semana atrás. O contato com a empresa que gerencia os apartamentos somente se dava por telefone, não usavam whatsapp e o ingles falado pela moça era muito ruim. Demoraram mais de uma hora para nos realocar em outro quarto, maior, porém quase sem janela, sem abertura para fora, para ventilar o ar condicionado tinha que ficar ligado o dia todo.

- Evangelina (4/5): Decepcionante - Era cómoda Las cañerías estaban tapadas, el Baño se inundaba y el primer día le reclamé al anfitrión y no lo solucionaron. En segundo día le mandé una foto de cómo se inundaba el baño, me pidió disculpas y me dijo que me iba a hacer una devolución de parte de lo pagado por los inconvenientes generados Y NUNCA LO HIZO. El baño se inundó cada vez más y teníamos temor de que mi mamá de 84 años se resbale y se caída. La atención el reclamo fue pésima. Además le faltaban muchos utensilios para cocinar. Costo organizar la comida con tan pocos elementos! No volvería

- Dianne (7/5): Good - Location; bright and airy; great bed and linens; great big shower; good water pressure ; coffee maker and the welcome breakfast supplies; Monica was very welcoming, accomodating and very helpful - initial problems with access to Wi Fi were sorted, leaking hand basin was fixed next day.. etc 1. Lack of power outlets/ points in kitchen for coffee maker snd kettle- 2. pull cords on blinds are quite fragile - snaps come apart regularly so care is needed, 3. Information about cleaning, change of linen snd garbage disposal would be helpful - extended stays require either regular service ( we received weekly service since we enquired) or provision of cleaning implements - eg broom and mop and bucket ( only small dustpan and brush was available) 4. Guests are expected to differentiate garbage into different categories but only one bin is provided and no information as to its disposal ( again advised when we asked) 5. Non slip mat on step into balcony area would be welcome- ( safety and hygiene issue) balcony is open to elements, pavement is often wet, and dirty and wet shoes need to be wiped before coming back into the apartment

We spent some time to find the property, they are 2 No.9 on the same street. All the windows of the room can not be opened, it is too close to other property, I guess it is a historical building.

- Lynn (10/5): We would stay there again. - The apartment was so well located both for shopping, the Arno and museums! It is both well appointed and clean. A wonderful experience with good communication from the host. It was super quiet. You need to be aware that it is an open plan situation. There is no bedroom as such. It was perfect for us but not for two couples. We were able to cook but there are limited kitchen utensils. No other negatives.

Excellent pick up from the airport and great instructions for the key pads for arrival But there were no instructions on our arrival. Took many hours to work out the wifi and noone answered calls or emails. We also didn't know what to do about trash and recycling There was nowhere to hang any clothes, even though there was a large cupboard: no hangers or rail. There were no spare sheets or towels and only one T Towel. The biggest issue in the modern kitchen was that there was one electric plug right over beside the tap and we had to balance the kettle on the side of the sink or put it on the floor.

A stones throw from all of Florence’s key locations we didn’t have to walk more then 15 mins anywhere. The potty is spacious and for the price well worth it if you are there for more than a few days ! We felt that the property wasn’t as clean as it could have been.

No daily cleaning, the batroom mat got pretty dirty after 3 days 😞 The cleaner i met downstairs was quite clueless when i asked for the bath mat to be replaced, i should have just asked Michelle.😞

The host is very nice, responsive, helpful and friendly. The room is clean, new and comfortable. Restroom is clean and comfy too. They have TV, fast wifi, kitchen, fridge, AC. Moreover, the location is at the center of the city. BEST OF THE BEST Nothing. Everything is very good. It’s just unfortunate that the bed (of the sofa bed) is too soft but it is everyone’s preference. Everything else is just perfect.

- Run (9/5): It’s a good choice to live in the center of Florence. - This apartment is located at the center of Florence, only miles away from famous sites. All the facilities are modern and easy to use. Staff is also very friendly and suggest us to store our luggages in the small room. There is no sunshine at all if you are in lower floors. so you have to open the light all day.

The unit itself was extremely clean, spacious but cozy, and all around everything we needed for our 4 night stay. It could have used a couple more pillows on the bed.

Very minimalist, didn't feel as comfortable as other places we've stayed in Italy. No bowls in the kitchen. Air conditioning didn't work great. We had it set to 20 degrees the entire time we were there but the actual temperature stayed between 23.5-24.5. The host said the system was adjusting for the outside temperature.

- Kat (10/5): Fabulous apartment, great location, would definitely recommend! - We loved the location of the apartment- just around the corner from Ponte Vecchio & close to everything we wanted to see. The apartment was spacious, modern & very clean. The bed was super comfortable. We had everything we needed there & found the managers brilliant at communicating with us. My husband uses an electric wheelchair & they checked carefully that we would be able to fit in the lift before we booked. They also kindly gave me more coffee pods as I couldn’t buy extra ones. The check in process was simple & the apartment felt very secure. I’d have liked a blind on the small, internal window in the bedroom as I am very sensitive to light in the early morning. The gap between the basin unit & shower opening was a little small if you’ve been eating lots of pasta 😜. The coffee maker is a great thing to have but if you need special pods for it then perhaps you need to provide enough for the number of people/length of stay as it’s useless otherwise.
