• Leonidas (5/5): Comfortable and well located, but the lack of cleanliness was dissappointing - Excellent location literally 10 meters from the beach and some nice beach bars. The center of Pefkohori is also within walking distance. Plenty of parking space right next to the complex of residences where the house is located in. The house is large enough to comfortably accommodate 5-7 adults. The terrace is nice and spacious, and faces the large shared garden of the complex and the sea. Check-in was very easy, and we were well and kindly received by Giorgos who manages the rental. Despite the cleaning/housekeeping taking much longer than expected (with the cleaner still working in the house well beyond our check-in time) the house was not clean. The kitchen in particular was dirty, with unwashed utensils among others. There was also a bad odor coming from the kitchen pipes and some bad mold build-up in the cabinet under the sink, which made the kitchen almost unusable and certainly uninviting.
• Niki (6/5): Great location MUST get new cleaning staff - Great location and big enough for a family Very close to everything nice patio Quiet and peaceful and just a few steps away from the action and of course our favorite restaurant Bakalis One bathroom and one WC which was great Comfortable for a family vacation and plenty of parking even a private designated parking spot Great air conditioning!!! Which is a must in the summer Wish there was one more on the main floor but I know electricity probably won’t hold that much but it was cool enough We even got early check in and was offered late check out but didn’t need it Thank you George, you where great Hopefully we will return one day Not cleaned , Obviously not the owners fault neither George who handles the property The cleaning lady was unacceptably lazy and probably gets paid for a job she doesn’t do For me basic stuff where not done for a cleaning between residents . Did not sweep or properly clean the bathrooms That’s unacceptable and unsanitary I literally bought bleach used it and left the rest for her to use I’ve never seen a house cleaned so little I think she only dusted the table I’m very disappointed they have a great location but MUST talk to the cleaning staff George was very kind and even offered a discount on our next stay . Internet was good enough for us , we didn’t need to work TV channels are hard to find , don’t know what the problem was , we didn’t need it though Kitchen should be renovated, we only made cold coffee the water boiler for boiling hot water was filthy I was dreaming and working very hard to save up for our summer vacation and of course I’m disappointed on spending so much money on a place I couldn’t enjoy to the fullest extent Hopefully my review will help them correct their mistakes because it’s a pity having such a great property and not doing the best I rated 6 because I know they can correct their mistakes of our visit
• Yotdan (7/5): Good - +Perfect place yard, nice and close beach, great Greece feeling. Lots of houses are owned by Greece people. -The kitchen is for refurbishment and has only one bathroom. - No warm water in the kitchen and toilet.

• Mile (7/5): Good - The location of the facility is perfect, despite the fact that the beach in front of the facility is not the best (too stony and shallow), nearby, a hundred meters away, there are perfectly groomed beaches, which unfortunately you have to pay for because they are not part of the facility. The whole complex is located in a quiet part of Pefkohori and is perfect for rest and enjoyment. The building itself is part of a semi-closed complex where you have good privacy, but the listed for it does not fully correspond, e.g. the building does not have two bathrooms, but one bathroom with a shower and one WC. The equipment is quite old, there is no organized cleaning, you have to clean the whole apartment yourself, there is no change of towels and sheets, instead you have a washing machine and you have to wash your own things. Definitely the value for money deserves only the location and surroundings, other things are better organized and for less paid apartments. The bedrooms, which are three, are actually two, because only one is completely separated from the others, and the other two are interconnected, which in turn indicates that the apartment is only suitable for family vacations. P. S. It should be noted that the rooms in the property are on the ground floor, first floor and attic, as this apartment with internal stairs may not be suitable for elderly people or people with limited mobility. Overall 6.5/10
